In the above scheme, the dishwasher is provided with the inner container 200, and the dishwasher rack 100 is placed in the inner container 200 to support the tableware. The supporting pieces are arranged on the inner container 200, a plurality of inserting holes are formed in the edge of the bottom of the inner container 200 and used for inserting the supporting pieces, at the moment, the supporting pieces just contact with the side wall of the shelf 100, and the supporting plate 81 is just arranged on the side wall of the shelf 100 of the dishwasher after being connected with the supporting pieces through the assembling parts 83. The bracket 8 of the present invention can adjust the angle between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting member according to the shape of the tableware, and adjust the height of the supporting plate 81 according to the height of the tableware, so that the upper space of the shelf 100 can be used most reasonably, the space utilization rate in the dishwasher is higher, and the washing effect is better.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 25, the supporting members are two supporting rods 82 arranged in parallel, as shown in fig. 21 to 25, the assembly member 83 includes an elongated body 831, channels 832 into which the supporting rods 82 are inserted are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the body 831, and the assembly member 83 is assembled on the supporting rods 82 by inserting the supporting rods 82 into the channels 832. The first limiting structure for limiting the turnover angle and the height of the supporting plate 81 is arranged on the outer edge of the channel 832, and the turnover angle and the height between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 can be adjusted according to the shape and the height of tableware by arranging the first limiting structure, so that the tableware placing device is higher in flexibility.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 to 25, the first limiting structure includes a first limiting portion 8331 and a second limiting portion 8332, a matching portion 811 is disposed on one side of the supporting plate 81 connected to the assembly 83, the matching portion 811 is stopped by the first limiting portion 8331 when the supporting plate 81 is turned from the vertical state to the first angle, the matching portion 811 is stopped by the second limiting portion 8332 when the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, and the first angle is smaller than the second angle.
In the above solution, at least three states can exist between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82, as shown in fig. 6-10, when the supporting plate 81 is in a vertical state in the first state, the angle between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 is zero, and at this time, the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 are attached to each other; as shown in fig. 11-15, in the second state, when the included angle between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 is a first angle, the supporting plate 81 is turned from the vertical state to the first angle, and the supporting plate 81 is stopped by the first stopping portion 8331 to position the supporting plate 81 at the first angle; as shown in fig. 16-20, in the third state, when the included angle between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 is the second angle, at this time, the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, and the supporting plate 81 is stopped by the second stopping portion 8332 to position the supporting plate 81 at the second angle.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 to 25, the first stopping portion 8331 and the second stopping portion 8332 are connected in a stepped manner, the surface of the first stopping portion 8331 is a smooth arc surface, and when the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, the matching portion 811 goes over the surface of the first stopping portion 8331 and presses the channel 832 to clamp the supporting rod 82.
In the above scheme, the first stopping portion 8331 and the second stopping portion 8332 are set to be in a stepped structure, and the height of the second stopping portion 8332 is higher than the height of the first stopping portion 8331, when the supporting plate 81 is turned to the first angle, the supporting plate 81 is located at the connection position of the stepped structure and the channel 832 and is stopped by the first stopping portion 8331, and when the supporting plate 81 is turned to the second angle, the supporting plate 81 is located at the connection position of the first stopping portion 8331 and the second stopping portion 8332 in the stepped structure and is stopped by the second stopping portion 8332. The outer surface of the first stopping portion 8331 is configured to be a smooth cambered surface, which can reduce the overturning difficulty when the supporting plate 81 passes over the surface of the first stopping portion 8331, and meanwhile, the supporting plate 81 generates a pressing force on the channel 832 in the process of passing over the surface of the first stopping portion 8331, so that the space of the channel 832 becomes smaller, and the supporting rod 82 located in the channel 832 is clamped, thereby fixing the height of the supporting plate 81. Therefore, when the supporting plate 81 is in a vertical state and at a first angle, the height of the supporting plate 81 can be adjusted, and when a desired height is reached, the supporting plate 81 is turned over to a second angle, and the height of the supporting plate 81 is fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 to 25, the first limiting structure includes a plurality of first limiting portions 8331 and a plurality of second limiting portions 8332 that are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the channel 832, the plurality of second limiting portions 8332 are arranged on the same axis, and the lengths of the plurality of first limiting portions 8331 increase in sequence along the direction of the bottom end of the supporting rod 82.
