then, starting the first motor, moving the cutting mechanism to the position above the limiting cylinder 10, and judging whether the center of the knife group 8 is aligned with the center of the limiting cylinder 10 by an operator by means of a red point emitted by the infrared emission device;
after an operator leaves the rack by 150-100 cm, starting the third motor, moving the central screw rod 903 downwards to the top surface of the topmost navel orange, and pressing and fixing the navel orange again;
the second motor is started, and simultaneously drives two symmetrical vertical screw rods 902 belonging to the same cutting mechanism to rotate through the gear group A, so that the sleeve 801 moves downwards, the cutter group 8 moves downwards, and navel oranges are cut;
after finishing the primary cutting work, an operator approaches the rack 1, pulls out the bolt, opens the arc-shaped side plate 1002, takes out the pulp with the skin, and puts the pulp into the skin collecting box 3;
then, the operator moves away from the rack 1 again, starts the second motor, reversely rotates the second motor, raises the knife group 8, starts the third motor at the same time, raises the central screw rod 903, takes out the pulp, and puts the pulp into the collection box 2;
it should be noted that a discharging through hole can be further arranged on the cutting table 7, the inner diameter of the discharging through hole is larger than the diameter of the cutting ring 803, the inner diameter of the discharging through hole is smaller than the minimum diameter of the ripe navel orange, the discharging through hole is arranged above the collecting box 2, and after the knife set 8 is cut, the flesh without skin falls into the collecting box 2 under the pushing of the central screw rod 903, so that part of manual operation is omitted;
in conclusion, when the knife set 8 is used for cutting navel oranges, peel and pulp can be cut at one time, partial pulp and peel can be completely separated, the navel oranges are divided into pure pulp and pulp with peel, two raw materials are provided for subsequent fermentation work, the operation is simple, the cutting efficiency is high, the rubber layer 1001 is used, after the navel oranges are placed in the limiting cylinder 10, the limiting cylinder 10 is clamped by the support 1003, the rubber layer 1001 is extruded with the periphery of the navel oranges, the navel oranges are better fixed in the limiting cylinder 10, the rubber has the characteristics of water resistance and softness, the navel oranges are prevented from being excessively extruded, the normal operation of a cutting process is ensured, the skin and pulp separation work of the navel oranges is industrialized by using the driving mechanism, the processing of the navel oranges is standardized and modeled, and a stable raw material processing chain is provided for the navel brandy, the production mode is more scientific, the production efficiency is more efficient, and the driving mechanism adopts a simple mechanical transmission structure, so that the whole device is more stable in operation, more convenient to maintain, lower in manufacturing cost and lower in maintenance cost.
