And S306, judging that the pipeline of the sewage discharge pipe is normal.
And S308, judging that the sewage draining pipe is blocked.
Considering that when the sewage discharge pipe discharges sewage normally without obstacles, the pulse frequency of the sewage is fixed and unchanged when the sewage flows through the sewage discharge pipe, and when the sewage discharge pipe is blocked, the real-time pulse frequency of the sewage can be attenuated, when the cooking utensil discharges the sewage, whether the sewage discharge pipe of the cooking utensil is blocked can be accurately determined according to the magnitude relation between the pulse frequency of the sewage flowing through the sewage discharge pipe detected by the detection unit on the sewage discharge pipe in real time and the fixed preset pulse frequency matched with the cooking utensil, specifically, when the pulse frequency is judged to be larger than or equal to the preset pulse frequency, the pipeline of the sewage discharge pipe can normally continue the subsequent cooking program, otherwise, the pipeline of the sewage discharge pipe is blocked, so that the counter measures can be actively taken, the phenomenon that the bacteria are bred due to the untimely discovery and the cooking effect is influenced is avoided, and simultaneously, the phenomenon that the sewage which is not discharged in time along with the materials completing the cleaning program in the washing cavity body enters the subsequent, thereby improving the user experience.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, after the step S308, the control method further includes the following steps:
and S310, controlling to start a cleaning unit arranged on the sewage draining pipe to separate the foreign matters blocked in the sewage draining pipe from the pipe wall of the sewage draining pipe.
In this step, when detecting to have the jam in the blow off pipe, in order to in time discharge the foreign matter that blocks up, ensure cooking utensil washing material and the efficiency of blowdown, can specifically carry out timely cleaning to the foreign matter through control start-up setting cleaning unit on the blow off pipe, make its pipe wall with the blow off pipe thoroughly separate each other.
And S312, controlling water to be injected into the material washing cavity, and discharging the foreign matters from the sewage discharge pipe.
In the step, the water inlet valve and the blow-down valve which are respectively arranged on the water inlet pipe and the blow-down pipe of the cooking utensil are controlled to be opened, so that the falling foreign matters are timely washed and discharged by conveying water into the blow-down pipe, and the foreign matters blocked in the blow-down pipe are thoroughly and effectively cleaned.
While the above steps S310 and S312 are performed, the real-time pulse frequency of the sewage in the sewage drain pipe may be detected by the detecting unit at the same time, and the self-cleaning process may be stopped until the pulse frequency detected by the detecting unit reaches the preset pulse frequency.
Further, in any of the above embodiments, the amount of the sewage discharged through the sewage discharge system of the cooking appliance may be further calculated according to the pulse frequency of the sewage detected by the detection unit, and whether the sewage in the washing cavity is completely discharged or not may be further determined according to a specific relationship between the water inflow and the water discharge of the washing material of the cooking appliance when the water discharge is complete, so as to avoid that the sewage enters a subsequent cooking procedure together with the material due to incomplete discharge of the sewage, which affects the washing effect and also affects the cooking effect.
The specific steps are shown in fig. 4, and include:
and S402, calculating the sewage quantity discharged from the washing assembly according to the pulse frequency.
And S404, acquiring the water inflow before the pollution discharge of the washing component.
And step S406, when the sum of the water discharge and the water absorption constant of the current material quantity in the material washing cavity is the water inflow, judging that the sewage in the material washing cavity is completely discharged.
Specifically, the water displacement may be calculated according to the formula Q — K × F, where Q represents the water displacement, K represents the water displacement corresponding to the fixed unit pulse frequency of the detection unit, which differs according to the type of the detection unit, and F represents the pulse frequency of the sewage detected by the detection unit; further, when the water inflow and the water discharge of the material washing cavity satisfy the following specific relationship, it can be determined that the sewage in the material washing cavity is completely discharged, that is: the water inflow is the water displacement + C, wherein C is the water absorption constant of each washing amount and is different according to different material amounts.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail by combining the drawings, the detection unit for detecting whether the drain pipe is blocked is arranged in the drain system, and the cleaning unit of the drain system is used for cleaning the foreign matters when the foreign matters are detected to be in the drain pipe, so that the blocking phenomenon of the drain system of the cooking appliance can be detected in time and the cooking effect can be effectively and automatically cleaned, the bacteria breeding and the influence on the cooking effect can be avoided, the accurate detection on whether the sewage is discharged completely can be realized, the influence on the health of a user due to the fact that the sewage enters the subsequent cooking procedure can be avoided, and the user experience can be improved.
