Abstract

提供一种下行传输资源的分配方法和装置,涉及通信技术领域,能够提高小区下行峰值速率。该方法包括:基站确定第一时域资源长度和第二时域资源长度;且在第一时域资源长度大于或者等于预设阈值的情况下,基站调整第二时域资源长度;若第三时域资源长度大于或者等于减小后的第二时域资源长度,基站将第一时域资源长度确定为第一目标时域资源长度,且基站将减小后的第二时域资源长度确定为第二目标时域资源长度,第一时域资源用于终端从第一状态转变为第二状态,第一状态为终端接收调度信息的状态,第二状态为终端接收下行数据的状态,第二时域资源用于终端接收下行数据,第三时域资源为与第一时域资源相邻的下一段可用于传输下行数据的时域资源。
