Various data in the food production process are collected through the data acquisition module and the data entry module, classified special management is carried out, an enterprise management information system is established, and query and summarization of a large amount of original data are supported; by means of the computing power of a computer and the management capability of a system on the composition of a customer order, in-store materials and products, a material demand plan is developed and calculated according to the customer order and a product structure list, and the management goals of reducing inventory and optimizing inventory are achieved; a closed-loop management system taking a computer as a core is formed in an enterprise, so that people, property, supplies, production and sales of the enterprise are comprehensively combined, comprehensively controlled, fed back in real time, dynamically coordinated, sold and produced, and supplied with production and demand, and the cost is reduced.

Background
ERP management systems are the operation mode of modern enterprise management. The special management unit includes a sales management unit 6, a production management unit 7, an inventory management unit 8, a finance management unit 9, a personnel management unit 10, and a quality detection unit 11.
The sales management unit 6 includes product order management and customer information management.
The production management unit 7 includes management of raw materials of the product, finished product management of the product, and waste management of the product.
The inventory management unit 8 includes management of the inventory amount of the product and management of the inventory condition of the product.
The fiscal management unit 9 includes fiscal charge-out management and fiscal charge-in management.
The personnel management unit 10 includes training and learning management, post mobilization management, and employee departure management of a new person.
The quality detection unit 11 includes safety detection of the product, quality detection of the product package, and shape and size detection of the product.
