本发明公开了一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片及其制备方法。本发明的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,厚度薄,质地可靠,镜片装框后不会变形,不会改变镜片的屈光度,并避免了树脂镜片日久发黄及光学特性改变的问题;同时,以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,通透性佳,色彩还原性好。而且,高温镀膜形成的镀膜层稳定,可耐受高温而不易发生龟裂等改变。从而,具有良好的配戴感官舒适性,有效保护眼睛。此外,该太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,并在镜片的外表面镀膜有防指纹镀膜,能有效提高镜片的耐磨性,防刮、防水、防尘,使用寿命长。本发明的制备方法以白片玻璃为基材,可制得镀膜稳定、光学效果优异的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。

本发明涉及太阳镜镜片技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在阳光下,人的眼睛通常要靠调节瞳孔大小来调节光通量,当光线强度超过人眼调节能力,就会对人眼造成伤害。所以在户外活动场所,特别是在夏天,需要采用太阳镜来遮挡阳光,以减轻眼睛调节造成的疲劳或强光刺激造成的伤害。
现状市场上绝大部分的太阳镜产品的镜片材质均使用树脂材料,树脂材料的基底软,表面镀膜后膜层容易产生龟裂,不耐受高温,装框后镜片容易变形,导致屈光度发生改变,影响佩戴时的舒适性,同时会对视力存在一定的危害。而且,树脂材料的镜片质软不耐磨,防刮性能差,也将会影响使用寿命。
此外,树脂材料镜片的红光波段透过率高,色彩还原性差,视觉效果差。同时,采用树脂材料的太阳镜片整体通透性不佳,视觉效果越戴越差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足,提供了一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。该太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,厚度薄,质地可靠,镀膜稳定,可耐受高温,色彩还原性好,通透性佳,光学效果优异,具有良好的配戴感官舒适性,使用寿命长。
本发明的目的还在于提供制备上述所述的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的方法。该方法以白片玻璃为基材,可制得镀膜稳定、光学效果优异的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现。
一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、裁切白片玻璃,并对所述白片玻璃的双面以及立边进行抛光;
S2、抛光后的白片玻璃置于清洗机内,依次用pH=11的强碱清洗3~8分钟、pH=8的弱碱清洗3~8分钟;再将清洗后的白片玻璃置于无尘干燥箱内烘干;
S3、取出白片玻璃,置于真空镀膜装置内;在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的一侧表面蒸镀渐变的衰减膜层,干燥冷却;
S4、冷却后白片玻璃的衰减膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却;
S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。
在优选的实施例中,所述白片玻璃基材的厚度为1.4~1.6mm。
在优选的实施例中,所述白片玻璃在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91~92%。
在优选的实施例中,S2中,所述pH=11的强碱为浓度10^(-3)mol/L的NaOH溶液。
在优选的实施例中,S2中,所述pH=8的弱碱为浓度10^(-6)mol/L的NaOH溶液。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
本发明的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,厚度薄,质地可靠,镜片装框后不会变形,不会改变镜片的屈光度,并避免了树脂镜片日久发黄及光学特性改变的问题;同时,以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,通透性佳,色彩还原性好。而且,以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,高温镀膜形成的镀膜层稳定,可耐受高温而不易发生龟裂等改变。从而,具有良好的配戴感官舒适性,有效保护眼睛。
此外,该太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片以平面的白片玻璃作为基材,并在镜片的外表面镀膜有防指纹镀膜,能有效提高镜片的耐磨性,防刮、防水、防尘,使用寿命长。
本发明的制备方法以白片玻璃为基材,精确控制镀膜工艺,可制得镀膜稳定、光学效果优异的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。

