A three-penis chelonian wine capable of improving male sexual function is prepared by the following method:
(1) selection and stir-frying of raw medicinal materials

10) chinese prickly ash: taking raw medicinal materials, and removing semen zanthoxyli, carpopodium and impurities;
11) fennel: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities and residual stalks, and screening to remove ash and scraps;
12) rhizoma polygonati: removing impurities, cleaning, moistening, slicing, and drying;
13) gorgon fruit: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities and residual hard shells, and mashing;
14) clove: collecting raw materials, removing impurities, sieving to remove dust, and mashing.
(2) Ingredients
Taking the medicinal materials processed in the step (1), and mixing the raw materials according to per 10000L of finished wine: 18kg of stone small water turtle, 0.2kg of fur seal penis, 1kg of penis cervi, 6kg of penis phocae, 11.4kg of ginseng, 10kg of cinnamon, 20kg of medlar, 20kg of tuckahoe, 30kg of yam, 4kg of pepper, 4kg of fennel, 10kg of rhizoma polygonati, 25kg of gordon euryale seed and 5kg of clove.
(3) Pulverizing
And (3) crushing the medicinal materials prepared in the step (2) into coarse residues by using a crusher.
(4) Extraction of
And (3) putting the crushed medicinal materials in the step (3) into an extraction tank, soaking each tank of the crude medicinal material residues in 60% edible alcohol for 24 hours (at the soaking temperature of 38 ℃), and then performing multi-stage countercurrent percolation extraction. 16kg of stone small water turtle, 0.4kg of fur seal penis, 0.8 kg of deer penis, 7 kg of penis et testis canitis, 15 kg of ginseng, 6kg of cinnamon, 26 kg of medlar, 19 kg of tuckahoe, 31 kg of yam, 3 kg of pepper, 3 kg of fennel, 12kg of rhizoma polygonati, 28kg of gordon euryale seed and 3 kg of clove.
Example 4
Example 4 differs from example 1 only in the ratio of raw materials, as follows:
19 kg of stone small water turtle, 0.1 kg of fur seal penis, 1.2kg of penis cervi, 8kg of penis phocae, 16kg of ginseng, 5kg of cinnamon, 30kg of medlar, 22kg of tuckahoe, 26 kg of yam, 6kg of pepper, 2kg of fennel, 8kg of rhizoma polygonati, 26 kg of gordon euryale seed and 4kg of clove.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 only in the proportions of the raw materials and the proportions do not fall within the scope of the invention as claimed, in particular as follows:
15 kg of stone small water turtle, 0.5 kg of fur seal penis, 0.7 kg of deer penis, 6kg of fur seal penis, 15 kg of ginseng, 4kg of cinnamon, 32kg of medlar, 16kg of tuckahoe, 34 kg of yam, 1kg of pepper, 5kg of fennel, 7 kg of sealwort, 30kg of gordon euryale seed and 7 kg of clove. Test 1
The golden tortoise three-penis wine prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-2 were evaluated by 10 test drinkers, and the color, clarity and taste of the golden tortoise three-penis wine were measured and recorded as shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the table 1, the golden tortoise three-penis wine prepared by the method has harmonious bouquet and drug fragrance, mellow wine taste, slightly sweet taste and better mouthfeel.
Test 2
The physicochemical indexes of the three penis beetle wines prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 were measured.
(1) Determination of total sugar of three penis chelonian wine
A certain amount of sample (V1) was taken in a 100mL volumetric flask to make the total sugar content 0.2-0.4 g, 5mL of hydrochloric acid solution (1 + 1) was added, and 20mL of water was added and shaken well. Hydrolyzing in 68 deg.C water bath for 15min, taking out, and cooling. Neutralizing with 200g/L NaOH solution to neutrality, adjusting temperature to 20 deg.C, adding water to constant volume to scale (V)2). The same procedure was calibrated with reference to the furin reagent, with the sample replacing the glucose standard solution, and the volume of sample consumed (V) was recorded3)。

(2) Determination of total acid of three penis chelonian wine
Putting a proper amount of sample into a 250mL triangular flask, placing the triangular flask in a shaking water bath at 40 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30min, taking out and cooling to room temperature. 10mL of sample was aspirated into a 100mL beaker, 50mL of distilled water was added, and the pH was titrated to 8.2 with 0.05mol/L NaOH, and the consumption volume was recorded while a blank test was performed.

As can be seen from the table 2, the prepared three-penis cheloniae wine meets the requirements of cordial in physicochemical indexes, has a total sugar content of 20.5-22.0 g/L, and is more beneficial to the health of drinkers.
Test 3
The sexual function improving effects of the three penis beetle wines prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 were measured, respectively.
Taking a male rat with the weight of 220-250 g, carrying out intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbitone sodium (35 mg/kg) for anesthesia, then disinfecting scrotal skin of the rat, picking bilateral skin, removing bilateral testis, and carrying out intramuscular injection of azithromycin for anti-inflammation after an operation. After 3d, 80 rats from which bilateral testicles were removed were randomly divided into 8 groups of 10 rats each, which were experimental group 1, experimental group 2, experimental group 3, experimental group 4, control group 1, control group 2, blank control group, and positive control group, respectively. The three penis beetle wine prepared in the experimental groups 1-4 and the control groups 1-2 is respectively gavaged, the animal feeding experiment adopts that the weight of an adult is calculated according to 60kg and is converted into the dosage of a rat, the daily dosage of the adult is 50mL, the blank control group is gavaged with equal amount of distilled water every day, and the positive control group is subcutaneously injected with testosterone propionate (10 mg/testis propionate). 1 time per day for 15 days. After the last administration, the stimulation motor of the electrical stimulator is placed on the penis of the rat, the current intensity is 4mA, the local stimulation is carried out for 1min, and the number of animals with erect penis is observed.

