本发明公开了一种铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,以各项性能指标优异的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板作为墙板,通过竖向主龙骨、顶龙骨和底龙骨连成整个墙体,最终制成的蜂窝龙骨墙;其优点是:蜂窝龙骨墙的墙体具有强度大、自重轻、耐火、耐潮防霉、隔音效果好等诸多优点,适应如洗手间、厨房等特殊空间的特殊要求,适应范围广;且安装工艺简单、易操作;装配效率极高,可在工厂或施工场地外进行模块化定制,直接在现场安装,避免现场二次加工,施工速度是传统墙体行业的6~8倍,同时避免了施工现场的光、噪音、环境的污染。制成的蜂窝龙骨墙占用空间小,利用率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔墙系统,尤其涉及一种铝蜂窝芯复合墙体。
背景技术
现有的室内安装的隔墙系统,多数采用轻钢龙骨隔墙系统,其饰面板一般采用石膏板,并在石膏板表面进行乳胶漆处理。但其存在以下各种缺点:强度低、不耐潮、易霉变、防火性能差,整体使用寿命低,且石膏板容易开裂;无法满足如洗手间、厨房等特殊空间的特殊要求,使用条件存在很大的局限性。而且,在施工过程中涉及到材料均需现场进行二次加工处理,如切割、焊接龙骨等管线开槽,饰面板二次装饰喷涂等,不可避免地会产生较大的光、噪音、环境的污染,不仅造成材料的浪费,而且工作效率低下,此外复杂的施工工艺和安装系统导致施工质量的参差不齐,无法统一标准,工程质量难以保证,存在后期维修难度大、维修成本高等诸多问题。
发明内容
为解决现有隔墙系统的存在上述缺陷,本发明提供一种性能更好、安装更快速的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,包括作为墙板的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板和竖向主龙骨,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板通过竖向主龙骨彼此顺序连接固定;其中,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板包括板状铝蜂窝和两块硅酸钙板,两块硅酸钙板分别复合在板状铝蜂窝的两侧;其特征是:所述竖向主龙骨包括主龙骨连接件、扣件、收口件;其中,
扣件,与主龙骨连接件和收口件配合作为复合铝蜂窝芯墙板的连接部,扣件的整体宽度等于或小于复合铝蜂窝芯墙板中两块硅酸钙板之间的宽度,扣件竖直地嵌套在复合铝蜂窝芯墙板的侧面;扣件包括外U形方框和内U形方框,内U形方框嵌套在外U形方框之内,外U形方框和内U形方框的前端平齐、且两者的前端部通过端板连接成一体,扣件整体呈凹字形结构,内U形方框的开口处为与主龙骨连接件匹配连接的连接凹口;
主龙骨连接件,与扣件配合用于同排相邻的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板的拼接和固定,主龙骨连接件包括空心矩形型材,空心矩形型材内部设有将空心矩形型材分成左右两部分的加强筋隔板;主龙骨连接件嵌套在相邻复合铝蜂窝芯墙板中的扣件的连接凹口内,将相邻的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板连在一起;
收口件,与扣件配合作为复合铝蜂窝芯墙板侧边的固定部,收口件包括端板和空心型材,端板的宽度大于空心型材的宽度,空心型材垂直地衔接在端板一侧的居中位置;空心型材嵌套在扣件的连接凹口内;端板在空心型材的侧旁设有槽形固定孔。
进一步地,所述连接凹口的内壁部设有内凹的梯形凹槽;空心矩形型材的外部设有与梯形凹槽匹配的梯形凸起部;主龙骨连接件和扣件通过梯形凹槽和梯形凸起部而锁定两者的相对位置。
优选地,所述梯形凸起部靠近加强筋隔板一侧的内梯形边的坡度大于另一侧的外梯形边的坡度,梯形凹槽中与内梯形边和外梯形边对应的梯形边的坡度同步匹配。
优选地,所述空心矩形型材的左右侧壁上均设有可以单独从空心矩形型材本体中撕开的撕口部,撕口部的两端为对称的收窄导角结构,撕口部与空心矩形型材本体之间的连接处为一个容易撕开的薄连接片。
