In addition, the sliding support plane 411 extends from the front side of the lower bowl basket 200 to the rear side of the lower bowl basket 200, so that the support slider 11 may be provided with a notch for avoiding other structural members, and particularly, the bottom of the inner container 10 needs to be provided with more structural members such as a water diversion seat and a spray arm. The supporting sliding block 11 realizes avoiding the structural member by arranging the notch, avoids the supporting sliding block 11 and the lower bowl basket 200 from realizing avoiding by moving upwards, and avoids the increase of the volume of the inner container 10 and the dish-washing machine caused by the upward movement of the lower bowl basket 200.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 14-16, a slide 400 includes a first plate 410 and a second plate 420. The first plate member 410 is horizontally placed, and the bottom of the first plate member 410 has a sliding support plane 411. The second plate 420 is vertically disposed, and the second plate 420 is connected to a side wall of the first plate 410 away from the lower basket 200. At least one of the first plate 410 and the second plate 420 is provided with a snap structure detachably snap-fitted to a side portion of the lower bowl basket 200.
Referring to fig. 2, the slide plate 400 is installed at the bottom of the left and right sides of the lower bowl basket 200. In the dishwasher, a space needs to be reserved between the bottom of the lower basket 200 and the bottom of the inner tub 10 for the arrangement of the lower spray arms. The lower spray arm is arranged at the center of the bottom of the inner container 10, and the space between the bottom of the inner container 10 and the two sides of the lower bowl basket 200 is just used for installing the sliding plate 400 and arranging the supporting slide block 11, so that the volumes of the inner container 10 and the dish washer are not additionally increased.
In addition, the first plate 410 is arranged between the left side and the right side of the lower bowl basket 200 and the left side and the right side of the inner container 10 at intervals, the thickness of the first plate 410 is generally 1mm-2mm and is far smaller than that of the roller, so that the width of the lower bowl basket 200 is favorably increased, namely, under the condition that the volume of the inner container 10 is kept unchanged, the volume of the lower bowl basket 200 can be further enlarged, and the bowl basket module is favorably used for loading more tableware sets.
Specifically, referring to fig. 16, the engaging structure includes a first latch 430 and a second latch 440, which are oppositely disposed. The first latch 430 extends upward from the upper surface of the first plate 410, the second latch 440 is disposed at the middle of the second plate 420, and the interval between the first latch 430 and the second latch 440 is smaller than the interval between the first latch 430 and the second plate 420.
Specifically, referring to fig. 14 to 16, the latch structure further includes a stop block 450. The stopper 450 extends upward from the upper surface of the first plate 410, and the stopper 450 and the first latch 430 are spaced apart from each other along the length of the first plate 410. The spacing block 450 and the second plate 420 form a space therebetween, and the space acts as a limiting function for the side portion of the lower bowl basket 200, so as to further enhance the connection strength between the slide plate 400 and the lower bowl basket 200.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 16, the engaging structure includes a third engaging block 460 disposed on the second plate 420. The middle part of the third block 460 is provided with a clamping hole 461 vertically penetrating through the third block 460, and the side part of the third block 460 is provided with an opening communicated with the clamping hole 461. The side of the lower bowl basket 200 can be inserted into the engaging hole 461 through the opening, so that the lower bowl basket 200 can be detachably engaged with the sliding plate 400.
Specifically, the number of the third blocks 460 is two or more. The two or more third latches 460 are spaced apart along the length direction of the second plate 420. Wherein the openings of at least two third latches 460 are located on different sides of the third latches 460. After the side portion of the lower bowl basket 200 is clamped into all the third clamping blocks 460, the side portion of the lower bowl basket 200 can be separated from the clamping holes 461 of all the third clamping blocks 460 through the openings from at least two directions, so that the connection reliability between the lower bowl basket 200 and the sliding plate 400 is improved, and the side portion of the lower bowl basket 200 is prevented from being accidentally separated from the clamping holes 461 of the third clamping blocks 460.
In this embodiment, the slide 400 is integrally formed. For example, the slide plate 400 is integrally injection molded.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 14 and 15, the lower bowl basket 200 is provided with two connecting ribs 240. Two connection ribs 240 are located at the left and right sides of the lower bowl basket 200. The connecting rib 240 is clamped to the clamping block structure of the sliding plate 400.
In particular, referring to fig. 15, the connecting rib 240 comprises a horizontal rib 241 and two vertical ribs 242. Two vertical ribs 242 are connected to both ends of the horizontal rib 241, respectively. The horizontal ribs 241 and the vertical ribs 242 are connected to the slide plate 400, so that the connection strength between the lower bowl basket 200 and the slide plate 400 is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 14 to 16, the horizontal ribs 241 are clamped between the first latch 430 and the second plate 420 and between the limiting block 450 and the second plate 420, and each vertical rib 242 is clamped in the corresponding clamping hole 461 of the third latch 460.