本发明实施例的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片,采用如图1所示的方法流程制得,具体步骤如下:
S1、裁切白片玻璃,并对所述白片玻璃的双面以及立边进行抛光;所述白片玻璃在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91~92%;
S2、抛光后的白片玻璃置于清洗机内,依次用pH=11的强碱清洗3~8分钟、pH=8的弱碱清洗3~8分钟;再将清洗后的白片玻璃置于无尘干燥箱内烘干;
优选的,所述pH=11的强碱为浓度10^(-3)的NaOH溶液;所述pH=8的弱碱为浓度10^(-6)mol/L的NaOH溶液;
S3、取出白片玻璃,置于真空镀膜装置内;在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的一侧表面蒸镀渐变的衰减膜层,干燥冷却;
在优选的实施例中,所述衰减膜层为Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层交替层叠的膜层;且所述Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层总共10~12层。
S4、冷却后白片玻璃的衰减膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却;
在优选的实施例中,所述防指纹膜层为全氟聚醚膜层,厚度为5~20nm。
S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
在优选的实施例中,所述紫外截止膜层为Ti3O5膜层与SiO2膜层交替层叠的膜层;且所述Ti3O5膜层与SiO2膜层总共24~26层。
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片。
在优选的实施例中,所述防指纹膜层为全氟聚醚膜层,厚度为5~20nm。
在可选的实施例中,采用的真空镀膜装置如图2所示,该真空镀膜装置包括镀膜室1、镀膜伞盘2以及渐变镀膜治具3。
其中,所述镀膜室1的底部设置有至少两个蒸发源4;所述镀膜伞盘2扣在所述镀膜室1的顶部;而且,参见图3所示,在所述镀膜伞盘2的底部沿圆周开设有镜片放置孔201;所述渐变镀膜治具3为与所述镀膜室1的内侧适配的整体盘型治具,设置在所述镀膜室1的顶部、并位于所述镀膜伞盘2的下方。并且,参见图4所示,在所述渐变镀膜治具3的中间部位具有通孔301,且所述通孔301的边缘具有锯齿状结构302。此外,在所述镀膜室1内、位于所述渐变镀膜治具2与所述蒸发源4之间设置有修正板5。
采用该真空镀膜装置进行蒸镀膜层时,镜片放置在镀膜伞盘2的镜片放置孔201上。而后,位于镀膜室1底部的蒸发源4加热挥发出镀膜材料,镀膜材料上升穿过渐变镀膜治具3的通孔301并附着在镜片表面上,形成镀膜。其中,修正板5可对镀膜材料的挥发上升速率等进行修正调整,以调整镀膜厚度;而通孔301边缘的锯齿状结构302可对挥发上升的镀膜材料进行由完全无遮挡到完全遮挡的线性渐变遮挡,使镀膜材料在镜片上形成的膜层具有线性渐变效果,使镜片的光学效果更佳。
在优选的实施例中,所述锯齿状结构为三角锯齿状结构。三角锯齿状结构具有更加优异的渐变性,渐变过程更缓和,使镀膜的膜层渐变效果更好。更优选的,三角锯齿状结构的长度为10~150mm,宽度为10~150mm。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片,采用上述方法制得,其中,白片玻璃基材的厚度为1.48mm,白片玻璃基材在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91.3%。
制得的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片中,衰减膜层由Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层交替层叠总共10层的膜层组成,且各膜层厚度为:Al2O3膜层15.00nm/Ti膜层3.00nm/Al2O3膜层62.19nm/Ti膜层7.54nm/Al2O3膜层72.27nm/Ti膜层4.96nm/Al2O3膜层63.59nm/Ti膜层7.29nm/Al2O3膜层54.63nm/Ti膜层15.00nm。

制得的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片中,衰减膜层由Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层交替层叠总共10层的膜层组成,且各膜层厚度为:Al2O3膜层14.63nm/Ti膜层2.91nm/Al2O3膜层61.86nm/Ti膜层7.21nm/Al2O3膜层73.10nm/Ti膜层4.88nm/Al2O3膜层62.87nm/Ti膜层7.02nm/Al2O3膜层55.16nm/Ti膜层15.19nm。

1、膜强度及疏水性测试
1)对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行膜强度检测
检测方法:用百格刀将镀膜镜片的表面膜层划开;再用3M 810胶带贴紧镜片膜面,保持镜片固定并将3M 810胶带迅速撕下,在同一位置重复5次;
在日光灯下观察镜片表面的膜层脱落情况,检测结果如表1所示。
2)对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行疏水性检测
检测方法:将水滴滴落在镜片表面上,测定接触角度,结果如表1所示。

由表1测试结果可知,实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片不仅镀膜强度高,且相比于对比例1采用树脂基材镀膜的镜片,实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片疏水效果更好。
2、膜耐高温测试
对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行耐高温测试
检测方法:将镀膜镜片放入100℃的开水中水煮30min,然后采用“1、膜强度及疏水性测试”的方法使用3M胶带进行膜强度测试;
在日光灯下观察镜片表面的膜层脱落情况,检测结果如表2所示。

由表2的测试结果可知,相比于对比例1采用树脂基材镀膜的镜片,实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片具有更优异的耐高温性能。
3、通透性及组装后屈光度测试
1)对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行通透性测试
检测方法:使用分光光度计对镀膜镜片进行紫外光(Tavg@300-380nm、Tavg@420-680nm)透过率测试,检测结果如表3所示。

由表3的测试结果可知,相比于对比例1采用树脂基材镀膜的镜片,实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片具有较高的紫外截止度。
2)对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行组装后屈光度测试
检测方法:首先,测得未装配前镀膜镜片的屈光度;然后,将镀膜镜片装配在镜框上,再测定装配后的镀膜镜片的屈光度;检测结果如表4所示。

由表4的测试结果可知,对比例1采用树脂基材镀膜的镜片在装配前后屈光度发生变化,而实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片在装配前后屈光度无变化,仍保持稳定不变。
4、色彩还原性测试
对实施例1~4的太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片和对比例1的太阳镜镀膜树脂镜片进行色彩还原性测试
检测方法:将镀膜镜片放置在相机镜头拍照测试色卡,检测结果如表5所示。

由表5的测试结果可知,对比例1采用树脂基材镀膜的镜片色彩还原性差,会发生色彩变化,而实施例1~4采用玻璃基材镀膜的镜片的色彩还原性好,不会发生色彩变化。

Claims (7)

