Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型润滑材料及其制作工艺,由黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯、滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺制成。本发明润滑剂的浓稠度较低,从而降低了机械传动机构的阻力,降低机械运转的负载,此外,本发明润滑材料的附着力大,容易附着到金属表面,从而附着到机械传动机构上,使得机械传动机构顺畅运行,进一步降低阻力,还能够保护机械结构,降低磨损,具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,尤其涉及一种新型润滑材料及其制作工艺。
背景技术
机械中许多相对运动表面之间都必须润滑,以减少摩擦、磨损和粘滞。在机械运作中,如发动机润滑系统发生故障,主轴和齿轮可能在瞬间烧结、咬住乃至折断,发动机的机械结构没有良好的润滑会很快被烧坏;齿轮传动机构无良好的润滑工作会不正常。润滑材料按物理状态和特性分为润滑油、润滑脂和固体润滑剂三类。现有技术中,对于机械齿轮润滑的润滑剂,但现有的润滑剂产生的阻力较大,使得机械运转同时负载增大,因此,需要不断的改进与创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种新型润滑材料及其制作工艺。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明一种新型润滑材料,由黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯、滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺制成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述黄油40-50%、所述环烷油5-10%、所述甘油10-20%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油3-6%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2-3%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯1-3%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1-2%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯3-5%、所述滑石粉2-5%、所述石墨5-10%、所述石腊基3-6%、所述脂肪皂2-5%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1-3%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述黄油45%、所述环烷油7%、所述甘油15%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油5%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯2%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯4%、所述滑石粉3%、所述石墨8%、所述石腊基4%、所述脂肪皂3%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1%。
本发明一种新型润滑材料制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油按比例称取后,放入搅拌机中2000r/min转速搅拌20min;
S2:加入枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯,继续搅拌均匀;
S3:继续加入滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂搅拌均匀;
S4:将搅拌均匀的混混合物升温至120摄氏度后与加入聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺混合,冷却后即得成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种新型润滑材料及其制作工艺,与现有技术相比,本发明润滑剂的浓稠度较低,从而降低了机械传动机构的阻力,降低机械运转的负载,此外,本发明润滑材料的附着力大,容易附着到金属表面,从而附着到机械传动机构上,使得机械传动机构顺畅运行,进一步降低阻力,还能够保护机械结构,降低磨损,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种新型润滑材料,由黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯、滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺制成。
进一步,按重量比,每份含所述黄油40-50%、所述环烷油5-10%、所述甘油10-20%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油3-6%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2-3%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯1-3%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1-2%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯3-5%、所述滑石粉2-5%、所述石墨5-10%、所述石腊基3-6%、所述脂肪皂2-5%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1-3%。
优选的,按重量比,每份含所述黄油45%、所述环烷油7%、所述甘油15%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油5%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯2%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯4%、所述滑石粉3%、所述石墨8%、所述石腊基4%、所述脂肪皂3%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1%。
本发明一种新型润滑材料制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油按比例称取后,放入搅拌机中2000r/min转速搅拌20min;
S2:加入枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯,继续搅拌均匀;
S3:继续加入滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂搅拌均匀;
S4:将搅拌均匀的混混合物升温至120摄氏度后与加入聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺混合,冷却后即得成品。
试验测试:依照GB/T 392标准进行压力分油测定,润滑脂的分油率为6.42%,表明新型润滑材料的安定性稳定。介电常数测试:测得介电常数和国内常硅润滑剂下降了22%。将本发明样品放在200℃的烘箱中12h,测定发现其前后的质量几乎无变化。测得本发明样品氧化率很小。低温测试:在-60℃时通过滚珠轴承润滑脂低温转矩测定,其起动转矩和运转转矩都很小。摩擦系数测试:依照SH/T 0072-91标准对润滑脂进行摩擦系数测定,测得摩擦系数和国内常用润滑剂下降了25%,说明润滑性能有很大的提高。

1.一种新型润滑材料,其特征在于:由黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯、滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型润滑材料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述黄油40-50%、所述环烷油5-10%、所述甘油10-20%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油3-6%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2-3%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯1-3%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1-2%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯3-5%、所述滑石粉2-5%、所述石墨5-10%、所述石腊基3-6%、所述脂肪皂2-5%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型润滑材料,其特征在于:按重量比,每份含所述黄油45%、所述环烷油7%、所述甘油15%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油5%、所述枸橼酸甲酯2%、所述柠檬酸单甲酯2%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯1%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯4%、所述滑石粉3%、所述石墨8%、所述石腊基4%、所述脂肪皂3%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺1%。
4.一种新型润滑材料制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:黄油、环烷油、甘油、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油按比例称取后,放入搅拌机中2000r/min转速搅拌20min;
S2:加入枸橼酸甲酯、柠檬酸单甲酯、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯基硫代酯,继续搅拌均匀;
S3:继续加入滑石粉、石墨、石腊基、脂肪皂搅拌均匀;
S4:将搅拌均匀的混混合物升温至120摄氏度后与加入聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺混合,冷却后即得成品。
