现代发动机燃料大部分来自于石油。石油是一种不可再生资源,随着时间的推移,它的使用受到很大限制,并且会带来严重的环境污染,所以人们不得不寻找其他的代用燃料。在众多代用燃料中,沼气是一种良好的代用燃料。沼气是有机物在隔绝空气和一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度等条件下,经过沼气细菌作用而产生的一种可燃气体,它可以通过有机物(如秸杆)在厌氧条件下发酵制取,也可以对工厂和农村中多种污染物质(如动物粪便)和污水进行适当处理而得到。其具有良好的前景和市场竞争力。由于沼气发动机与汽油柴油发动机燃烧不一样的燃料,因此,汽油机的润滑油在沼气发动机中不能适应,因此,需要一种新的润滑油诞生。

本发明沼气发动机专用润滑油,由亚磷酸脂、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、磷酸、二乙二醇单乙醚、山梨醇、对羟基苯甲基醛、异去氢木香内酯、微粉硅胶、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、交联聚维酮、环烷油、黄油、四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯、氮化硼、甘油、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺、石墨、氨基硫代酯组成。
具体地,按重量比,所述亚磷酸脂占5%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油占10%、所述磷酸占2%、所述二乙二醇单乙醚占1%、所述山梨醇占1%、所述对羟基苯甲基醛占1%、所述异去氢木香内酯占10%、所述微粉硅胶占10%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯占10%、所述交联聚维酮占2%、所述环烷油占10%、所述黄油占10%、所述四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂占2%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯占2%、所述氮化硼占1%、所述甘油占10%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺占2%、所述石墨占1%、所述氨基硫代酯占10%。
本发明沼气发动机专用润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、异去氢木香内酯、微粉硅胶、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、环烷油、黄油、甘油和氨基硫代酯按比例称取后,放入搅拌机中1000r/min转速搅拌30min;
(2)加入亚磷酸脂、磷酸占、二乙二醇单乙醚、山梨醇、对羟基苯甲基醛,搅拌均匀,使其吸收充分;
(3)继续加入交联聚维酮、黄油占、四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯、氮化硼、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺和石墨搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌均匀的混混合物升温至300摄氏度,冷却后即得成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种沼气发动机专用润滑油,其特征在于:由亚磷酸脂、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、磷酸、二乙二醇单乙醚、山梨醇、对羟基苯甲基醛、异去氢木香内酯、微粉硅胶、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、交联聚维酮、环烷油、黄油、四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯、氮化硼、甘油、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺、石墨、氨基硫代酯组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发动机专用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量比,所述亚磷酸脂占5%、所述聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油占10%、所述磷酸占2%、所述二乙二醇单乙醚占1%、所述山梨醇占1%、所述对羟基苯甲基醛占1%、所述异去氢木香内酯占10%、所述微粉硅胶占10%、所述羽扇醇棕榈酸酯占10%、所述交联聚维酮占2%、所述环烷油占10%、所述黄油占10%、所述四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂占2%、所述丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯占2%、所述氮化硼占1%、所述甘油占10%、所述聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺占2%、所述石墨占1%、所述氨基硫代酯占10%。
3.一种沼气发动机专用润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、异去氢木香内酯、微粉硅胶、羽扇醇棕榈酸酯、环烷油、黄油、甘油和氨基硫代酯按比例称取后,放入搅拌机中1000r/min转速搅拌30min;
(2)加入亚磷酸脂、磷酸占、二乙二醇单乙醚、山梨醇、对羟基苯甲基醛,搅拌均匀,使其吸收充分;
(3)继续加入交联聚维酮、黄油占、四羟乙基铵膨润油性剂、丁二酰亚胺丁二酸酯、氮化硼、聚烯基琥珀酰亚胺和石墨搅拌均匀;
(4)将搅拌均匀的混混合物升温至300摄氏度,冷却后即得成品。