In the above-mentioned scheme, the purpose of providing the plurality of first stopping portions 8331 and second stopping portions 8332 is to ensure stability of the turning angle and height between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 because the supporting plate 81 has a certain width. The length of the first stopping portions 8331 increases in sequence along the direction of the bottom end of the supporting rod 82 to ensure that the matching portion 811 of the supporting plate 81 abuts against all the first stopping portions 8331 when the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 form a first angle, and an acute angle is formed between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82; when the plurality of second stopping portions 8332 are disposed on the same axis, when the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 are at the second angle, the matching portion 811 of the supporting plate 81 is abutted against all the second stopping portions 8332, and a right angle is formed between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82.
Further, as shown in fig. 21-25, a second limiting structure is further disposed on the body 831, a cross beam 812 is further disposed on one side of the supporting plate 81 connected to the assembly 83, the engagement portion 811 is located on two sides of the cross beam 812, and when the supporting plate 81 is turned over from the first angle to the second angle, the second limiting structure is in limiting contact with the cross beam 812.
In the above solution, in the process that the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, the matching portion 811 of the supporting plate 81 passes over the surface of the first stopping portion 8331 and reaches the second stopping portion 8332, and at this time, a right angle is formed between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82, when the force is too large or the tableware placed on the supporting plate 81 is too heavy, the matching portion 811 may pass over the second stopping portion 8332, so that an obtuse angle is formed between the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82, and when the supporting plate 81 and the supporting rod 82 form an obtuse angle, the tableware placed on the supporting plate 81 may slide down from the supporting plate 81, and the placing stability of the tableware is not good.
Further, as shown in fig. 21-25, the second limiting structure is at least one third stopping portion 8341 formed by the body 831 between the two side channels 832 protruding toward the top end of the supporting rod 82, and when the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, the cross beam 812 is stopped by the third stopping portion 8341.
In the above solution, the third stopper 8341 stops the cross beam 812 of the supporting plate 81, so as to effectively prevent the supporting plate 81 from turning over and transiting. A concave surface is disposed on a side of the third stopping portion 8341 close to the cross beam 812, and when the supporting plate 81 is located at the second angle, the cross beam 812 is limited in the concave surface. In order to further ensure the stopping effect and achieve the overall symmetry and aesthetic appearance of the bracket 8, it is preferable that the body 831 between the two side channels 832 is protruded upward to form two third stopping portions 8341, and when the supporting plate 81 is turned from the first angle to the second angle, the cross beam 812 is stopped by the two third stopping portions 8341 at the same time.
Further, as shown in fig. 21-25, in order to enhance the strength of the third stopping portion 8341, a rib 8342 is disposed on a side of the third stopping portion 8341 away from the cross beam 812, where the rib 8342 is formed by protruding an end portion of the third stopping portion 8341 toward the bottom edge of the body 831, and a rib is formed at a boundary between the third stopping portion 8341 and the body 831, and extends toward the bottom edge of the body 831 to be connected to the bottom edge of the body 831. The benefit of this arrangement is that it has a strengthening effect on the entire third stop 8341.
Further, as shown in fig. 21-25, one end of the channel 832 is flush with the bottom edge of the body 831, the other end protrudes out of the body 831 to form a mounting portion, rotating shafts 835 are disposed on two sides of the mounting portion, a mounting groove is disposed between the cross beam 812 and the fitting portion 811, and the rotating shafts 835 are rotatably disposed in the mounting groove.
In the above scheme, the both ends of crossbeam 812 set up the first mounting hole of rotation axis 835 the one end that cooperation portion 811 is close to crossbeam 812 sets up rotation axis 835 second mounting hole, and all sets up a first mounting hole and a second mounting hole in every mounting groove, rotation axis 835 stretches into respectively in first mounting hole and the second mounting hole for rotatable setting between layer board 81 and the installation department.
