Example 5
The embodiment provides a composition for treating sequela of apoplexy, which comprises the following raw material components:
320 parts of Chinese fevervine herb, 300 parts of giant knotweed, 180 parts of trumpet creeper, 150 parts of pawpaw, 120 parts of pubescent angelica root, 200 parts of snakegourd fruit, 100 parts of arisaema tuber, 60 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 500 parts of melanterite, 250 parts of fish gelatin and 600 parts of vinegar.
The preparation method of the composition for treating the sequela of the stroke comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively taking Chinese redwood herb, giant knotweed rhizome, Chinese trumpet creeper, pawpaw, doubleteeth pubescent angelica root, snakegourd fruit, arisaema tuber and giant typhonium rhizome, drying for 2.5h at the temperature of 60 ℃ respectively, and crushing to obtain raw material powder with the particle size of 60 meshes; mixing the raw material powders to obtain mixed powder;
(2) removing impurities from Melanteritum, heating with strong fire in a sealed earthen jar for 3 hr, calcining until juice is completely removed and red, taking out, cooling, and pulverizing to obtain 60 mesh Melanteritum powder;
(3) adding fish gelatin into vinegar, heating to melt fish gelatin, sequentially adding the mixed medicinal powder and soap alum powder, and stirring to obtain composition with particle diameter of 8mm for treating apoplexy sequela.

The only difference from example 5 is that no polygonum cuspidatum is present.

The only difference from example 5 is that campsis grandiflora is not included.

The only difference from example 5 is that no pubescent angelica root is present.
Comparative example 4
The only difference from example 5 is that no melanterite is present.
Clinical trial
1. Selecting a standard: 100 clinically diagnosed stroke sequela patients with the age of 50-70 years are selected, wherein 52 patients are male and 48 patients are female. Manifested as hemiplegia, facial distortion, stiff tongue with stiff tongue or no speech, hemianesthesia, all patients voluntarily participated in the study, and discontinued taking other therapeutic drugs for more than 1 week.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the patients are randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E5 groups (20 cases in each group), and the pills prepared in example 5 and comparative examples 1-4 are respectively taken by 8-10 pills (0.2 g/pill) each time, three times a day, 12 days as a treatment course, and 1-3 treatment courses are continuously taken.
3. Treatment criteria were:
effective, paralysis of limbs and movement function can be recovered, and facial distortion and stiff tongue and loss of speech;
ineffectiveness-no change in symptoms before and after treatment.
3. The results of the treatment are shown in table 1.

The results show that the effective rate of the composition for treating the apoplexy sequelae reaches 80 percent, if any one of giant knotweed rhizome, trumpetcreeper and pubescent angelica root in the composition is removed, the treatment effect is reduced, and the removal of the melanterite has a large influence on the treatment effect, which shows that the melanterite has the effect of improving the drug properties of various medicines.

360 parts of Chinese urine 280-containing materials, 350 parts of giant knotweed rhizome 250-containing materials, 250 parts of trumpet creeper 150-containing materials, 200 parts of pawpaw 100-containing materials, 80-160 parts of pubescent angelica root, 250 parts of snakegourd fruit 150-containing materials, 70-140 parts of rhizoma arisaematis, 50-70 parts of rhizoma typhonii, 600 parts of alum 400-containing materials, 280 parts of fish glue 220-containing materials and 700 parts of vinegar 500-containing materials.
2. The composition for treating sequelae of stroke as set forth in claim 1, wherein the raw material components comprise:
300 parts of Chinese urine flower-.
3. The composition for treating sequelae of stroke as set forth in claim 1, wherein the raw material components comprise:
320 parts of Chinese fevervine herb, 300 parts of giant knotweed, 180 parts of trumpet creeper, 150 parts of pawpaw, 120 parts of pubescent angelica root, 200 parts of snakegourd fruit, 100 parts of arisaema tuber, 60 parts of giant typhonium rhizome, 500 parts of melanterite, 250 parts of fish gelatin and 600 parts of vinegar.
4. The composition for treating sequelae of stroke as set forth in any of claims 1-3, wherein said composition is a pill.
5. A process for the preparation of a formulation according to claim 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) respectively drying and crushing Chinese fevervine herb, giant knotweed rhizome, Chinese trumpet creeper flower, pawpaw, radix angelicae pubescentis, snakegourd fruit, rhizoma arisaematis and rhizoma typhonii to obtain raw material powder; mixing the raw material powders to obtain mixed powder;
(2) removing impurities from Melanteritum, heating in a sealed container, calcining until juice is completely removed and red, taking out, cooling, and pulverizing to obtain Melanteritum powder;
(3) adding fish gelatin into vinegar, heating to melt fish gelatin, sequentially adding the mixed medicinal powder and soap alum powder, stirring, and making into pill.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the drying temperature is 50-70 ℃ and the drying time is 2-3 h.
7. The production method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the particle diameter of each raw material powder is 40 to 60 mesh.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the heating time is 2.5 to 3.5 hours, and the heating is strong fire heating.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the grain size of the soap alum powder is 40 to 60 mesh.
10. The method according to claim 5, wherein in the step (3), the pellet has a particle size of 6 to 10 mm.
