An urban rainwater collecting and utilizing system comprises a roof rainwater collecting system and a ground rainwater collecting system. Roof rainwater collection system comprises water catch bowl 1, first filtering ponds 3 and rainwater pipeline 4, and water catch bowl 1 is connected through catchment pipeline 2 with first filtering ponds 3, and first filtering ponds 3 are connected with rainwater pipeline 4 through catchment pipeline 2. Because silt content is less relatively in the rainwater on roof, the rainwater is difficult for being polluted, it is more clear, consequently only need with the large granule in the rainwater on the roof filter in first filtering ponds 3, deposit can, then in introducing rainwater pipeline 4 with the rainwater after filtering again, flow into water works 13 as the raw water with the water in rainwater pipeline 4, mix with the raw water in water works 13 and handle the back as the drinking water, supply the user to use through drinking water supply pipeline 11.
The ground rainwater collecting system consists of a road rainwater well 5, a second filtering tank 6 and a purified rainwater storage tank 7. The road surface rainwater well 5 is connected with the second filtering pond 6 through the water collecting pipeline 2, the second filtering pond 6 is connected with the purified rainwater storage pond 7 through the water collecting pipeline 2, and the purified rainwater storage pond 7 is communicated with the user water inlet pipeline 12 through the water supply pipeline 15 for the daily non-drinking functional water of a user. In order to prevent water of the water supply line 15 from flowing back into the purified rainwater storage tank 7 and the municipal water supply line 9, one check valve 10 is installed on the branch line 14 and the water supply line 15, respectively, and the check valve 10 on the water supply line 15 is located before the connection end of the branch line 14 and the water supply line 15, so as to ensure that municipal water supplied into the water supply line 15 does not flow back into the purified rainwater storage tank 7.
When the embodiment is applied, the pumping pressure of the water pressure automatic control pump 8 in the purified rainwater storage tank 7 is slightly larger than the municipal water supply pressure.
The rainwater collecting system can effectively collect rainwater on the roof and the ground, has low purification cost, is simple and convenient to install, can be conveniently used for a municipal centralized rainwater treatment system, reduces the drainage pressure of urban water, reduces the urban waterlogging phenomenon, can effectively relieve the urban water pressure, and realizes rainwater collection and recycling.