优选地,所述端板两端设有向内反向弯折的直角返折边,直角返折边与端板的内侧形成一道开口回形结构的镶卡槽。
优选地,所述空心型材的端部设有可以单独从空心型材本体中撕开的撕口部,撕口部的两端为对称的收窄导角结构,撕口部与空心型材本体之间的连接处为一个容易撕开的薄连接片。
优选地,所述外U形方框和内U形方框底部之间的直角对角处设有连接筋;连接凹口底部的直角处设有内导角,空心型材的端部和空心矩形型材左右两边的端部均设有与连接凹口底部的内导角匹配的外导角。
进一步地,所述扣件的连接凹口内侧壁设有橡胶垫。
优选地,所述铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,还包括顶龙骨和底龙骨,顶龙骨和底龙骨均为U形方槽轨型材,顶龙骨和底龙骨的底部均设有两纵向条平行的凸筋;顶龙骨的外框边高度低于底龙骨的外框边高度;顶龙骨和底龙骨一上一下横向将复合铝蜂窝芯墙板和竖向主龙骨构成的蜂窝龙骨墙包覆成一体。
作为扩展改进,所述蜂窝龙骨墙为两层,两层蜂窝龙骨墙一前一后间隔设置,两层蜂窝龙骨墙之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉;或者,所述蜂窝龙骨墙一侧干挂有一层硅酸钙饰面板,硅酸钙饰面板和蜂窝龙骨墙之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉,硅酸钙饰面板包括作为墙板的硅酸钙板及其墙板干挂装配组件,墙板干挂装配组件固定在蜂窝龙骨墙的外侧,硅酸钙板固定在墙板干挂装配组件上。由于墙板干挂装配组件具有一定的厚度,使得硅酸钙饰面板和蜂窝龙骨墙之间存在间隔空间。
由上可知,相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下的优点:结构科学,设计合理;以强度高、耐潮、耐霉变、防火性能高的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板作为墙板,通过竖向主龙骨、顶龙骨和底龙骨采用拼接的连接方式连成整个墙体,最终制成的蜂窝龙骨墙;与传统的隔墙系统相比,蜂窝龙骨墙的墙体具有强度大、自重轻、耐火、耐潮防霉、隔音效果好等诸多优点,适应如洗手间、厨房等特殊空间的特殊要求,适应范围广;且安装工艺简单,易操作,施工工艺容易统一标准,工程质量稳定有保证;装配效率极高,可在工厂或施工场地外进行模块化定制,直接在现场拼接安装,不需要现场二次加工,施工速度是传统墙体行业的6~8倍,同时避免了施工现场的光、噪音、环境的污染。制成的蜂窝龙骨墙占用空间小,利用率高。同时通过板状铝蜂窝易加工的特性,可在板状铝蜂窝中直接预留管线槽和线盒,避免安装施工过程中,需要现场开槽时进行二次加工而产生二次污染,完美地解决目前隔墙系统产生的诸多负面问题和众多不利影响。

安装参考,参见图2,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板4的两端部进行镂空处理成与扣件2形状匹配的镂空槽,用于安装扣件2,扣件2通过粘胶粘合在镂空槽内,同排相邻的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板4则可通过扣件2和主龙骨连接件1进行现场拼装,拼装前,可先将主龙骨连接件1两端的撕口部15向内撕开一段,主龙骨连接件1的两端在撕口部上形成具有可发生弹性形变的缺口,可减少主龙骨连接件1与扣件2匹配拼装时的阻力。现场施工时,顶龙骨6可通过螺栓固定在天花板上,底龙骨7可通过螺栓固定在地板上,从而将蜂窝龙骨墙上下固定,蜂窝龙骨墙的两边则通过收口件3固定在墙壁上。
由于不需要现场二次加工,施工速度比传统墙体安装速度快6~8倍,同时避免了施工现场的光、噪音、环境的污染。制成的蜂窝龙骨墙占用空间小,材料利用率高。同时通过板状铝蜂窝41易加工的特性,可在板状铝蜂窝41中直接预留管线槽和线盒,避免安装施工过程中,需要现场开槽时进行二次加工而产生二次污染,完美地解决目前隔墙系统产生的诸多负面问题和众多不利影响。
