Each logistics vehicle is provided with two or more sets of climbing assemblies 2, and the climbing assemblies 2 are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the vehicle frame 1.
Some embodiments provide a logistics system, which includes the first track assembly 4 and the logistics vehicle of the above embodiments, wherein the first track assembly 4 is vertically arranged, and the logistics vehicle is configured to be movable along the first track assembly 4.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first track assembly 4 includes a first track 41, a rack 42, and a trolley line 43.
The first rail 41 is vertically disposed, and has a U-shaped cross section.
The rack 42 is disposed in the U-shaped cavity of the first rail 41, and is disposed along the extending direction of the first rail 41, and is used for being matched with the climbing wheel 21. The climbing wheel 21 is a gear and is meshed with the rack 42 to realize the lifting movement of the logistics vehicle.
The trolley line 43 is disposed in the U-shaped cavity of the first rail, and is disposed along the extending direction of the first rail 31, and is used for supplying power in cooperation with the current collector 33 of the power-taking assembly 3.
When the electricity-taking assembly 3 takes electricity, the brush of the current collector 33 is always in contact with the conductor of the trolley line 43, so that continuous power supply is ensured.
In some embodiments, the first rail assembly 4 includes a support guide 44, and the support guide 44 is disposed in a U-shaped cavity of the first rail 41 and is disposed along an extending direction of the first rail 41, and is used for cooperating with the support wheel 24 to support, guide and limit the support wheel 24.
In some embodiments, the logistics system includes at least two second track assemblies 5, the second track assemblies 5 are arranged transversely or horizontally, two adjacent second track assemblies 5 are arranged up and down, and the logistics vehicles are configured to be movable along the second track assemblies 5 and movable along the first track assemblies 4 to switch to the second track assemblies 5 located at different heights.
In some embodiments, the second track assembly 5 is disposed horizontally and the first track assembly 4 is disposed vertically with respect to the horizontal. The climbing assembly 2 can do telescopic motion along the horizontal direction of the frame 1; the electricity taking assembly 3 is arranged on the climbing assembly 2; the number of first track assemblies 4 is the same as the number of climbing assemblies 2.
When the logistics vehicle is converted from horizontal movement to vertical climbing movement, the current collector 33 needs to be placed at a proper position and well contacted with the sliding contact line 43, and when the logistics vehicle moves horizontally, the current collector 33 is retracted and placed in the frame 1, so that foreign objects are prevented from being scraped during movement.
When the logistics vehicle moves horizontally along the second track assembly 5, the climbing assembly 2 and the electricity taking assembly 3 are both in a contracted state, the current collector 33 is retracted into the vehicle frame 1, and the relative positions of the logistics vehicle and the first track assembly 4 are shown in fig. 7.
As shown in fig. 8, when the logistics vehicle needs to climb, the climbing assembly 2 extends out of the vehicle frame 1, the guide wheel 26, the climbing wheel 21 and the support wheel 24 extend into the U-shaped cavity of the first rail 41, the climbing wheel 21 is meshed with the rack 42, meanwhile, the electricity taking assembly 3 also extends out of the vehicle frame 1, and the current collector 33 is in contact with the trolley line 43, so as to ensure that the logistics vehicle is powered.
After climbing is finished, the climbing assembly 2 and the electricity taking assembly 3 are retracted.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "first", "second", and the like are used for limiting the components, and are used only for the convenience of distinguishing the components, and the terms have no special meaning if not stated otherwise, and thus should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Furthermore, the technical features of one embodiment may be combined with one or more other embodiments advantageously without explicit negatives.

Claims (15)

1. A logistics vehicle, comprising:
a frame (1);
the climbing assembly (2) comprises a climbing wheel (21) which is movably arranged on the frame (1), the climbing wheel (21) is configured to be capable of extending relative to the frame (1) so as to be matched with a first rail assembly (4) which is vertically arranged, the logistics vehicle is enabled to move along the first rail assembly (4), and the climbing wheel (21) is configured to be capable of retracting relative to the frame (1); and
the electricity taking assembly (3) is movably arranged on the frame (1); the electricity taking assembly (3) is configured to extend relative to the frame (1) to take electricity when the climbing wheel (21) extends relative to the frame (1) and is matched with the first track assembly (4); the electricity take-up assembly (3) is further configured to retract when the climbing wheel (21) retracts relative to the frame (1).
