the garbage classified throwing management and control system is used for performing garbage classified throwing management and control based on real-time image information of the classified throwing garbage bin and the garbage identification area to be thrown, which is acquired and identified by the intelligent camera;
the rubbish throwing point management APP binds face information of a rubbish throwing person and is used for displaying and managing rubbish throwing points.

the intelligent camera comprises an acquisition module, a judgment module, a face recognition module, a garbage type recognition module and a tracking module;

the judging module is used for judging whether garbage enters the to-be-thrown garbage identification area or not based on the real-time image information of the to-be-thrown garbage identification area acquired by the acquisition module, and starting the face recognition module, the garbage type recognition module and the tracking module when the garbage enters the to-be-thrown garbage identification area;
the face recognition module is used for recognizing the garbage thrower and judging whether the garbage thrower is registered with a garbage throwing integral management APP or not, if the garbage thrower is not registered, the face recognition module prompts the garbage thrower to register the garbage throwing integral management APP, and face binding is completed;
the garbage type identification module is used for identifying the garbage type of the garbage to be thrown in, and the garbage type is displayed through the prompt device;
the tracking module is used for controlling the intelligent camera to track and sense the throwing process, and if the type of the garbage to be thrown is matched with a thrown garbage can, the garbage throwing point management APP carries out point reward on the garbage throwing person and automatically accumulates into a garbage throwing person point account; otherwise, the prompting device prompts the release error information.
