sending the effective clue to a terminal associated with a worker according to a preset matching model;
receiving visit information uploaded by a worker through the associated terminal and aiming at the effective clue, and storing the visit information;
and extracting the customer demand information in the visit information, and generating a quotation scheme according to the corresponding relation between the customer demand information and a preset quotation rule.
Fig. 3 illustrates an architecture of a computer system, which may include, in particular, a processor 1510, a video display adapter 1511, a disk drive 1512, an input/output interface 1513, a network interface 1514, and a memory 1520. The processor 1510, video display adapter 1511, disk drive 1512, input/output interface 1513, network interface 1514, and memory 1520 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 1530.
The processor 1510 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided by the present Application.
The Memory 1520 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 1520 may store an operating system 1521 for controlling the operation of the computer system 1500, a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operations of the computer system 1500. In addition, a web browser 1523, a data storage management system 1524, an icon font processing system 1525, and the like can also be stored. The icon font processing system 1525 may be an application program that implements the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided by the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 1520 and called for execution by the processor 1510.
The input/output interface 1513 is used for connecting an input/output module to realize information input and output. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 1514 is used to connect a communication module (not shown) to enable the device to communicatively interact with other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 1530 includes a path to transfer information between the various components of the device, such as the processor 1510, the video display adapter 1511, the disk drive 1512, the input/output interface 1513, the network interface 1514, and the memory 1520.
In addition, the computer system 1500 may also obtain information of specific extraction conditions from the virtual resource object extraction condition information database 1541 for performing condition judgment, and the like.
It should be noted that although the above devices only show the processor 1510, the video display adapter 1511, the disk drive 1512, the input/output interface 1513, the network interface 1514, the memory 1520, the bus 1530, etc., in a specific implementation, the devices may also include other components necessary for proper operation. Claims (10)

1. An express delivery industry information processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving cue information, wherein the cue information comprises client information of potential clients;
judging whether the clue information exists by using a preset clue database;
if not, judging whether the verified clue information is correct or not, and if so, marking the clue information as an effective clue;
sending the effective clue to a terminal associated with a worker according to a preset matching model;
receiving visit information uploaded by a worker through the associated terminal and aiming at the effective clue, and storing the visit information;
and extracting the customer demand information in the visit information, and generating a quotation scheme according to the corresponding relation between the customer demand information and a preset quotation rule.
2. The express delivery industry information processing method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
extracting a client name in a contract formulated according to a quotation scheme, judging whether the client name is the same as the client name in the existing contract in a contract database, and if not, determining that the contract is valid;
and extracting at least one time node in the contract, judging whether the time is overtime according to the current time and the time node, and if so, sending a prompt.
3. The express delivery industry information processing method of claim 2, wherein: the time node includes at least one of a delivery time, and a refund time.
4. The express delivery industry information processing method of claim 1, wherein:
the customer information includes phone number, customer name, address information, shipping potential, type, and industry customer.
5. The express delivery industry information processing method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the verified cue information is correct comprises:
extracting a telephone number in the customer information, judging whether the telephone number is correct or not, if so, automatically dialing the telephone number, and verifying whether the telephone number is valid or not; and/or
Extracting address information in the client information, standardizing the address information by using a preset regular expression to generate standardized address information, comparing the standardized address information with a preset address information database, and verifying whether the address information is correct.
6. The express delivery industry information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein sending a valid cue to a terminal associated with a worker according to a preset matching model comprises:
extracting shipping potentials in the active thread, the shipping potentials indicating the amount paid for monthly shipping by the customer;
and judging whether the delivery potential value in the effective clue is larger than a preset value, if so, sending the effective clue to a terminal associated with a first-level worker, and if not, sending the effective clue to a terminal associated with a second-level worker.
7. The express delivery industry information processing method of claim 1, wherein:
the customer demand information comprises a customer main flow kilogram section, a main flow direction of goods, a customer expecting price, value-added service and end service;
the offer scheme includes offering, providing value added services, product type, and providing end services.
8. An information processing device for express delivery industry, the device comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving clue information, and the clue information contains client information of potential clients;
the verification unit is used for judging whether the clue information exists by utilizing a preset clue database;
the validity judging unit is used for judging whether the verified clue information is correct or not, and if so, marking the verified clue information as a valid clue;
the sending unit is used for sending the effective clue to a terminal associated with a worker according to a preset matching model;
the logging-in unit is used for receiving visit information uploaded by a worker through the associated terminal and aiming at the effective clues and storing the visit information;
and the generating unit is used for extracting the customer demand information in the visit information and generating a quotation scheme according to the corresponding relation between the customer demand information and a preset quotation rule.
9. The courier industry information processing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the contract determining unit is used for extracting the client name in the contract made according to the quotation scheme, judging whether the client name is the same as the client name in the existing contract in the contract database, and if not, determining that the contract is effective;
and the reminding unit is used for extracting at least one time node in the contract, judging whether the time is overtime according to the current time and the time node, and if so, sending out a reminding.
10. A computer system, the system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