2. A logistics vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the climbing assembly (2) comprises a first shaft (22), wherein the first shaft (22) is movably arranged on the frame (1), and the climbing wheel (21) is arranged on the first shaft (22).
3. The logistics vehicle of claim 2, wherein the climbing assembly (2) comprises a first guide sleeve (23), the first guide sleeve (23) is fixedly arranged on the vehicle frame (1), and the first shaft (22) is movably arranged through the first guide sleeve (23).
4. Logistic vehicle according to claim 2, characterised in that the climbing assembly (2) comprises a support wheel (24), the support wheel (24) being provided on the first shaft (22), the support wheel (24) being located close to the outer side of the frame (1) with respect to the climbing wheel (21), the support wheel (24) having a smaller diameter than the diameter of the climbing wheel (21).
5. Logistic vehicle according to claim 2, characterised in that the climbing assembly (2) comprises a second shaft (25) and a guide wheel (26), the second shaft (25) being movably arranged to the frame (1) and the guide wheel (26) being arranged to the second shaft (25).
6. The logistics vehicle of claim 5, wherein the climbing assembly (2) comprises a second guide sleeve (27), the second guide sleeve (27) is fixedly arranged on the frame (1), and the second shaft (25) is movably arranged through the second guide sleeve (27).
7. Logistics vehicle according to claim 5, wherein the climbing assembly (2) comprises a connection plate (28), the connection plate (28) connecting the first shaft (22) and the second shaft (25); the logistics vehicle comprises a power component which is in driving connection with the connecting plate (28) so as to drive the connecting plate (28) to move relative to the vehicle frame (1).
8. The logistics vehicle of claim 7, wherein the electricity taking assembly (3) is arranged on the connecting plate (28).
9. The logistics vehicle of claim 1, wherein the electricity taking assembly (3) comprises a guide rail (31), a sliding block (32) and a current collector (33); the guide rail (31) is movably arranged on the frame (1), the sliding block (32) is movably arranged on the guide rail (31), and the current collector (33) is arranged on the sliding block (32).
10. The logistics vehicle of claim 9, wherein the electricity taking assembly (3) comprises a rotary power source (34), a first rod (35) and a second rod (36), the rotary power source (34) is arranged on the guide rail (31), a first end of the first rod (35) is connected with an output shaft of the rotary power source (34), a second end of the first rod (35) is connected with a first end of the second rod (36), and a second end of the second rod (36) is connected with the sliding block (32).
11. Logistic vehicle according to claim 1, characterised in that the climbing assemblies (2) are provided on both opposite sides of the frame (1).
12. Logistics system, characterized in that it comprises a first track assembly (4) and a logistics vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 11, wherein the first track assembly (4) is vertically arranged and the logistics vehicle is configured to be movable along the first track assembly (4).
13. Logistics system according to claim 12, wherein the first track assembly (4) comprises:
a first rail (41) which is vertically arranged and has a U-shaped section;
the rack (42) is arranged in a U-shaped cavity of the first rail (41), arranged along the extending direction of the first rail (31) and used for being matched with the climbing wheel (21);
and the sliding contact line (43) is arranged in the U-shaped cavity of the first track, arranged along the extending direction of the first track (31) and used for being matched with the electricity taking assembly (3) for supplying electricity.
14. Logistics system according to claim 12, wherein the climbing assembly (2) comprises support wheels (24), and wherein the first track assembly (4) comprises support guides (44), the support guides (44) being arranged in a U-shaped cavity of the first track (41) and being arranged along the extension of the first track (41) for cooperating with the support wheels (24) for supporting, guiding and retaining the support wheels (24).
15. Logistics system according to claim 12, comprising at least two second track assemblies (5), wherein the second track assemblies (5) are arranged laterally, wherein two adjacent second track assemblies (5) are arranged one above the other, wherein the logistics vehicles are configured to be movable along the second track assemblies (5) and along the first track assemblies (4) for switching to second track assemblies (5) located at different heights.
