Abstract
The invention relates to a lubricant for PVC processing, which consists of 40-60% of mineral oil; 10-15% of white oil; 15-20% of higher fatty acid barium; 5-12% of fumaric acid; 7-12% of dipropylene glycol; 10-17% of cetearyl alcohol. The invention has obvious demoulding effect and can be simultaneously suitable for PVC external lubrication and internal lubrication.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricant, in particular to a lubricant for PVC processing.
Background
The PVC is a white powder with an amorphous structure, has small branching degree, relative density of about 1.4, glass transition temperature of 77-90 ℃ and decomposition starting at about 170 ℃, has poor stability to light and heat, can be decomposed to generate hydrogen chloride at more than 100 ℃ or after long-time sun exposure, further automatically catalyzes and decomposes to cause color change and rapidly reduce physical and mechanical properties, and a stabilizer must be added in practical application to improve the stability to heat and light.
The molecular weight of the PVC produced industrially is generally within the range of 5-11 ten thousand, and the PVC has larger polydispersity, and the molecular weight is increased along with the reduction of polymerization temperature; without a fixed melting point, softening begins at 80-85 ℃, the temperature of 130 ℃ becomes a viscoelastic state, and the temperature of 160-180 ℃ begins to change into a viscous state; the composite material has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength is about 60MPa, and the impact strength is 5-10 kJ/m 2; has excellent dielectric properties.
PVC has been the most widely used plastic in the world and is used in a very wide range of applications. The product has wide application in building materials, industrial products, daily necessities, floor leathers, floor tiles, artificial leathers, pipes, wires and cables, packaging films, bottles, foaming materials, sealing materials, fibers and the like. The material is usually processed and molded by adopting a pressurizing technical means so as to meet the requirements of various industries.
The PVC lubricant is used for improving the demolding performance of PVC products and preventing defects caused by adhesion in machines or molds. Typically in a molding compound or applied to the surface of the mold cavity. Common lubricants are fatty acids and salts thereof, long chain aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the lubricant for PVC processing has obvious demolding effect and is suitable for both outer lubrication and inner lubrication of PVC.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the existing problems is as follows:
a lubricant for PVC processing comprises the following components, 40-60% of mineral oil; 10-15% of white oil; 15-20% of higher fatty acid barium; 5-12% of fumaric acid; 7-12% of dipropylene glycol; 10-17% of cetearyl alcohol.
A preparation method of a lubricant for PVC processing comprises the following steps:
①, putting the raw materials of the PVC lubricant into the reaction kettle according to the proportion, and heating to 120-125 ℃ under stirring;
② under the pressure of 0.09-0.21MPa, the materials after being heated in the reaction kettle are continuously stirred and slowly heated to 160 ℃, and are subjected to heat preservation reaction for 12 hours at the temperature of 160-170 ℃ to obtain light yellow transparent fluid;
③ taking out the yellowish or transparent fluid liquid, and placing into a microwave processor, wherein the microwave frequency is adjusted to 1000-1500 MHz, and the microwave heating treatment is carried out for 2-5 minutes under the condition that the ambient temperature is 60-90 ℃;
④ filtering the liquid obtained by microwave heating treatment with activated carbon, cooling to 90 deg.C, and keeping the temperature;
⑤ slicing the reaction product by a drum type condensation crystallization slicer, and packaging after the quality inspection is qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the demoulding effect is more obvious.
(2) Can be simultaneously suitable for external lubrication and internal lubrication of PVC.