作为另一种优选的实施方式,参见图12,为了提高隔音效果,优选地,所述蜂窝龙骨墙9为两层,两层蜂窝龙骨墙9一前一后间隔设置,两层蜂窝龙骨墙9之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉18。
作为另一种优选的实施方式,参见图13,为了进一步提高隔音效果,优选地,所述蜂窝龙骨墙9一侧干挂有一层硅酸钙饰面板17,硅酸钙饰面板17和蜂窝龙骨墙9之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉18,硅酸钙饰面板17包括作为墙板的硅酸钙板42及其墙板干挂装配组件19,墙板干挂装配组件19固定在蜂窝龙骨墙9的外侧,硅酸钙板42固定在墙板干挂装配组件19上。由于墙板干挂装配组件19具有一定的厚度,使得硅酸钙饰面板17和蜂窝龙骨墙9之间存在间隔空间。硅酸钙板42提前加工好板材边槽,墙板干挂装配组件包括挂墙构件、连接卡件、尼龙橡胶塞、硅酸钙板扣件;硅酸钙板扣件按前述的方式与硅酸钙板42连接好并通过特殊粘胶与硅酸钙板42粘合成一体。应用时,可根据实际尺寸,截取相应长度的挂墙构件、连接卡件、尼龙橡胶塞、硅酸钙板扣件等,并提前加工卡件固定孔等各种安装孔;然后将两个或多个挂墙构件依次固定在蜂窝龙骨墙9的上下端,构成墙身硅酸钙饰面板17的底部支撑框架;另外,将尼龙橡胶塞从上往下插进连接卡件内,接着再将连接卡件通过螺栓固定在挂墙构件上;提前将硅酸钙板扣件按前述的方式与硅酸钙板42连接成一体,将硅酸钙板扣件的插头板从正前方插入到橡胶塞夹槽中并由胶塞卡板和橡胶塞卡臂夹紧,即可完成墙身硅酸钙饰面板17的干挂装配。有关“墙板干挂装配组件”的更具体的说明,参见申请人另案申请的专利申请,该专利申请名称为“一种墙身硅酸钙饰面板干挂装配系统”。
优选地,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板4,主要由板状铝蜂窝41和两块硅酸钙板42通过胶粘制成的墙板;墙板正面可通过覆膜、滚涂、3D打印处理,制成仿石、木、瓷砖等图案纹理。
上述说明内容中,对属于现有技术中常规使用的内容,如结构和工艺,为了节省篇幅,不再赘述。未揭示的加工工艺和零件,按现有技术的常规技术处理即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,包括作为墙板的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)和竖向主龙骨,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)通过竖向主龙骨彼此顺序连接固定;其中,复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)包括板状铝蜂窝(41)和两块硅酸钙板(42),两块硅酸钙板(42)分别复合在板状铝蜂窝(41)的两侧;其特征是:所述竖向主龙骨包括主龙骨连接件(1)、扣件(2)、收口件(3);其中,
扣件(2),与主龙骨连接件(1)和收口件(3)配合作为复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)的连接部,扣件(2)的整体宽度等于或小于复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)中两块硅酸钙板(42)之间的宽度,扣件(2)竖直地嵌套在复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)的侧面;扣件(2)包括外U形方框(21)和内U形方框(22),内U形方框(22)嵌套在外U形方框(21)之内,外U形方框(21)和内U形方框(22)的前端平齐、且两者的前端部通过端板(23)连接成一体,扣件(2)整体呈凹字形结构,内U形方框(22)的开口处为与主龙骨连接件(1)匹配连接的连接凹口(25);
