Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for discharging residual water of a steam generator, which comprises the following steps of firstly determining the residual water amount in the steam generator according to the net weight of the steam generator and the weight of the steam generator after cooking; starting a drainage program, weighing the steam generator at intervals of preset time, comparing the current weight with the net weight of the steam generator, finishing drainage if the current weight is the same as the net weight of the steam generator, and otherwise, comparing the current weight with the weight of the previous moment to obtain a weight difference; if the weight difference is smaller than the preset water discharge amount corresponding to the interval preset time, the steam generator gives a fault alarm, otherwise, the water is continuously discharged until the net weight of the steam generator is the same; the invention also discloses a steam generator and steam cooking equipment applying the steam generator; the invention can avoid the drainage fault being unable to be found in time and determine whether the actual residual water in the steam generating device is emptied by the control method of residual water drainage.

Technical Field

Background
At present, the drainage mode of the steam generating device is generally a method of directly draining water to a set water level by a water pump or an electromagnetic switch valve through setting fixed drainage time, and the method has the following problems:

in addition, when foreign matters exist in the water suction pump, the electromagnetic switch valve or the water drainage pipeline, even when the water suction pump or the electromagnetic switch valve is damaged, the problem of slow or even non-drainage of water drainage can occur, whether the current water level reaches the emptying water level or not can not be judged, the fault can not be found in time, if residual water in the electric steam box after cooking is finished cannot be processed in time, and the food safety hazards of bacterial breeding, peculiar smell generation and the like exist.

the steam discharge assembly 4 comprises a steam outlet pipe.
The weighing component 5 is a cantilever beam type sensor, one end of the weighing component is fixed through a fixing frame 12, and the other end of the weighing component is mutually connected and fixed with the upper surface of the steam generator body 1 through a connecting frame 11 to realize weighing;