Further, as shown in fig. 6-20, the upper surface of the supporting plate 81 is provided with an anti-slip structure 813 for preventing the tableware on the supporting plate 81 from slipping off;
in the above scheme, since the dishwasher has a certain impact force on the dishes placed on the tray 81 during operation, the present invention places the dishes on the tray 81 to be displaced by providing the anti-slip structure 813. Preferably, the supporting plate 81 is a grid structure, and the anti-slip structure 813 is a convex column at an intersection of the grid structure.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 26 to 30, a dishwasher rack 100 has a tub 200, and the dishwasher rack 100 is placed in the tub 200 to support dishes. The shelf 100 includes a support structure for the shelf 100 to rest on, and a hanging structure for the shelf 100 to rest on.
In the scheme, the dish washer shelf 100 provided by the invention has a simple structure and can be compatible with supporting and hanging purposes, and one mode can be selected to place the shelf 100 according to different structures of the inner container 200, so that the universality of the dish washer shelf 100 is enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 27 to 28, the support structure includes support legs disposed at the bottom of the shelf 100, through which the shelf 100 is placed on the bottom wall of the inner container 200.
In the scheme, the bottom of the shelf 100 is provided with the plurality of supporting legs, and the supporting legs are preferably arranged at the intersection point of two intersecting bottom edges of the dish washer shelf 100, so that the shelf 100 is directly placed in the liner 200 through the supporting legs, a supporting column is not arranged in the liner 200, and the space utilization rate of the liner 200 is increased.
Further, as shown in fig. 27 to 28, the supporting legs include a supporting portion and a connecting portion, the supporting portion includes a first supporting member and a second supporting member that are arranged in parallel, one end of the first supporting member is connected to the side wall of the shelf 100, the other end of the first supporting member is supported on the inner container 200, one end of the second supporting member is connected to the bottom of the shelf 100, the other end of the second supporting member is supported on the inner container 200, and the connecting member connects the first supporting member and the second supporting member to one end of the inner container 200 that is in contact with each other.
In the above scheme, the first supporting piece is connected with the side wall of the shelf 100, the second supporting piece is connected with the bottom of the shelf 100, the supporting legs support the bottom and the side wall of the shelf 100, and the supporting stability of the whole shelf 100 is guaranteed. And the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece are connected with one end of the bottom of the inner container 200 in contact through the connecting piece, so that the contact area between the whole supporting leg and the bottom of the inner container 200 is increased, the acting force of the supporting pieces on the inner container 200 in unit area is reduced, and the supporting legs are prevented from damaging the bottom of the inner container 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 27 to 28, the first supporting member is a first supporting rod 1021, the second supporting member is a second supporting rod 1022, the first supporting rod 1021 and the second supporting rod 1022 are respectively perpendicular to the bottom surface of the shelf 100, and the length of the first supporting rod 1021 is greater than the length of the second supporting rod 1022. The connecting member is a connecting rod 1023, the connecting rod 1023 is perpendicular to the sidewall of the shelf 100 connected to the first support rod 1021, and the first support rod 1021, the second support rod 1022 and the connecting rod 1023 form a U-shaped structure.
In the above scheme, first bracing piece 1021, second bracing piece 1022 and connecting rod 1023 are U type structure and to the protruding bottom of shelf 100, can with the bottom of inner bag 200, perhaps the edge of inner bag 200 stops to support, play the effect of support, overall structure is succinct pleasing to the eye.
Further, as shown in fig. 28, the supporting legs are further provided with a protection structure 106 for preventing the supporting legs from damaging the inner container 200.
In the above-mentioned scheme, because dishwasher shelf 100 probably adopts the metal material, can cause footing and inner bag 200 touching many times when getting dishwasher shelf 100 many times, can cause the inner bag 200 to damage, therefore set up protection architecture 106 on the supporting legs, protection architecture 106 can be for having certain elastic material, plays the effect of buffering to touching between the two, and less dishwasher shelf 100 is to the injury of inner bag 200. While also preventing the rack 100 from being displaced by water impact during operation of the dishwasher. Preferably, the anti-slip structure 813 is a flexible wrapping edge covering the connection between the first support rod 1021 and the connecting member.
