Abstract

本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、第一离合器、第二离合器、行星排、换挡系统、动力输出轴;第六齿轮、第七齿轮、动力切换装置设置在动力输出轴上;所述发动机的动力输出轴通过第一离合器与行星架相连;第一电动机的动力输出端与齿圈相连;第二电机的动力输出端通过第二离合器与太阳轮连接;通过动力切换装置实现外齿圈齿轮与第六齿轮啮合或者第四齿轮与第七齿轮啮合。本发明可使车辆在行驶过程中,低速运行时进入输入分流模式,在车辆高速运行时及时切换到输出分流模式中,保证汽车的全局效率。

Description

一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统。
背景技术
根据内燃发动机与电机及传动环节的连接形式,混合动力汽车系统主要包括串联、并联和混联三种,串联式系统适宜于低速运行的工况,并联式系统适宜于高速运行的工况,而混联式混合动力系统具备串联、并联系统的优点,因此行驶的全局效率更高。而在混联式系统中,输入分流系统在低速时进行功率分流具备较高的效率,在高速时产生功率循环现象,燃油效率急剧下降;而输出分流式系统在车辆高速运行时进行功率分流,效率较高,在车辆低速运行时产生功率循环,效率降低。
现阶段为了克服上述遇到的技术困难,部分车企也在积极探索解决方法,如通用公司采取复合式分流的方法,通过布置两排甚至多排行星轮的方式来完成两种模式的变换,但是目前来说,采取多排行星轮进行双模式切换有如下缺点:包含多个机械点,设计计算过程复杂;采取多排行星轮动力耦合,制造加工和装配难度很大;传动系统过于复杂,占用变速箱体体积大,且多级传动,效率降低,故障率升高。
因此有必要设计一种简单可靠的混联式换挡系统,使车辆在低速运行时进入输入分流模式,在车辆高速运行时及时切换到输出分流模式中,从而尽量避免汽车进入功率循环现象中。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提出一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统,其使得车辆在行驶过程中,低速运行时进入输入分流模式,在车辆高速运行时及时切换到输出分流模式中;使汽车尽量工作在功率分流模式下,保证汽车的全局效率;同时,在满足上述条件下,尽可能降低机械复杂度,设计出简单实用的传动系统。
本发明实现上述功能的技术方案是:
一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统,其特殊之处在于:
包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、第一离合器、第二离合器、行星排、换挡系统、动力输出轴;
所述发动机与第一离合器、第一电机、行星排、第二离合器、第二电机同轴布置;
所述行星排包括太阳轮、行星架、行星齿轮、齿圈、第四齿轮、外齿圈齿轮;外齿圈齿轮设置在齿圈的外表面,第四齿轮设置在行星架上,行星齿轮分别与齿圈和太阳轮啮合,
换挡系统包括第六齿轮、第七齿轮、动力切换装置;第六齿轮、第七齿轮、动力切换装置设置在动力输出轴上;
所述发动机的动力输出轴通过第一离合器与行星架相连;第一电动机的动力输出端与齿圈相连;第二电机的动力输出端通过第二离合器与太阳轮连接;
通过动力切换装置实现外齿圈齿轮与第六齿轮啮合或者第四齿轮与第七齿轮啮合。
进一步地,还包括电池和转换器,所述第二电机通过转换器与电池相连。
进一步地,上述第一电机为ISG电机。
进一步地,上述第二电机为电动发电一体机。
进一步地,上述动力切换装置在第一电机与第二电机之间。
本发明的优点:
1、本发明设计一种简单可靠的混联式换挡系统,使用行星齿轮对系统动力进行动力与转速的耦合,设计合理;同时,在输出轴设计了双换挡装置,使车辆在低速运行时通过齿圈输出进入输入分流模式,在车辆高速运行时通过发动机转轴输出及时切换到输出分流模式中,从而尽量避免汽车进入功率循环现象中;
2、相对传统的输入或输出分流的混合动力系统,本发明运行工况和模式更多,避免汽车陷入功率循环之中,节油效率得到提升;
3、相对于复杂的复合分流式系统而言,本发明在保证节油效率的同时本发明巧妙的使用了换挡装置,在完成模式切换功能的同时,仅用了一个行星齿轮,便达到了多个行星排对动力耦合的效果,降低了制造加工难度及故障率,具有很明显的设计优势与节油优势。

