技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法。
背景技术
国内现在石灰回转窑普遍采用铝硅系烧成砖或预制件作为内衬使用,在1450℃以上高温石灰窑上,在富钙的条件下,氧化钙和氧化铝会发生反应生成铝酸钙CA-C7A12等各种低熔相物,在高温气流、石灰的冲刷下工作衬损毁的很快,使用寿命大大降低,眼前这些耐火材料已经不适应现在降低石灰生烧率高温石灰回转窑的趋势。因此,亟需一种抗侵蚀性和抗冲刷性好的回转窑内衬耐火材料来解决以上问题,同时也适应国家环保节能政策所向。为了提高回转窑内衬的抗侵蚀性和抗冲刷性故引进镁铝铬和镁铁铬尖晶石材料进行复合预制。
鉴于此,申请人设计了一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,利用镁铬砂及镁铝尖晶石制备回转窑内衬,具备耐高温抗侵蚀和耐磨性好且不结圈的特性,解决了高温石灰回转窑内衬不耐侵蚀、冲刷使用寿命低的问题,提高了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,利用镁铬砂及镁铝尖晶石制备回转窑内衬,具备耐高温抗侵蚀和耐磨性好且不结圈的特性,解决了高温石灰回转窑内衬不耐侵蚀、冲刷使用寿命低的问题,提高了生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:提供其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)称量置备原材料;
(2)将置备好的原材料分类投入物料粉碎机,通过物料分别按照要求粉碎至所需粒径,而后混炼均匀,加入占原材料总重4-6wt%的水,在常温5-25摄氏度的环境中搅拌均匀;
(3)将加水搅拌好的混合物料在模型中浇筑成型,得到坯料;
(4)低温烘烤坯料直至定型,即可;
其中,步骤(1)中所述的原材料按照质量份数包含如下组分:
粒径为10-5mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为5-3mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为3-1mm的镁铬砂颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁铬砂颗粒 5-15份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁砂颗粒 5-10份
细度为200目的矾土基镁铝尖晶石细粉 5-10份;
细度为200目的镁砂细粉 5-10份;
复合微粉 2-6份;
结合剂 2-6份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过本发明所述工艺制得的高温石灰回转窑预制件,可与其同材质浇注料混砌作为回转窑内衬,抗侵蚀性、耐磨性好,不结圈,提高回转窑寿命和生产效率。
2. 在制备过程因为镁铬砂和镁砂等物料浇注成型后在烘干时易水化造成预制块裂纹,故采用镁铬砂和镁铝尖晶石按一定组分进行混合复合配制,避免纯镁铬砂和镁砂水化造成预制件裂纹和纯镁铝尖晶石铝和氧化钙高温反应形成低熔物不耐侵蚀的缺点。
3.本发明所述工艺中采用的原材料配比合理,采用多种粒径和细度的多种原料混合配料,目的是合理的颗粒级配,形成最紧密堆积,降低气孔率,形成致密结构。
工艺中涉及的复合微粉的作用在于填充颗粒空隙,提高浇注料流动性,并在高温下形成陶瓷结合产生高温强度,同时形成陶瓷结构阻挡液相渗透;在复合微粉中,α- Al2O3微粉的作用在于填充颗粒空隙,高活性在高温下易于烧结;添加高效聚羧酸减水剂或三聚磷酸盐或六偏磷酸盐的作用在于分散微粉,降低加水量,减少气孔,提高材料的致密性;与复合微粉各组分有机结合,能提高材料高温烧结性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一
本发明所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量置备原材料;
(2)将置备好的原材料分类投入物料粉碎机,通过物料分别按照要求粉碎至所需粒径,而后混炼均匀,加入占原材料总重4-6wt%的水,在常温5-25摄氏度的环境中搅拌均匀;
(3)将加水搅拌好的混合物料在模型中浇筑成型,得到坯料;
(4)低温烘烤坯料直至定型,即可;
其中,步骤(1)中所述的原材料按照质量份数包含如下组分:
粒径为10-5mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为5-3mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为3-1mm的镁铬砂颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁铬砂颗粒 5-15份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁砂颗粒 5-10份;
细度为200目的矾土基镁铝尖晶石细粉 5-10份;
细度为200目的镁砂细粉 5-10份;
复合微粉 2-6份;
结合剂 2-6份。