1.一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、裁切白片玻璃,并对所述白片玻璃的双面以及立边进行抛光;所述白片玻璃在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91~92%;
S2、抛光后的白片玻璃置于清洗机内,依次用pH=11的强碱清洗3~8分钟、pH=8的弱碱清洗3~8分钟;再将清洗后的白片玻璃置于无尘干燥箱内烘干;
S3、取出白片玻璃,置于真空镀膜装置内;在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的一侧表面蒸镀渐变的衰减膜层,干燥冷却;
S4、冷却后白片玻璃的衰减膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却;
S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀非渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片;
所述真空镀膜装置包括镀膜室、镀膜伞盘以及渐变镀膜治具;
所述镀膜室的底部设置有至少两个蒸发源;所述镀膜伞盘扣在所述镀膜室的顶部;所述镀膜伞盘的底部沿圆周开设有镜片放置孔;所述渐变镀膜治具为与所述镀膜室的内侧适配的整体盘型治具,设置在所述镀膜室的顶部、并位于所述镀膜伞盘的下方;所述渐变镀膜治具的中间部位具有通孔,且所述通孔的边缘具有锯齿状结构;所述锯齿状结构为三角锯齿状结构;且所述三角锯齿状结构的长度为10~150mm,宽度为10~150mm;
且在所述镀膜室内、位于所述渐变镀膜治具与所述蒸发源之间设置有修正板;
所述衰减膜层由Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层交替层叠总共10层的膜层组成,且各膜层厚度为:Al2O3膜层15.00nm/Ti膜层3.00nm/Al2O3膜层62.19nm/Ti膜层7.54nm/Al2O3膜层72.27nm/Ti膜层4.96nm/Al2O3膜层63.59nm/Ti膜层7.29nm/Al2O3膜层54.63nm/Ti膜层15.00nm;

S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀非渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片;
所述真空镀膜装置包括镀膜室、镀膜伞盘以及渐变镀膜治具;
所述镀膜室的底部设置有至少两个蒸发源;所述镀膜伞盘扣在所述镀膜室的顶部;所述镀膜伞盘的底部沿圆周开设有镜片放置孔;所述渐变镀膜治具为与所述镀膜室的内侧适配的整体盘型治具,设置在所述镀膜室的顶部、并位于所述镀膜伞盘的下方;所述渐变镀膜治具的中间部位具有通孔,且所述通孔的边缘具有锯齿状结构;所述锯齿状结构为三角锯齿状结构;且所述三角锯齿状结构的长度为10~150mm,宽度为10~150mm;
且在所述镀膜室内、位于所述渐变镀膜治具与所述蒸发源之间设置有修正板;
所述衰减膜层由Al2O3膜层与Ti膜层交替层叠总共10层的膜层组成,且各膜层厚度为:Al2O3膜层14.32nm/Ti膜层4.01nm/Al2O3膜层64.79nm/Ti膜层8.24nm/Al2O3膜层70.64nm/Ti膜层4.07nm/Al2O3膜层61.25nm/Ti膜层6.97nm/Al2O3膜层55.12nm/Ti膜层15.61nm;

3.一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、裁切白片玻璃,并对所述白片玻璃的双面以及立边进行抛光;所述白片玻璃在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91~92%;
S2、抛光后的白片玻璃置于清洗机内,依次用pH=11的强碱清洗3~8分钟、pH=8的弱碱清洗3~8分钟;再将清洗后的白片玻璃置于无尘干燥箱内烘干;
S3、取出白片玻璃,置于真空镀膜装置内;在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的一侧表面蒸镀渐变的衰减膜层,干燥冷却;
S4、冷却后白片玻璃的衰减膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却;
S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀非渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片;
所述真空镀膜装置包括镀膜室、镀膜伞盘以及渐变镀膜治具;

4.一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、裁切白片玻璃,并对所述白片玻璃的双面以及立边进行抛光;所述白片玻璃在0°入射光束、400~700nm波长范围的透射率为91~92%;
S2、抛光后的白片玻璃置于清洗机内,依次用pH=11的强碱清洗3~8分钟、pH=8的弱碱清洗3~8分钟;再将清洗后的白片玻璃置于无尘干燥箱内烘干;

S4、冷却后白片玻璃的衰减膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却;
S5、冷却后的白片玻璃翻转放置在真空镀膜装置内,在1.3×10-3Pa、250℃条件下,在白片玻璃的另一侧表面蒸镀非渐变的紫外截止膜层,干燥冷却;
S6、冷却后白片玻璃的紫外截止膜层上,在1.3×10-3Pa、120℃条件下,蒸镀非渐变的防指纹膜层,干燥冷却,得到所述太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片;
所述真空镀膜装置包括镀膜室、镀膜伞盘以及渐变镀膜治具;

6.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种太阳镜镀膜玻璃镜片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防指纹膜层为全氟聚醚膜层,厚度为5~20nm。