Further, as shown in fig. 29 to 30, the hanging structure includes hanging members provided on the side walls of the shelf 100, and the shelf 100 is hung on the walls of the opposite inner container 200 by the hanging members.
In the above scheme, because the internal structure of the dishwasher is complex, and the side wall of the inner container 200 has a corresponding protruding structure, and the dishwasher shelf 100 just utilizes the protruding structure to support through the suspension structure, thereby reducing the pressure of the bottom of the dishwasher shelf 100 on the inner container 200 and protecting the inner container 200.
Further, the hanging member at least comprises hanging beams 101 respectively arranged on the side walls of the shelf 100 opposite to the shelf 100, the hanging beams 101 are parallel to the bottom of the shelf 100, steps 201 are arranged on the opposite side walls of the liner 200, and the hanging beams 101 rest on the steps 201 to hang the shelf 100 on the wall of the liner 200.
In the above-described aspect, when the inner tub 200 has the step 201 protruded therein, the hanging beam 101 is provided at the dishwasher rack 100 for being placed at the step 201 so that the rack 100 is hung in the inner tub 200. The suspension beams 101 can be only arranged on the side walls of the oppositely arranged shelf 100, or the suspension beams 101 can be arranged on the side walls on the periphery, when the suspension beams 101 are arranged on the side walls on the periphery, the suspension beams 101 on each side wall are connected end to end and enclose a circle along the side walls of the shelf 100, therefore, the suspension beams 101 can be placed on the steps 201 no matter how users place the suspension beams to suspend the shelf 100.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 31 to 32, the dishwasher rack 100 further includes a chopstick cage receiving section 7 in which the chopstick cage is detachably placed, and the chopstick cage includes a box structure for receiving tableware such as chopsticks and spoons. The chopstick container accommodating area 7 comprises a horizontally arranged sixth filament strip 61, one end of the sixth filament strip 61 is provided with a support 711 for hanging the chopstick container, the support 711 and the sixth filament strip 61 are integrally L-shaped, the other end of the sixth filament strip 61 can be arranged on the main body of the shelf 100 in a turnover mode, the sixth filament strip 61 is arranged on the main body of the shelf 100 through a hinge 73, the hinge 73 is provided with a hinge 73 shaft hole 631, and the chopstick container support 711 rotates along the axial direction of the hinge 73 shaft hole 631. The shelf 100 is composed of a plurality of criss-cross strands, the criss-cross strands have a cross structure, and the hinge 73 has a mounting groove matching with the cross structure. The cross structure is a T-shaped structure, and a T-shaped mounting groove with a downward opening is formed in the bottom of the hinge 73 and is used for being fixedly mounted at the T-shaped structure. One end of the sixth strand silk 61 connected with the hinge 73 is bent to form a rotating shaft matched with the hinge 73, and the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole 631 of the hinge 73 and is rotatably connected with the hinge 73; preferably, the sixth yarns 61 are arranged in parallel, the ends of the two sixth yarns 61 on the same side are bent in opposite directions to form two coaxial shafts, and the hinge 73 has two shaft holes 631 of the hinge 73, and the two shafts are respectively placed on the two shafts. The sixth positioning rods 62 are disposed on both sides of the sixth thread 61, and are disposed at positions away from the hinge 73 at the bottom of the main body of the shelf 100 to horizontally support the chopstick cage. The sixth positioning rod 62 is bent toward the outside of the chopstick cage accommodating area 7, and an opening slightly larger than the size of the chopstick cage module is formed at the upper part of the accommodating space. The shelf 100 main body includes a stopper 103 provided at a position away from the hinge 73 at the bottom of the shelf 100 main body to horizontally support the chopstick container.
