Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention relates to a dish washer rack 100 having a tub 200, and the dish washer rack 100 is placed in the tub 200 to support dishes. The shelf 100 comprises a shelf 100 main body, the shelf 100 main body comprises a plurality of criss-cross strand wires and positioning structures arranged on the strand wires, and the strand wires and the positioning structures divide the shelf 100 main body into at least seven placing areas for different types of tableware. These dish placement areas may be fixedly disposed on the shelf 100 body or detachably disposed on the shelf 100 body. By rationalizing the division of the inner space of the shelf 100 main body, the inner space of the shelf 100 main body can be maximally utilized, sufficiently satisfying the user's demand.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the shelf 100 includes a shallow plate area 1, the shallow plate area 1 includes at least two first strands 11 arranged in parallel, a plurality of first positioning rods 12 are symmetrically distributed on adjacent first strands 11, and the shallow plate is positioned between adjacent first positioning rods 12.
In the above-mentioned scheme, because the shallow dish use amount is great in every family, consequently need set up the shallow dish district 1 that can supply a plurality of shallow dishes to place, because the degree of depth of shallow dish, the size is great, and the distance between the adjacent first locating rod 12 on same root first strand silk 11 is nearer, and the distance broad of two adjacent first locating strand silks 42 just can guarantee to place as much shallow dishes as possible and guarantee that the shallow dish is placed neatly and does not topple over in the limited space.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the shelf 100 main body includes peripheral side walls, a long panel 2 is disposed between the shallow panel 1 and the side wall parallel to the first strand silk 11, the long panel 2 includes a plurality of second strand silks 21 perpendicular to the first strand silk 11, the middle of the second strand silks 21 is recessed toward the bottom of the dishwasher to form a groove, and the edge of the long panel is limited in the groove;
in the above scheme, the length of the long plate is greater than that of the shallow plate, and the long plate is a fish plate or tableware similar to the fish plate. Because the using amount of each family of fish dishes for each time is less, only a fish dish area for placing one fish dish is arranged in a narrow and long area between the shallow dish area 1 and the side wall, and the limited space between the shallow dish area 1 and the side wall is fully utilized.
Preferably, two ends of the long disc region 2 are respectively provided with a second positioning rod 22, a support frame 23 is arranged on the side wall connected with the second filament 21, the back surface of the long disc is supported on the support frame 23, and the long disc is positioned in the space enclosed by the second positioning rods 22 and the support frame 23.
In the above scheme, in order to further ensure the stability of placing the long disc, two ends of the long disc region 2 in the length direction are respectively provided with a second positioning rod 22 for fixing the two ends of the long disc, and meanwhile, in order to ensure that the long disc is in a vertical state and is not toppled, a supporting frame 23 is arranged on the side wall connected with the second strand silk 21 for supporting the back surface of the long disc, the supporting frame 23 is two supporting rods vertically arranged on the side wall connected with the second strand silk 21, and the end parts of the two supporting rods are connected through a cross rod. Under the combined action of the second positioning rod 22, the supporting frame 23 and the groove, the long disc is effectively positioned.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a middle bowl area 3 is arranged between the shallow disc area 1 and the other side wall parallel to the first strand 11, the middle bowl area 3 at least includes two third strands 31 arranged in parallel, the third strands 31 are arranged in parallel to the first strand 11, a plurality of third positioning rods 32 are symmetrically distributed on the adjacent third strands 31, and the middle bowl is positioned between the adjacent third positioning rods 32;
in the scheme, the middle bowl is a noodle bowl or tableware similar to the noodle bowl. The height of the third positioning rod 32 is smaller than that of the first positioning rod 12 because the depth of the middle bowl is deeper than that of the shallow plate. Because the third positioning rod 32 has the function of supporting the middle bowl, the third positioning rod 32 also has a certain bending structure in the vertical direction, so that the third positioning rod is adapted to the inclined middle bowl, and a better support is formed. The third jumper 32 includes a third jumper first segment 321 fixedly connected to the third yarn 31, and the third jumper transition segment 322 is formed by bending an end portion of the third jumper first segment 321, and is then bent into a third jumper second segment 323 extending upward in parallel with the third jumper first segment 321, thereby forming the third jumper 32 having a certain bend. Meanwhile, the interval between the adjacent third positioning rods 32 on the same third strand silk 31 is greater than the interval between the adjacent first positioning rods 12, so that the middle bowls can be placed in the limited space between the shallow tray area 1 and the side wall on the other side as much as possible and can be placed neatly and cannot topple over.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a cup area 4 is arranged between the shallow area 1 and the side wall perpendicular to the first filament 11, the cup area 4 includes at least two parallel fourth filaments 41, the fourth filaments 41 are perpendicular to the first filament 11, a plurality of parallel positioning filaments 42 are arranged between the adjacent fourth filaments 41, one end of each positioning filament 42, which is far away from the side wall, protrudes upwards to form a limiting protrusion 421, one end of each positioning filament 42, which is close to the side wall, is provided with a fourth positioning rod 43, and the cup is limited between the limiting protrusion 421 and the fourth positioning rod 43.