As can be seen from Table 3, the triple penis beetle wine prepared in examples 1 to 4 has a significant effect on the penis erection function of the rat from which the bilateral testicles are removed, and the excitability of the penis of the rat to external stimuli is improved, and the number of penis erection animals is significantly increased under the stimulation of the local microelectrode compared to the triple penis beetle wine prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2. Presumably, the mechanism is not clear at all because of the synergistic effect achieved by the various starting materials at the specified ratios within the claimed range.

Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of a three-penis chafer wine capable of improving male sexual function is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) processing raw materials including herba Chimonanthi Praecocis, testis et penis Callorhini, penis et testis Cervi, penis et testis Canitis, Ginseng radix, cortex Cinnamomi, fructus Lycii, Poria, rhizoma Dioscoreae, fructus Zanthoxyli, fructus Foeniculi, rhizoma Polygonati, semen euryales, and flos Caryophylli respectively;
(2) the processed medicinal materials are mixed according to per 10000L finished wine: 16-20 kg of stone small water turtle, 0.1-0.4 kg of seal penis, 0.8-1.2 kg of deer penis, 4-8 kg of dog penis, 10-16 kg of ginseng, 5-10 kg of cinnamon, 20-30 kg of medlar, 18-22 kg of poria cocos, 26-32 kg of Chinese yam, 2-6 kg of pepper, 2-6 kg of fennel, 8-12 kg of rhizoma polygonati, 24-28 kg of gordon euryale seed and 3-6 kg of clove;
(3) crushing the medicinal materials prepared in the step (2) into coarse residues;
(4) soaking the crushed medicinal materials in 55-60% edible alcohol for 24-36 hours at the soaking temperature of 35-40 ℃, and then extracting; the total amount of edible alcohol used for soaking and extracting is 31-33 times of the weight of the medicinal materials;
adding yellow wine and white spirit into the semi-finished product wine obtained in the step (4) for blending;
freezing and filtering to obtain the finished wine.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the processing method of the raw medicinal materials in the step (1) comprises the following steps:
1) stone small water turtle: placing sand in a pot, heating, adding cleaned carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, parching until the surface of carapax et Plastrum Testudinis is yellow, taking out, sieving to remove sand, immediately adding into vinegar, taking out, and drying; 20-30 kg of vinegar is used for 100 kg of tortoise shells;
2) fur seal penis: firstly, taking the testis et penis callorhini, removing impurities, cleaning, baking with slow fire to be soft, or putting the testis et penis callorhini into a steamer, steaming to be soft, slicing into thick slices, and drying;
placing talcum powder in a pot, heating with middle fire until the stirring is flexible, adding the cleaned testis et penis of the fur seal, stir-frying until the surface is dark yellow, taking out when the body is swollen, sieving to remove the talcum powder, cooling, using the talcum powder, completely burying penis pieces of the fur seal when stir-frying with hot water, and properly using the rest part;
3) deer penis: removing impurities and fascia, cleaning, drying, baking with slow fire to be soft, cutting into slices while the slices are hot, and cooling;
placing talcum powder in a pot, heating to a flexible state by using a medium fire, adding clean deer penis slices, stir-frying until the body is bulged and the surface is dark yellow, quickly taking out, sieving to remove the talcum powder, cooling, using the talcum powder, completely burying the deer penis slices when stir-frying, and properly using the rest part;
4) guang dog penis: taking dog penis, removing dust and impurities, placing in a drying box, heating and baking to soft, or placing in a food steamer, heating and steaming to soft, slicing, and drying;
5) ginseng: drying the cleaned ginseng in a drying chamber at 50-60 ℃;
6) cinnamon: removing impurities, scraping off coarse skin, and smashing into small pieces;
7) medlar: drying in shade;
8) tuckahoe, poria cocos: soaking, cleaning, moistening, slightly steaming, cutting into blocks or thick slices, and sun drying;
9) chinese yam: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities, separating into different sizes, cleaning, moistening thoroughly, slicing into thick pieces, drying, and sieving to remove debris;
10) chinese prickly ash: taking raw medicinal materials, and removing semen zanthoxyli, carpopodium and impurities;
11) fennel: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities and residual stalks, and screening to remove ash and scraps;
12) rhizoma polygonati: removing impurities, cleaning, moistening, slicing, and drying;
13) gorgon fruit: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities and residual hard shells, and mashing;
14) clove: collecting raw materials, removing impurities, sieving to remove dust, and mashing.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the extraction in the step (4) is multi-stage countercurrent percolation extraction, the percolation speed is 22-26L/h, and the leaching temperature is controlled to be 35-40 ℃.
