When the target clue pool is an open sea pool, performing dead sea protection corresponding to preset days or setting the clue data to be permanently hidden according to at least one of a dead sea floating condition, a call connection condition, a transcription condition and a call feedback condition; and when the target clue pool is the submarine pool, performing dead sea protection corresponding to preset days or setting the clue data as permanent hiding according to at least one of the dead sea floating condition, the call connection condition, the transcription condition, the call feedback condition and the distribution times.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of dead sea protection in the method for transforming and utilizing thread resources provided by the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a secondary distribution processing flow in the cue resource transformation and utilization method provided by the present invention. The call back can be realized by the mode of dialing through the virtual number according to the contact way in the clue data.
After callback, judging whether a transcription request of clue data is received. And if a transcription request of the clue data is received, performing transcription processing of the clue data, such as recording a visitor or a house. If the transcription request of the clue data is not received, judging whether the state of the clue data after callback is invalid or not, wherein the invalid state of the clue data means that the clue data is remarked as not suitable for making a call at present due to various reasons, and the like. And if the current thread data is invalid, performing third check (check three) on the thread data. The third check is mainly used for identifying the invalid reason of the clue data. And when the invalid reason of the cable data is the first invalid reason, performing fourth check (check four) on the cable data. The first failure reason may include, for example, not turning on, other reasons, etc. And when the invalid reason of the cable data is the second invalid reason, permanently hiding the cable data from the dead sea. And after the remarks are written by clicking, popping up a window for filling the remarks, calling a user keyboard, clicking to cancel returning to the clue detail page, and if the remarks are stored by clicking, storing the remark information into all the remark information, and taking the stored time as the updating time of the remark and returning to the clue detail page. After clicking to transfer the entrustment, popping up a transfer entrustment window, comprising: transferring to a client, transferring to a client owner and canceling; after a broker clicks and turns into a client, jumping to a client source input interface, starting to input the client, and simultaneously automatically bringing the thread name and the real number to the client source input interface, wherein the number cannot be modified; and when the businessman clicks and turns to the entrustment owner, jumping to a house source recording interface, starting recording the house, and simultaneously automatically bringing the thread name and the real number to the client, wherein the number can be modified. When a broker clicks the 400 telephone, the backend interface is called, the virtual number is bound, and a system conversation interface is entered.
The method for transforming and utilizing the thread resources provided by the invention is beneficial to further improving the front-end touch effect by reasonably setting the display content of the thread detail page, thereby further improving the transformation and utilization rate of the thread resources.

When a client (including C-side equipment used by a broker) receives thread data distributed by a server, displaying a thread distribution reminding message on a current page; wherein, the thread distribution reminding message comprises a link of the platform distribution list page or the thread detail page. For example, when the thread distribution reminding message corresponds to a plurality of thread data, the link points to the platform distribution list page; when the thread distribution reminding message corresponds to a piece of thread data, the link points to the thread detail page.
In order to guarantee the customer experience, the client requires the broker to process the customers allocated by the system within 1 natural day, so that a reminder needs to be sent to the broker. The thread processing reminder message includes a to-do item and a thread recycling deadline. The thread processing reminding message can be displayed in the form of a card, and the push given to the broker needs to judge whether the message is 1 latent customer or a plurality of latent customers, 1 jump detail page and a plurality of jump list pages. The thread processing reminder message can also be displayed in a second thread card or in a preset location on the thread details page.
When the call is suspended (whether the call is connected or not), a feedback popup (a thread evaluation dialog box) pops up at the client side for feedback, and the user can click to confirm or cancel closing the popup, wherein the feedback comprises: interest to follow-up, interest but not interest in the local business circle, hang-up/not interest after connection, not connection, complaint threat, number error. Only one of the options can be selected. And when the options of hang-up/no interest, complaint threat or number error are selected after connection, displaying a secondary confirmation popup window for preventing the thread from being disturbed after confirmation.
The thread resource conversion and utilization method provided by the invention is favorable for further improving the thread resource conversion and utilization rate by displaying the thread distribution reminding message, the thread processing reminding message and performing thread evaluation.

