本发明涉及混凝土浇筑设备技术领域,具体是一种建筑道路用混凝土搅拌浇筑一体车。
背景技术
混凝土是以水泥为主要胶凝材料,与水、砂、石子,必要时掺入化学外加剂和矿物掺合料,按适当比例配合,经过均匀搅拌、密实成型及养护硬化而成的人造石材,混凝土主要划分为两个阶段与状态,凝结硬化前的塑性状态,硬化之后的坚硬状态。
在建造道路时采用建筑混凝土进行浇筑,现有建筑道路混凝土浇筑设备一般将已混合搅拌后的混凝土材料直接铺设在道路表面,施工效率低下,且混凝土在凝固成固体时需要经历一段时间,这时若需要加快施工的进度时就需要对其进行烘干,传统的做法是进行自然干燥,效率很低。

本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑道路用混凝土搅拌浇筑一体车,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种建筑道路用混凝土搅拌浇筑一体车,将待混合搅拌混凝土原料从进料口加入至粉碎箱内,通过左右两侧粉碎辊同时向内转动对混凝土原料进行粉碎,进水管向搅拌箱内注水,经过粉碎箱粉碎后的混凝土原料从落料口落至搅拌箱内,驱动电机带动转轴以及锥齿轮一转动,锥齿轮一通过与锥齿轮二啮合带动锥齿轮二以及主齿轮转动,主齿轮带动副齿轮以及转动杆转动,转动杆带动搅拌杆对混凝土原料以及水进行混合搅拌,经搅拌箱搅拌后的混凝土从箱口落至待铺设道路表面,通过电阻加热箱升温加热,风机通过风管将电阻加热箱内高温空气向下吹送至风口,风口输送热风对混凝土道路进行烘干,有效提高了施工效率,节约了时间和成本。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑道路用混凝土搅拌浇筑一体车,其特征在于,所述送料箱(32)内设置螺旋搅拌杆(27),所述螺旋搅拌杆(27)与送料箱(32)侧壁转动连接,所述螺旋搅拌杆(27)右侧末端穿过送料箱(32)侧壁延伸固定连接锥齿轮二(21)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑道路用混凝土搅拌浇筑一体车,其特征在于,所述支撑底座(1)上表面固定安装二级液压缸(25),所述二级液压缸(25)通过第二伸缩杆(24)与铺设板(23)固定连接。