参见图1,一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统,包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、第一离合器4、第二离合器5、行星排、换挡系统、动力输出轴6、电池17和转换器16。
所述发动机1与第一离合器4、第一电机2、行星排、第二离合器5、第二电机3同轴布置;所述第一电机2、第二电机3通过转换器16与电池17相连。所述行星排包括太阳轮7、行星架8、行星齿轮9、齿圈10、第四齿轮11、外齿圈齿轮12;外齿圈齿轮12设置在齿圈10的外表面,第四齿轮11设置在行星架8上,行星齿轮9分别与齿圈10和太阳轮7啮合。换挡系统包括第六齿轮13、第七齿轮14、动力切换装置15;第六齿轮13、第七齿轮14、动力切换装置15设置在动力输出轴6上。
所述发动机1的动力输出轴6通过第一离合器4与行星架8相连;第一电动机2的动力输出端与齿圈10相连;第二电机3的动力输出端通过第二离合器5与太阳轮7连接;通过动力切换装置15实现外齿圈齿轮12与第六齿轮13啮合或者第四齿轮11与第七齿轮14啮合。
优选地,所述第一电机2为ISG电机。所述第二电机3为电动发电一体机。所述动力切换装置15在第一电机2与第二电机3之间。
本发明的工作原理为:
①纯电动模式,在车辆低速运行时,发动机1不运行,第一离合器4、第二离合器5断开,动力切换装置15置于左边(外齿圈齿轮12、第六齿轮侧13),第一电机2转动,动力通过外齿圈齿轮12与输出轴第六齿轮13输出动力,驱动车辆。
②发电模式,第一离合器4、第二离合器5闭合,发动机1正常运行,一部分能量和第一电机2耦合输出,驱动汽车行驶,其余能量驱动发第二电机3运行发电。
③中速模式,第一离合器4、第二离合器5闭合,第一电机2和发动机1正常运行,动力切换装置15置于左边(外齿圈齿轮12、第六齿轮侧13侧)对动力进行输出,剩余能量通过第二电机3电动发电一体机发电进行能量储存。
④高速模式,第一离合器4、第二离合器5闭合,第一电机2和发动机正常运行,动力切换装置15置于右边(第四齿轮11、第七齿轮侧14)对动力进行输出,此时动力通过发动机轴而非齿圈进行输出,第二电机作为发电机进行能量储存或作为电动机进行能量输入。
⑤减速制动能量回收模式,减速制动时,第一离合器4)断开,第二离合器5闭合,第二电机3作为发电机工作,减速与制动能量通过输出轴流入行星齿轮,驱动第二电机3运转发电。
⑥爬坡和急加速模式,第一离合器4、第二离合器5闭合,第一电机2、第二电机3和发动机1运行,三个动力源通过行星齿轮动力耦合作为动力源输入,动力切换装置15置于左边(外齿圈齿轮12、第六齿轮侧13侧)通过输出轴对动力进行输出。
⑦发动机直接驱动模式,第一离合器4闭合,第二离合器5断开,换挡机构位于右侧(第四齿轮11、第七齿轮侧14侧),发动机1通过第四齿轮11啮合输出轴第七齿轮14,输出动力,此模式多在第一电机2和第二电机3存在故障情况下使用,防止电机故障时车辆完全无法行驶。
本发明为一种简单可靠的混联式换挡系统,使用行星齿轮对系统动力进行动力与转速的耦合,在输出轴设计了双换挡装置,使车辆在低速运行时通过齿圈输出进入输入分流模式,在车辆高速运行时通过发动机转轴输出及时切换到输出分流模式中,从而尽量避免汽车进入功率循环现象中。相对传统的输入或输出分流的混合动力系统而言,运行工况和模式更多,避免了陷入功率循环之中,节油效率得到提升。相对于复杂的复合分流式系统而言,在保证节油效率的同时本发明巧妙的使用了换挡装置,在完成模式切换功能的同时,仅用了一个行星齿轮,便达到了多个行星排对动力耦合的效果,降低了制造加工难度及故障率,具有很明显的设计优势与节油优势。

1.一种在输入、输出分流式切换的双换挡混联式混合动力系统,其特征在于:
包括发动机(1)、第一电机(2)、第二电机(3)、第一离合器(4)、第二离合器(5)、行星排、换挡系统、动力输出轴(6);
所述发动机(1)与第一离合器(4)、第一电机(2)、行星排、第二离合器(5)、第二电机(3)同轴布置;
所述行星排包括太阳轮(7)、行星架(8)、行星齿轮(9)、齿圈(10)、第四齿轮(11)、外齿圈齿轮(12);外齿圈齿轮(12)设置在齿圈(10)的外表面,第四齿轮(11)设置在行星架(8)上,行星齿轮(9)分别与齿圈(10)和太阳轮(7)啮合,
换挡系统包括第六齿轮(13)、第七齿轮(14)、动力切换装置(15);第六齿轮(13)、第七齿轮(14)、动力切换装置(15)设置在动力输出轴(6)上;
所述发动机(1)的动力输出轴(6)通过第一离合器(4)与行星架(8)相连;第一电动机(2)的动力输出端与齿圈(10)相连;第二电机(3)的动力输出端通过第二离合器(5)与太阳轮(7)连接;
通过动力切换装置(15)实现外齿圈齿轮(12)与第六齿轮(13)啮合或者第四齿轮(11)与第七齿轮(14)啮合。