本发明所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,具备如下技术优势:(1)利用镁铬砂及镁铝尖晶石制备回转窑内衬,具备耐高温抗侵蚀和耐磨性好且不结圈的特性,解决了高温石灰回转窑内衬不耐侵蚀、冲刷使用寿命低的问题,提高了生产效率;(2)在制备过程因为镁铬砂和镁砂等物料浇注成型后在烘干时易水化造成预制块裂纹,故采用镁铬砂和镁铝尖晶石按一定组分进行混合复合配制。
实施例二
如图1和2所示,在本实施例中,所述物料粉碎机包括碾磨外机壳,所述碾磨外机壳包括上料壳、入料壳、碾料壳和出料壳,所述上料壳、入料壳、碾料壳和出料壳由上而下顺序衔接在一起,在上料壳内设置主腔体和副腔体,在主腔体内横向设置曲轴,曲轴的前端轴通过轴承座安装在主腔体的侧壁上,曲轴的后端轴连接曲轴驱动电机,所述曲轴驱动电机固定在主腔体的另一侧的侧壁上;所述曲轴包括至少三个连杆轴颈;所述副腔体联通入料壳;所述入料壳呈上大下小的漏斗形。所述入料壳呈上大下小的漏斗形。
在碾料壳内纵向设置三个以上的碾料分腔;所述各个碾料分腔的上端设置环形内凸环,在内凸环上纵向设置若干条外壁研磨条棱,在碾料分腔内设置碾磨连杆,所述碾磨连杆的上端铰接在连杆轴颈上,碾磨连杆的下端连接碾磨球,所述碾磨球位于内凹环的下端且碾磨球的外周壁上设置若干条球体研磨条棱;所述研磨球与碾料分腔侧壁的间隙小于物料最终要求颗粒的粒径。
当曲轴驱动电机带动曲轴转动时,能够带动各个碾磨连杆竖直上下运动,继而带动各个碾磨球上下移动,令球体研磨条棱和外壁研磨条棱配合研磨粉碎从上方落下的物料。
所述入料壳包括由上而下同轴设置的漏斗腔和直管腔;
在入料壳的直管腔内设置柔性抖料装置,所述柔性抖料装置包括抖料驱动电机、传动转轴、抖料电机安装支架、若干个柔性耐磨橡胶导料管和若干个振动环;在入料壳内设置若干个导料筒,所述各个导料筒分别与下方的各个碾料分腔垂直贯穿相连;所述橡胶导料管设置在导料筒内,所述振动环套装在橡胶导料管外;相邻的振动环之间通过振动连杆相连,在相邻的导料筒之间的振动连杆上套装振动弹簧;所述抖料驱动电机和传动转轴均通过抖料电机安装架安装在入料壳的外壁上,在抖料驱动电机电机轴的上端安装主动齿轮,在传动转轴的上端安装从动齿轮,主动齿轮和从动齿轮相互啮合;在传动转轴的下端连接固定折杆的一端,折杆的另一端连接驱动连杆,所述驱动连杆与邻近的振动环相连;
在漏斗腔内设置漏斗形旋转内衬,所述旋转内衬的内壁上沿母线方向设置若干条导料条;所述旋转内衬的下端通过防尘轴承安装在漏斗腔内,在旋转内衬的上端外周设置内衬驱动外齿环;在漏斗腔的侧壁上开设啮合通孔,所述主动齿轮嵌入啮合通孔内且与内衬驱动外齿环相啮合;当抖料驱动电机带动主动齿轮转动时,能够同步驱动旋转内衬在漏斗腔内转动。
固体物料的研磨粉碎过程如下:
按照不同的研磨颗粒要求,预先调节研磨球与碾料分腔侧壁的间隙,令其小于所需研磨物料最终要求颗粒的粒径。首先开启曲轴驱动电机和抖料驱动电机,然后将该物料从上料壳内设置的副腔体上端敞口处进行投料,物料顺由副腔体后进入入料壳的漏斗腔,物料经过旋转内衬及导料条的旋转输送,均匀投入到各个导料筒内的橡胶导料管,与此同时,通过各个振动连杆对橡胶导料管的振动,避免发生物料堆积阻塞管道,令物料顺利进入碾料分腔内。曲轴驱动电机带动曲轴转动,能够带动各个碾磨连杆竖直上下运动,继而带动各个碾磨球上下移动,令球体研磨条棱和外壁研磨条棱配合研磨粉碎从上方落下的物料。粉碎至小于预设间隙的颗粒物可通过研磨球与碾料分腔侧壁的间隙下落至出料壳内,完成物料的研磨粉碎作业。
实施例三
如图3所示,物料粉碎机还包括研磨球旋转驱动装置,所述研磨球旋转驱动装置设置在碾料分腔内的研磨球的下方;所述碾磨连杆包括上连杆体和下连杆体,所述上连杆体和下连杆体同轴转动连接,下连杆体的下端与研磨球固定连接为一体;从研磨球的下部向上设置条形螺孔,所述条形螺孔向上伸入到下连杆体内;研磨球旋转驱动装置包括固定筛盘,所述固定筛盘水平固定在碾料分腔的下方,在固定筛盘上开设筛孔;在固定筛盘的上方中心部位垂直固定旋转驱动丝轴,所述旋转驱动丝轴的上端插入条形螺孔内;当碾磨连杆上下移动时,所述下连杆体和研磨球能够沿旋转驱动丝杠旋转上下移动,继而令球体研磨条棱转动研磨物料。
所述研磨球旋转驱动装置还包括密封阻尘结构,所述密封阻尘结构包括硅胶挡尘环和硅胶伸缩挡尘管,所述硅胶挡尘环呈上小下大的喇叭口形,硅胶挡尘环的上端同轴固定在研磨球的下部,硅胶挡尘环的下端设置内凹的环形外挡沿;硅胶伸缩挡尘管套装在旋转驱动丝杠上,硅胶伸缩挡尘管的下端连接固定筛盘,在硅胶伸缩挡尘管的上端设置外翻的环形内挡沿,所述环形外挡沿和环形内挡沿扣合固定在一起,当研磨球上下旋转移动时,环形内挡沿和环形外挡沿不会脱钩。

