The invention discloses an intelligent community garbage classification and recovery system which comprises a camera, a touch screen, an ultrasonic sensor, a switch module, an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a wireless transceiving module, a cloud server and a remote end. According to the garbage collection and management system, a corresponding virtual button on a touch screen is pressed or a two-dimensional code of a garbage bag is scanned according to the type of garbage in a hand of a resident, a corresponding garbage box cover can be automatically opened, the current garbage occupation amount in each garbage can is presented on the display screen in a form of a histogram, the garbage occupation amount in each garbage can is displayed and transmitted in real time, the whole process is transmitted to a large screen of a local urban garbage management center through the transmission technology of the Internet of things, intelligent data statistics is carried out, and real data of garbage accumulation amount is achieved so that managers can make decision and guide on the setting of garbage classification cans in each community.

and the remote end is used for receiving the garbage can position information about the garbage can to be full and carrying out personnel scheduling.
The camera with switch module with MCU electric connection, the touch-sensitive screen, ultrasonic sensor with wireless transceiver module with MCU communication is connected.
In some embodiments, the ultrasonic sensor is located in the middle of the bottom of the trash can cover, and height information of trash in the trash can be detected through ultrasonic ranging.
In some embodiments, the MCU receives the two-dimensional code of the trash bag photographed by the camera and determines the type of the trash bag, and sends a corresponding opening and closing instruction to the switch module, and the MCU receives the height information of the trash can of the ultrasonic sensor again, converts the height information into capacity information, and transmits the capacity information to the touch screen for display.

In some embodiments, when the trash capacity of one of the trash cans is less than one-third of the volume of the entire trash can, the touch screen corresponding bar graph is represented by a black bar graph; the histogram is presented as an orange histogram when the trash content of one of the trash cans is greater than one third but less than two thirds of the total trash can volume, and the histogram changes from orange to red and flashes continuously when the trash content of one of the trash cans is greater than or equal to eighty percent of the total trash can volume.
In some embodiments, the MCU converts the capacity information, the category information and the location information of each trash can into wireless signals through the wireless transceiver module in real time, and sends the wireless signals to the cloud server
In some embodiments, the cloud server receives the capacity information, the category information, and the location information sent by the wireless transceiver module, analyzes, integrates, and counts all the garbage accumulated capacities of each category, and forms graph information to send to the remote end.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1: the invention provides an intelligent community garbage classification and recovery system which comprises a camera 1, a touch screen 2, an ultrasonic sensor 3, a switch module 4, an MCU5, a wireless transceiver module 6, a cloud server 7 and a remote end 8.
The camera 1 is mainly used for scanning the classification identification two-dimensional code of the garbage bag, so that the type of garbage contained in the garbage bag is determined.
The touch screen 2 can display the garbage capacity in various garbage cans, and meanwhile, virtual keys for 4 kinds of garbage are arranged so that residents can open the garbage cans manually.
The ultrasonic sensors 3 are arranged in the bottoms of the trash can covers, and the height of the trash in the trash can be detected in an ultrasonic distance measurement mode, so that the occupied amount of the trash is obtained.
The switch module 4 can receive the instruction of the MCU5 to open the corresponding garbage can.
The MCU5 can receive the height data of the ultrasonic sensor 3, convert the height data into corresponding capacity information, transmit the capacity information to the touch screen 2 for display, and transmit the latest capacity information to the cloud server 7 through the wireless transceiver module 6.
The cloud server 7 can perform data statistics and integration on the received garbage capacity information sent by each community garbage station, and if the type is to count the accumulated amount of each type of garbage, each type of garbage uses a barrel as a unit, each barrel is 100L, and meanwhile, the position of the garbage can which is full of the garbage can is displayed on a map chart and sent to the remote end 8 of the city sanitation center, so that the city sanitation center can schedule workers to receive and exchange the garbage capacity information.
As shown in fig. 2, the specific working steps of the intelligent community garbage classification and recycling system provided by the present invention are as follows:
step 1, various garbage in the families of community residents are classified and collected into garbage bags printed with two-dimensional codes of corresponding garbage type identifiers.
Step 2, when community residents remember the type of garbage to be thrown, the community residents can manually touch the virtual keys of the touch screen 2, and the corresponding garbage can covers are automatically opened; when community residents forget the type of garbage to be thrown, the two-dimensional identification code of the garbage bag can be aligned to the code sweeping inlet provided with the camera 1, the corresponding garbage can cover is automatically opened, and after the garbage can is thrown into the garbage can, the garbage can cover is automatically closed.
And 3, detecting the height of the garbage again by the ultrasonic sensor 3, and automatically converting by the MCU5 to display the volume of the garbage in each current garbage can in a form of a histogram.
And 4, transmitting the capacity data to the cloud server 7 in real time by the wireless transceiving module 6, displaying the capacity data on a large screen of a remote end 8 of the local garbage management center in real time, and changing the histogram into red and continuously flashing when twenty percent of the content of the garbage bin is left so as to dispatch and dispose in time.
And 5, automatically counting the garbage accumulation amount (100L per barrel by taking the barrel as a unit) by the system, and transmitting the data to a city sanitation center so that managers can make decision guidance on the setting of the garbage classification barrels of each cell.

the cloud server (7) is used for receiving and analyzing the garbage can capacity information data of each community and marking the garbage can position to be full in the chart;
and the remote end (8) is used for receiving the garbage can position information about the garbage can to be full and carrying out personnel scheduling.
The camera with switch module (4) with MCU (5) electric connection, touch-sensitive screen (2), ultrasonic sensor (3) with wireless transceiver module (6) with MCU (5) communication is connected.
