Background
Herpes and warts are common infectious diseases, both caused by corresponding viral infections. Eight viruses in the herpes virus family are currently known to cause human disease, and such viruses are collectively referred to as Human Herpes Viruses (HHV). HHV is a group of medium-sized DNA viruses with envelope, can cause various diseases of human beings, can remain in the body for a long time, and can cause recurrent infection under certain conditions. The common diseases in clinic include chicken pox, herpes zoster, herpes simplex, genital herpes and the like, can invade a plurality of organs of a human body, and can be attacked at any age. The common treatment method is the application of calamine lotion and ointment, and the simultaneous oral administration of medicines can also be carried out. Warts are skin surface neoplasms caused by human papilloma virus, are mostly seen in children and young adults, have a latency period of 1-3 months, and can be inoculated and spread by themselves. The virus exists in acanthocyte, and can promote cell proliferation to form verrucous lesion. According to the clinical manifestations and the parts, the medicine is divided into verruca vulgaris, verruca plana, verruca plantaris, genital wart (condyloma acuminatum), oral wart, sore throat wart and epidermodysplasia verruciformis. The virus can be transmitted by direct or indirect contact, the perianal and genital warts are mostly transmitted by sexual contact, and trauma or skin damage are important factors of HPV infection. Warts are usually treated with cryo-laser. However, although the therapeutic effect of this method is very good, multiple freezing operations are usually required to ensure the freezing removal effect during the treatment period, and at this time, the patient is subjected to pain and may have recurrence, which increases the physical and economic burden of the patient, and requires professional personnel to perform the operation, which has certain time and place diagnosis and treatment limitations.