Claims (10)

1.一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)称量置备原材料;
(2)将置备好的原材料分类投入物料粉碎机,通过物料分别按照要求粉碎至所需粒径,而后混炼均匀,加入占原材料总重4-6wt%的水,在常温5-25摄氏度的环境中搅拌均匀;
(3)将加水搅拌好的混合物料在模型中浇筑成型,得到坯料;
(4)低温烘烤坯料直至定型,即可;
其中,步骤(1)中所述的原材料按照质量份数包含如下组分:
粒径为10-5mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为5-3mm的矾土基镁铝尖晶石颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为3-1mm的镁铬砂颗粒 10-20份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁铬砂颗粒 5-15份;
粒径为1-0mm的镁砂颗粒 5-10份
细度为200目的矾土基镁铝尖晶石细粉 5-10份;
细度为200目的镁砂细粉 5-10份;
复合微粉 2-6份;

3.按照权利要求2所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的矾土基镁铝颗粒及细粉化学成分按照质量份数包含如下组分:
Al2O3 55-75份;
MgO 20-35份。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合微粉按照质量份数包含如下组分:
α- Al2O3微粉 3-10 份;
硅微粉 1-8 份;
高效聚羧酸减水剂或三聚磷酸盐或六偏磷酸盐 5-15 份。
5.按照权利要求4所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的结合剂为铝酸盐水泥。
6.按照权利要求5所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的低温烘烤为400摄氏度。
7.按照权利要求6所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述物料粉碎机包括碾磨外机壳,所述碾磨外机壳包括上料壳、入料壳、碾料壳和出料壳,所述上料壳、入料壳、碾料壳和出料壳由上而下顺序衔接在一起,在上料壳内设置主腔体和副腔体,在主腔体内横向设置曲轴,曲轴的前端轴通过轴承座安装在主腔体的侧壁上,曲轴的后端轴连接曲轴驱动电机,所述曲轴驱动电机固定在主腔体的另一侧的侧壁上;所述曲轴包括至少三个连杆轴颈;所述副腔体联通入料壳;所述入料壳呈上大下小的漏斗形;
在碾料壳内纵向设置三个以上的碾料分腔;所述各个碾料分腔的上端设置环形内凸环,在内凸环上纵向设置若干条外壁研磨条棱,在碾料分腔内设置碾磨连杆,所述碾磨连杆的上端铰接在连杆轴颈上,碾磨连杆的下端连接碾磨球,所述碾磨球位于内凹环的下端且碾磨球的外周壁上设置若干条球体研磨条棱;所述研磨球与碾料分腔侧壁的间隙小于物料最终要求颗粒的粒径;

8.按照权利要求7所述的一种高温石灰回转窑用复合预制件内衬的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括研磨球旋转驱动装置,所述研磨球旋转驱动装置设置在碾料分腔内的研磨球的下方;所述碾磨连杆包括上连杆体和下连杆体,所述上连杆体和下连杆体同轴转动连接,下连杆体的下端与研磨球固定连接为一体;从研磨球的下部向上设置条形螺孔,所述条形螺孔向上伸入到下连杆体内;研磨球旋转驱动装置包括固定筛盘,所述固定筛盘水平固定在碾料分腔的下方,在固定筛盘上开设筛孔;在固定筛盘的上方中心部位垂直固定旋转驱动丝轴,所述旋转驱动丝轴的上端插入条形螺孔内;当碾磨连杆上下移动时,所述下连杆体和研磨球能够沿旋转驱动丝杠旋转上下移动,继而令球体研磨条棱转动研磨物料。