As shown in fig. 26, since the dishwasher of the present invention is provided with a filter at the bottom of the tub 200, the dishwasher rack 100 is placed in the tub 200, and the chopstick cage receiving area 7 is positioned to correspond to the filter in the up-down direction. The end part of the seventh strand 71 provided with the chopstick cage bracket 711 is arranged to be capable of being turned over relative to the bottom of the shelf 100, namely the whole chopstick cage accommodating area 7 is capable of being turned over, so that the filter can be cleaned only by turning over the chopstick cage accommodating area 7 when the filter needs to be cleaned, and the chopstick cage can be detached from the bracket 711 without influencing the turning over process of the chopstick cage accommodating area 7. The user can need not to take out whole dish washer shelf 100 in the use, has saved the clean step, has also avoided the touching repeatedly of dish washer shelf 100 with inner bag 200, can conveniently clean the step of filter under the prerequisite of protection inner bag 200, kills two birds with one stone.
Example 5
As shown in 33, the dish rack 100 of the invention is further provided with a small bowl placing area, the small bowl placing area comprises a sixth strand 61 arranged on the main body of the rack 100, a sixth positioning rod 62 is arranged on the sixth strand 61, the sixth strand 61 is connected to the main body of the rack 100 through a fixing piece, and the sixth strand 61 is rotatably/slidably arranged on the main body of the rack 100 through the connection of the fixing piece for position adjustment
The sixth strand 61 can rotate, so that the angle between the sixth strand 61 and the main body of the shelf 100 can be adjusted, the sixth strand 61 can be vertically arranged to support small dishes, and can also be turned over to be parallel to the bottom of the main body of the shelf 100 to form a larger space to avoid the dishes; the sixth strand 61 can also slide relative to the main body of the shelf 100, so that the interval can be adjusted to accommodate tableware of different specifications.
The small bowl area 6 includes a plurality of parallel sixth filaments 61, the sixth filaments 61 have a cylindrical rod-like structure and are horizontally arranged, a plurality of sixth positioning rods 62 are fixedly arranged on the sixth filaments 61 to divide the space above the sixth filaments 61 into a plurality of subspaces for placing small bowls, and the sixth positioning rods 62 on the sixth filaments 61 are oppositely arranged and are corresponding in position.
The sixth strand 61 is attached to the body of the shelf 100 by fasteners, such as those shown in FIGS. 33-40. The fastener may be one fastener fixed to one end of the sixth yarn 61, two fasteners provided at both ends of the sixth yarn 61 to fix both ends of the sixth yarn 61, or two identical fasteners or two different fasteners when two fasteners are provided. The invention is specifically illustrated with two different fasteners.
As shown in fig. 34 to 36, the fixing member includes a first fixing member 63 and a second fixing member 64, and the first fixing member 63 is different from the second fixing member 64 in that the first fixing member 63 is provided with a position limiting structure.
The first fixing member 63 and the second fixing member 64 are both provided with a shaft hole 631 for placing the sixth filament 61, the sixth filament 61 can rotate in the shaft hole 631, the shaft holes 631 of the two fixing members are correspondingly arranged, two ends of the sixth filament 61 can be respectively located in the shaft hole 631 of one fixing member, and the two shaft holes 631 of one fixing member are symmetrically arranged.
The sixth filament 61 is connected to the shelf 100 body by a fastener having an axial hole 631 arranged in the X direction, and the sixth filament 61 is rotatably arranged in the axial hole 631 and can rotate along the X axis. When the sixth yarn 61 rotates along the X-axis, the sixth yarn 62 provided on the sixth yarn 61 can be rotated, and the end of the sixth yarn 62 can trace an arc. A limiting bridge 634 is disposed between the two shaft holes 631, and the limiting bridge 634 can fix the distance between the two shaft holes 631 and prevent the adjacent sixth yarns 61 from moving relative to each other in the Y direction.
