The lubricant for processing the PVC material is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: the composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 28-50 parts of mineral oil, 20-30 parts of soybean oil, 6-9 parts of lemon essential oil, 3-11 parts of epoxy resin, 5-6 parts of fatty alcohol ester, 20-32 parts of glycerol ricinoleate, 32-60 parts of epoxy soybean oil, 23-35 parts of pentaerythritol ester, 8-16 parts of calcium stearate, 10-15 parts of organic amino compound, 3-7 parts of epoxy compound and 1-5 parts of zinc soap, 11-20 parts of tin thioglycolate, 3-6 parts of organic phosphorus pentaoxide, 3-5 parts of octadecanol, 13-16 parts of calcium stearate, 7-11 parts of fumaric acid, 2.5-4 parts of alkyd resin, 3-8 parts of white calcium stearate, 4-7 parts of lead stearate, 2-7 parts of ethyl acetate, 3-5 parts of cetyl stearyl alcohol, 0.5-2 parts of ethylene glycol and 0.1-1.5 parts of cetyl alcohol.

s1, weighing epoxy soybean oil, pentaerythritol ester, calcium stearate, organic amino compound, epoxy compound and zinc soap according to the formula ratio, adding into a mixer, and accelerating mixing;
s2, weighing tin thioglycolate, organic phosphorus pentaoxide, octadecanol, calcium stearate, fumaric acid, alkyd resin, calcium stearate and lead stearate according to the formula ratio, putting into a heating stirrer, heating and stirring;
s3, starting the reaction kettle for preheating;
s4, weighing mineral oil, soybean oil, lemon essential oil, epoxy resin, fatty alcohol ester, glyceryl ricinoleate, ethyl acetate, cetearyl alcohol, ethylene glycol and cetyl alcohol according to formula amount, putting into a preheated reaction kettle S3, heating and stirring;
s5, slowly adding the mixture in the S1 into the reaction kettle in the S4, increasing the temperature of the reaction kettle, and continuously stirring;
s6, mixing the mixture heated and stirred in the S2 in a reaction kettle in the housework S5 with the raw materials in the reaction kettle, and pressurizing and stirring the reaction kettle;