The thread resource conversion and utilization method provided by the invention displays the corresponding reminding message under the preset interaction scene when the online thread data is hidden or the calling is carried out to the upper limit, thereby being beneficial to improving the interaction capability.
Fig. 7 is a technical architecture diagram of the thread resource transformation and utilization method provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the middle platform and the front platform are all the modules of the server, and the functions of the middle platform and the front platform can be set to achieve decoupling as much as possible, reduce technical communication time between departments, and improve efficiency in the research and development stage. In addition, a front-end server (not shown in fig. 7) may be included in the architecture for implementing display control of the client and data interaction with the middle station and the front station.
The data sources comprise channels such as a customer source system, a C terminal, a crawler, an owner system, an activity page, an uploading page and the like. And the business party sends the thread data to the thread middle station in a kafka, HTTP, File and other modes. The thread middlebox performs processing such as cleaning, thread pool processing and distribution on thread data. Wherein, the cleaning treatment comprises data verification, formatting, completion, grading and the like; the clue pool processing comprises query processing, storage processing and event processing; the distribution processing comprises distribution processing, pre-distribution processing and distribution processing. In the cleaning process, the system can interact with systems or objects such as a building dictionary, a black/white list, a DMP (digital multimedia protocol) and the like; during the distribution process, interactions with DMP, commercial (middlebox), new marketing, etc. systems or objects may occur.
The thread foreground mainly relates to the processing after the thread is distributed, such as the processing of data in an open sea pool and a private customer pool. Wherein, the open sea pool comprises the open sea of the client and the in-store clues. The private pool comprises a hidden pool. The thread data distributed by the thread middle station can be sent to an open sea pool or a passenger pool, and can also be sent to other downstream with processing capacity, such as a southwestern system, a new house system and the like. The data processing process of the clue foreground can interact with UC personnel, telephone traffic, retrieval, a building dictionary, room source recommendation, room sources, customer sources and other systems or objects.
The clue is displayed on the C-terminal equipment of the broker after being distributed, for example, the clue can be displayed on a computer terminal or a mobile phone terminal through a Web API. The distributed equipment can realize transcription after effective contact, including recording house or recording guest, and can send the transcription result to the commercialization central station for statistical recording.
FIG. 8 is a second schematic flow chart of the method for transforming and utilizing thread resources according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the method includes:

1. A method for converting and utilizing cable resources is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving at least one clue data sent by a service party, and storing the clue data in a clue pool table;
obtaining a distribution strategy of the thread data, and distributing the thread data in the thread pool table to a target thread pool according to the distribution strategy; the target clue pool comprises an open sea pool or a hidden pool, the open sea pool is visible for all distribution objects in a preset range, and the hidden pool is visible for target distribution objects in the distribution strategy.
2. The thread resource transformation and utilization method according to claim 1, wherein the distribution policy includes the target thread pool, and a thread reach manner and the target distribution object when the target thread pool is the tenant pool; the clue touch and reach mode comprises an order grabbing mode or an order dispatching mode.
3. The thread resource conversion utilization method according to claim 2, wherein before storing the thread data in a thread pool table, the method further comprises:
a request data management platform acquires user portrait data and clue scores, and fills fields of empty fields in the clue data according to the user portrait data;
the distribution strategy for acquiring the clue data specifically includes: and acquiring a target clue pool according to a clue source field and/or a service type field in the clue data, and acquiring the clue reaching mode according to the clue score when the target clue pool is the visitor pool.
4. The thread resource conversion utilization method according to claim 1, wherein before storing the thread data in a thread pool table, the method further comprises:

when the target clue pool is the open sea pool, according to at least one of a dead sea floating condition, a call connection condition, a transcription condition and a call feedback condition, performing dead sea protection corresponding to preset days on the clue data or setting the clue data to be permanently hidden;
and when the target clue pool is the hidden passenger pool, performing dead sea protection corresponding to preset days or setting the clue data as permanent hiding according to at least one of a dead sea floating condition, a call connection condition, a transcription condition, a call feedback condition and a distribution frequency.
6. The method for transforming and utilizing thread resources according to claim 1, wherein when the target thread pool is the tenant pool, the method further comprises:
performing a first check on the thread data before distributing the thread data; if the first check passes, distributing the thread data to the target thread pool;
when a message for calling back the contact information in the thread data is received, performing second check on the thread data; if the second check is passed and the call is returned within the specified time, adding 1 to the distribution times;
after callback, judging whether a transcription request of the clue data is received or not, if so, performing transcription processing of the clue data; if not, judging whether the state of the clue data after callback is invalid or not, if so, performing third verification on the clue data, wherein the third verification is used for identifying the invalid reason of the clue data; when the invalid reason of the clue data is a first invalid reason, performing fourth verification on the clue data, and when the invalid reason of the clue data is a second invalid reason, performing dead-sea permanent hiding on the clue data;
the fourth check is used for identifying the distribution times of the clue data; if the distribution times are the first distribution times, performing secondary distribution on the clue data; if the distribution times are second distribution times, performing dead sea protection for corresponding preset days according to the service type of the clue data; and if the distribution times are the third distribution times, permanently hiding the clue data from the dead sea.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first check is used for performing distribution filtering according to at least one of the distribution times, call back times, call feedback, entrustment check, check with watch, deal check, black and white list;
and the second check is used for carrying out call restriction according to at least one of the distribution times, the call back times, the call feedback, the entrusting check, the watching check, the transaction check and the black and white list.
8. A cable resource conversion and utilization device is characterized by comprising:
a thread data receiving module to: receiving at least one clue data sent by a service party, and storing the clue data in a clue pool table;