主龙骨连接件(1),与扣件(2)配合用于同排相邻的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)的拼接和固定,主龙骨连接件(1)包括空心矩形型材(10),空心矩形型材(10)内部设有将空心矩形型材(10)分成左右两部分的加强筋隔板(11);主龙骨连接件(1)嵌套在相邻复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)中的扣件(2)的连接凹口(25)内,将相邻的复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)连在一起;
收口件(3),与扣件(2)配合作为复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)侧边的固定部,收口件(3)包括端板(31)和空心型材(30),端板(31)的宽度大于空心型材(30)的宽度,空心型材(30)垂直地衔接在端板(31)一侧的居中位置;空心型材(30)嵌套在扣件(2)的连接凹口(25)内;端板(31)在空心型材(30)的侧旁设有槽形固定孔(39);所述连接凹口(25)的内壁部设有内凹的梯形凹槽(26);空心矩形型材(10)的外部设有与梯形凹槽(26)匹配的梯形凸起部(12);主龙骨连接件(1)和扣件(2)通过梯形凹槽(26)和梯形凸起部(12)而锁定两者的相对位置;所述梯形凸起部(12)靠近加强筋隔板(11)一侧的内梯形边(13)的坡度大于另一侧的外梯形边(14)的坡度,梯形凹槽(26)中与内梯形边(13)和外梯形边(14)对应的梯形边的坡度同步匹配;
所述空心矩形型材(10)的左右侧壁上均设有可以单独从空心矩形型材(10)本体中撕开的撕口部(15),撕口部(15)的两端为对称的收窄导角结构,撕口部(15)与空心矩形型材(10)本体之间的连接处为一个容易撕开的薄连接片(16)。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述端板(31)两端设有向内反向弯折的直角返折边(37),直角返折边(37)与端板(31)的内侧形成一道开口回形结构的镶卡槽(38)。
3.如权利要求2所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述空心型材(30)的端部设有可以单独从空心型材(30)本体中撕开的撕口部(15),撕口部(15)的两端为对称的收窄导角结构,撕口部(15)与空心型材(30)本体之间的连接处为一个容易撕开的薄连接片(16)。
4.如权利要求3所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述外U形方框(21)和内U形方框(22)底部之间的直角对角处设有连接筋(24);连接凹口(25)底部的直角处设有内导角,空心型材(30)的端部和空心矩形型材(10)左右两边的端部均设有与连接凹口(25)底部的内导角匹配的外导角。
5.如权利要求1~4任一项所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述扣件(2)的连接凹口(25)内侧壁设有橡胶垫(5)。
6.如权利要求5所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,还包括顶龙骨(6)和底龙骨(7),顶龙骨(6)和底龙骨(7)均为U形方槽轨型材,顶龙骨(6)和底龙骨(7)的底部均设有两纵向条平行的凸筋(8);顶龙骨(6)的外框边高度低于底龙骨(7)的外框边高度;顶龙骨(6)和底龙骨(7)一上一下横向将复合铝蜂窝芯墙板(4)和竖向主龙骨构成的蜂窝龙骨墙(9)包覆成一体。
7.如权利要求6所述的铝蜂窝芯复合墙体装配系统,其特征是:所述蜂窝龙骨墙(9)为两层,两层蜂窝龙骨墙(9)一前一后间隔设置,两层蜂窝龙骨墙(9)之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉(18);或者,所述蜂窝龙骨墙(9)一侧干挂有一层硅酸钙饰面板(17),硅酸钙饰面板(17)和蜂窝龙骨墙(9)之间的间隔空间内填充有岩棉(18),硅酸钙饰面板(17)包括作为墙板的硅酸钙板(42)及其墙板干挂装配组件(19),墙板干挂装配组件(19)固定在蜂窝龙骨墙(9)的外侧,硅酸钙板(42)固定在墙板干挂装配组件(19)上。