In the above scheme, the cup is limited between the limiting protrusion 421 and the fourth positioning rod 43, so that the cup can be effectively prevented from shifting in the continuous washing process of the water flow of the dishwasher, and meanwhile, compared with the prior scheme that the cup is directly buckled on the positioning strand silk 42 in an inverted manner, the cup positioning device can place more cups on the premise of ensuring the positioning of the cup.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a large bowl area 5 is further disposed between the shallow disc area 1 and the cup area 4, the large bowl area 5 at least includes two fifth filaments 51 disposed in parallel, the fifth filaments 51 are perpendicular to the first filaments 11, a plurality of fifth positioning rods 52 are symmetrically distributed on adjacent fifth filaments 51, and the large bowl is positioned between adjacent fifth positioning rods 52;
in the scheme, the size of the large bowl is larger than that of the middle bowl. Since the size of the large bowl is larger than that of the medium bowl, the interval between the adjacent fifth positioning rods 52 is larger than that between the adjacent third positioning rods 32. Preferably, the big bowl is a soup bowl or tableware similar to the soup bowl. Because the quantity of soup bowls used by each meal in a family is less, only a large bowl area 5 for placing a large bowl is arranged in a limited area between the shallow plate area 1 and the cup area 4. Meanwhile, the fifth positioning rod 52 is arranged on the fifth strand 51, so that the stability of the large bowl when the large bowl is placed is further ensured. Since the middle bowl is deeper than the shallow plate, the distance between the adjacent fifth positioning rods 52 on each fifth strand 51 is larger than the distance between the adjacent first positioning rods 12 on each first strand 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a small bowl area 6 is arranged between the middle bowl area 3 and a side wall perpendicular to the third filament 31, the small bowl area 6 includes at least two sixth filaments 61 arranged in parallel, the sixth filaments 61 are parallel to the third filament 31, a plurality of sixth positioning rods 62 are symmetrically distributed on adjacent sixth filaments 61, and the small bowl is positioned between adjacent sixth positioning rods 62;
in the scheme, the size of the small bowl is smaller than that of the middle bowl. Because the small bowls are smaller than the middle bowls in size, the interval between the adjacent sixth filament strips 61 is smaller than the interval between the adjacent third filament strips 31. Preferably, the small bowl is a rice bowl or tableware similar to the rice bowl. Because the number of rice bowls used by each rice in a family is less, an area for placing more small bowls is arranged between the middle bowl area 3 and the side wall opposite to the middle bowl area 3. Meanwhile, stability of the small bowl when the small bowl is placed is guaranteed by arranging the sixth positioning rod 62 on the sixth strand silk 61, and a bending part which is bent towards the bottom of the small bowl is formed in the middle of the sixth positioning rod 62, so that the small bowl is adapted to the inclined small bowl, and better support is formed. The sixth positioning rods 62 include sixth positioning rod first sections 621 fixedly connected to the sixth filament bundles 61, and the ends of the sixth positioning rod first sections 621 are bent to form sixth positioning rod transition sections 622, and then bent to form sixth positioning rod second sections 623 parallel to the sixth positioning rod first sections 621 and extending upward, thereby forming the sixth positioning rods 62 having a certain bend. Since the small bowl is deeper than the shallow plate, the distance between adjacent sixth alignment rods 62 on each sixth strand 61 is greater than the distance between adjacent first alignment rods 12 on each first strand 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the small bowl region 6 includes four sixth yarns 61 arranged in parallel, and the two sixth yarns 61 positioned in the middle are rotatably arranged with respect to the bottom frame so that the sixth positioning rods 62 on the two sixth yarns 61 in the middle are in a standing state or a lying state.
In the above scheme, the two sixth strands 61 in the middle are rotatably adjusted relative to the bottom frame, so as to avoid a larger space for placing tableware.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, a chopstick cage accommodating area 7 is further arranged between the middle bowl area 3 and the small bowl area 6, the chopstick cage accommodating area 7 comprises two seventh threadlines 71 which are arranged in parallel, one ends of the two seventh threadlines 71 vertically extend upwards along a side wall which is perpendicular to the seventh threadlines 71 to form a support 711, the bottom surface of the chopstick cage is arranged on the sixth threadline 61, and the side wall of the chopstick cage is hung on the support 711; preferably, the other ends of the two seventh yarns 71 are arranged in a foldable manner relative to the bottom frame;
in the scheme, the tableware contained in the chopstick cage comprises chopsticks, knife and fork, soup spoons and the like. The chopsticks basket is suspended and positioned by the support 711, thereby effectively utilizing the limited space between the small bowl area 6 and the middle bowl area 3. Since the dishwasher of the present invention has the filter at the bottom of the inner container 200, the dishwasher rack 100 is placed in the inner container 200, and the chopstick cage receiving area 7 is positioned to correspond to the filter in the vertical direction. The end part of the seventh strand 71 provided with the chopstick cage bracket 711 is arranged to be capable of being turned over and folded relative to the bottom of the shelf 100, namely the whole chopstick cage accommodating area 7 is capable of being turned over and folded, so that the filter can be cleaned only by turning over the chopstick cage accommodating area 7 when the filter needs to be cleaned, and the chopstick cage can be detached from the bracket 711 without influencing the turning over process of the chopstick cage accommodating area 7. The user can need not to take out whole dish washer shelf 100 in the use, has saved the clean step, has also avoided the touching repeatedly of dish washer shelf 100 with inner bag 200, can conveniently clean the step of filter under the prerequisite of protection inner bag 200, kills two birds with one stone.
In the invention, in order to further ensure the stability of the chopstick cage in the chopstick cage accommodating area 7, at least one connecting rod is arranged on the two seventh strands 71, the length of the connecting rod is greater than or equal to the width of the two seventh strands 71, seventh positioning rods 72 are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting rod, the end parts of the seventh positioning rods 72 are turned over in the direction far away from the chopstick cage accommodating area 7, so that the chopstick cage can conveniently enter the accommodating area, and the chopstick cage is positioned in a space surrounded by the seventh positioning rods 72 and the bracket 711.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the shelf 100 further includes at least one tray 8, the tray 8 includes a support plate 81 having a planar structure, the support plate 81 is disposed on any sidewall of the body of the shelf 100, and a seasoning dish and/or cup is placed on the support plate 81.
