在图6中,将臂126与端部212一起切开去除,以示出在连接器部分214的槽中的弹簧环114的构造。注意,在装置200的优选实施例中,连接器部分214的外半径使得弹簧环114与臂126间隔开,以使环114上的磨损最小。因此,不再有金属与金属的接触。完全消除了这种接触。相反,环114接触连接器部分214。此外,连接器部分214的形状在环114内的宽弧上分布与环114的接触,从而进一步减小了环114上的磨损。最后,每个连接器部分214的外半径小于弹簧环114的内半径,并且每个端部212的外半径或厚度大于连接器部分214的外半径且小于弹簧环114的内半径以便容易地将弹簧环114接纳在其周围。这种构造导致弹簧环114基本上装配在由连接器部分形成的槽内,如图6所示。
端部212的外部形状比中心半圆柱形部分210更矩形,并且形状互补以匹配臂126的外部形状。每个端部212还可以具有拐角凹槽216,以便于将弹簧环114插入到保持器装置200上和将其移除。每个端部212具有大于连接器部分214的外部尺寸,使得环114被承载在由连接器部分214在端部212和中心部分210之间形成的槽内。装置200的一体式主体的各部分一起具有平坦的侧面218,用于与锚固件202配合。

Claims (20)

1.一种锻炼设备,其具有框架、枢转构件、弹性构件和锚固装置,所述枢转构件具有可枢转地连接至所述框架的近端和自由的远端,所述弹性构件的一端在所述枢转构件的远端的近侧紧固至所述枢转构件,所述锚固装置将所述弹性构件的第二端的环部紧固至所述框架,所述锚固装置包括:
长形支撑构件,其具有中心轴向部分、上部安装部分和下部安装部分,所述上部安装部分和下部安装部分紧固至框架,所述中心轴向部分具有多个向外延伸的弯曲臂,其中每个弯曲臂具有远端端部,其尺寸适于接纳和保持弹性构件的第二端的环部;和
紧固至中心轴向部分的环保持装置,所述装置包括:
紧固至中心轴向部分的长形体,其中该长形体包括:
具有第一半径的中心部分;
第一弯曲端部;和
半圆柱形连接器部分,其将第一弯曲端部连接到中心半圆柱形部分的一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述装置还包括第二半圆柱形连接器部分,其将第二弯曲端部连接至所述中心半圆柱形部分的相对端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,各连接器部分的半径小于所述第一半径,以接纳并保持所述弹性构件的第二端的所述环部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述连接器部分的半径小于所述第一半径,以接纳并保持所述弹性构件的第二端的所述环部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述第一弯曲端部的半径小于所述弹簧环的内半径,但是大于所述连接器部分的半径。
6.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述第二弯曲端部的半径小于所述弹簧环的内半径,但是大于所述第一连接器部分和第二连接器部分的半径。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中,所述长形支撑构件的中心轴向部分是平板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中,所述中心圆柱形部分、所述连接器部分和所述弯曲端部一起形成与所述长形支撑构件的中心轴向部分的平板互补的平坦平面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中,所述装置的中心半圆柱形部分通过可移除的紧固件紧固至所述长形支撑构件。
10.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中,所述长形支撑构件的中心轴向部分具有从其延伸的多个弯曲臂和紧固至所述长形支撑构件的多个紧贴装置。
11.一种用于将弹簧环保持在椅式锻炼设备中的弹簧锚固件的臂上的弹簧环保持器装置,该保持器装置包括:
适于被紧固至锚固件的长形主体,该主体具有中心半圆柱形部分、第一弯曲端部和半圆柱形连接器部分,所述中心半圆柱形部分具有第一半径,所述半圆柱形连接器部分将第一弯曲端部连接到中心半圆柱形部分的一端。
12.根据权利要求11所述的保持器装置,还包括第二半圆柱形连接器部分,其将第二弯曲端部连接到所述长形主体的中心半圆柱形部分的相对端。
13.根据权利要求12所述的保持器装置,其中,每个所述连接器部分的半径小于所述第一半径,以接纳和保持所述弹簧环。
14.根据权利要求11所述的保持器装置,其中,所述连接器部分的半径小于所述第一半径,以接纳并保持所述弹性构件的第二端的环部。
15.根据权利要求14所述的保持器装置,其中,所述第一弯曲端部的半径小于所述弹簧环的内半径,但是大于所述连接器部分的半径。
16.根据权利要求13所述的保持器装置,其中,所述第二弯曲端部的半径小于所述弹簧环的内半径,但是大于第一连接器部分和第二连接器部分的半径。
17.一种用于将弹簧环保持在锻炼设备上的弹簧环保持器装置,该保持器装置包括:
适于紧固至所述设备上的锚固件的长形一体式主体,该一体式主体具有中心半圆柱形部分、第一弯曲端部、半圆柱形连接器部分、第二弯曲端部和第二半圆柱形连接器部分,所述中心半圆柱形部分具有第一半径,所述半圆柱形连接器部分将第一弯曲端部连接至中心半圆柱形部分的一端,所述第二半圆柱形连接器部分将第二弯曲端部与中心半圆柱形部分连接。
18.根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,所述部分一起具有共同的平坦表面,用于将所述装置紧固至平坦的锚固表面。
19.根据权利要求17所述的设备,其中,每个所述连接器部分的外半径小于所述弹簧环的内半径,并且每个所述端部的半径或厚度大于所述连接器部分的内半径且小于所述弹簧环的内半径。
