Description

Langhong ceramic glaze capable of contacting with food and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional ceramic material manufacturing, in particular to a Langhong ceramic glaze capable of contacting with food and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Langhong glaze is also called as bovine blood red, originates from the early Jingdezhen of the Qing Dynasty, and is one of the traditional rare copper red glazes in China with the most bright color. The Chinese has the tradition of using red as noble, modesty and festive color from ancient to present, and is used as a 'treasure' in high-temperature colored glaze, the Langhong glaze is an excellent ceramic decorative material, has good corrosion resistance, can resist the scouring of strong alkaline washing liquid, receives more and more attention of people in recent years, and is widely applied to the decoration of common daily-use porcelain, particularly personalized tableware and tea sets.
The langhong glaze is precious since ancient times, not only because of its color is gorgeous, but also because it only has slight deviation when firing, will cause smoking, the color development is inhomogeneous, mobility technical problem such as being not suitable, makes the ceramic article qualification rate reduce by a wide margin, so is about firing the langhong and has always had a proverb: "poor in quality, good for fever with red body. Lead, cadmium and other elements which are toxic to human bodies and the environment are generally introduced into the traditional Langhurt glaze, if the traditional Langhurt glaze is applied to tableware and tea sets, the migration quantity of lead and cadmium is easy to exceed the standard, the traditional Langhurt glaze does not meet the requirements of national standards, and the traditional Langhurt glaze can also affect the health of consumers.
At present, part of researchers in China adopt lead-free and cadmium-free raw material formulas to prepare the Langhong glaze, but most of the researchers are in the laboratory research stage, and the Langhong glaze is easy to generate various defects when being applied to batch production and has low yield, so that the Langhong glaze cannot be practically applied. Meanwhile, reports on the research on the migration amount of harmful elements in the Langhua red glaze ceramic product and factors capable of contacting with food are not found. Therefore, the research of the novel Langhong glaze ceramic which has the characteristics of mass production, high yield, no harm to human bodies and environment and contact with food is an urgent task and has important economic and social benefits.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the Langhong ceramic glaze which consists of the ground glaze and the surface glaze and can be contacted with food selects elements which do not contain toxic elements to human bodies and environment from the formula design, adopts natural minerals and chemical raw materials which do not contain toxic elements to human bodies and environment, avoids the introduction of elements which are toxic to human bodies and environment from the source, avoids the harm to human bodies and environment in the preparation process, and simultaneously has zero migration amount of the harmful elements of the internationally concerned ceramic products;
2. the invention relates to a preparation method of a bright and clean Langhong glaze ceramic glaze, which is prepared by matching and processing two different glaze formulas of a ground glaze and a surface glaze and adding a firing system of heating in an oxidizing atmosphere, then carrying out strong reduction and then carrying out weak reduction. The ground coat has the function of ensuring that the whole glaze layer has better fluidity to generate the top of the snow and the lines without opening, but not too thick, otherwise, the glaze flow is serious. The overglaze has the functions of color development and sheet opening, the color development can have the layering sense only within the thickness range, the sheet opening is facilitated, and the effect cannot be achieved when the overglaze is too thin or too thick. The parameters of ball milling and sieving can ensure that the ground glaze and the overglaze respectively obtain the particle distribution and the specific surface area with proper sizes, and the initial melting temperature of the glaze is mainly influenced. In the strong reduction stage of the firing system, copper oxide is very easy to be reduced into bright red cuprous oxide, in the weak reduction stage, the bright red cuprous oxide is in a stable state under the condition of glaze firing, if the concentration of carbon monoxide in the reducing atmosphere is too low, excessive copper oxide is not reduced, the color is greenish, and if the concentration of carbon monoxide in the reducing atmosphere is too high, the cuprous oxide is reduced into zero-valent copper, and the color is blackish;
3. the calcium oxide is introduced into the gypsum rubrum, so that the base glaze can play a good fluxing role. The calcium oxide is produced in mountainous areas where Jingdezhen and Leping are located, the calcium oxide content is extremely high and reaches 55%, and the iron oxide content is the lowest of all calcium raw materials and is lower than 0.02%;
4. the coral powder introduced into the overglaze is leftover bits and pieces of precious raw materials growing in deep sea in the process of manufacturing bonsais or furnishing articles, can well promote the color development of red, and contains 50% of calcium oxide, more than 4.5% of magnesium oxide and less than 0.5% of sulfur.