As shown in fig. 33, the fixing member is fixedly mounted on the shelf 100 main body, the shelf 100 main body is provided with a first mounting rod 104 and a second mounting rod 105, the first fixing member 63 is mounted on the first mounting rod 10411, the second fixing member 64 is fixedly mounted on the second mounting rod 105, a sliding groove 632 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing member, as shown in fig. 34-40, for accommodating the mounting rod and making the fixing member slide along the mounting rod, and the sliding groove 632 is matched with the size of the mounting rod. The distance between the first mounting bar 104 and the second mounting bar 105 is shorter than the length of the sixth yarn 61, and the end of the sixth yarn 61 may slightly protrude from the axial hole 631.
As shown in fig. 34 to 38, the first fixing element 63 is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the rotation angle of the tableware supporting rod 711, the limiting structure is a limiting groove 633, at least one sixth positioning rod 62 can be limited in the limiting groove 633, as shown in fig. 33, the sixth positioning rod 62 is provided at the position where two adjacent strands are close to the first fixing element 63, and the sixth positioning rod 62 can be limited in the limiting groove 633, so that the sixth positioning rod 62 is in the Z direction to form a vertical state to support the tableware; the limiting groove 633 is arranged along the Z direction, the rotation angle range of the sixth positioning rod 62 is 0-90 degrees, and when the sixth positioning rod 62 is limited in the limiting groove 633, the sixth positioning rod 62 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the dish-washing machine shelf 100; the first fixing element 63 has two limiting grooves 633 for accommodating the sixth positioning rods 62 on the two sixth yarns 61, respectively, and the two limiting grooves 633 are symmetrically arranged and have opening directions that are away from each other.
Fig. 37 is a side view of the first fixing member 63, and fig. 38 is a sectional view taken along line F-F in fig. 37, in which the internal structure of the first fixing member 63, the position of the shaft hole 631, and the sectional structure of the slide groove 632 can be seen, and the position of the stopper bridge 634 can be seen. Fig. 39 is a side view of the second fixing member 64, and the second fixing member 64 is not provided with the limiting groove 633, as shown in fig. 40 after being cut at G-G.
The fixing part can rotate and adjust the tableware supporting rod 711 to avoid a larger space for placing tableware, the position of the tableware supporting rod 711 can be adjusted through sliding between the fixing part and the shelf 100 main body, and the shelf 100 reasonably utilizes the space inside the dish washing machine. The arrangement of the two fixing members not only ensures that the sixth filament 61 can stably rotate or slide, but also ensures the relative distance between the sixth filament 61, thereby forming a stable supporting structure.
It should be noted that other utensil receiving areas similar to the bowl area 6 may also be provided with fasteners to allow the strands of each utensil to fold or slide relative to the bottom of the shelf 100 to allow more room to accommodate different types of utensils.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A tray for a dishwasher, the tray comprising a support and a tray rotatably mounted on the support by a mounting, the tray being adjustably positionable with respect to the support at an angle and/or height.
2. The tray for the dish washer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting member is two supporting rods arranged in parallel, the assembly member comprises an elongated body, the two ends of the body are symmetrically provided with channels for the supporting rods to be inserted into, and the outer edges of the channels are provided with first limiting structures for limiting the turning angle and height of the tray.
3. The tray of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first limiting structure comprises a first stopping portion and a second stopping portion, a matching portion is disposed on one side of the tray connected to the assembly member, the matching portion is stopped by the first stopping portion when the tray is turned from the vertical state to the first angle, the matching portion is stopped by the second stopping portion when the tray is turned from the first angle to the second angle, and the first angle is smaller than the second angle.
4. The tray for a dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first and second stoppers are connected in a stepped manner, the surface of the first stopper is a smooth arc, and when the tray is turned from the first angle to the second angle, the engaging portion passes over the surface of the first stopper and presses the channel to clamp the support rod.
5. The tray of claim 1 to 4, wherein the first position-limiting structure comprises a plurality of first stopping portions and a plurality of second stopping portions, the first stopping portions and the second stopping portions are parallel to each other along the length direction of the channel, the second stopping portions are arranged on the same axis, and the lengths of the first stopping portions are sequentially increased along the bottom end of the supporting rod.
