Abstract
The invention provides a press die, which can maintain the universality of the die even if an expansion part is formed to be relatively small, and can realize the light weight of a press body. A press die (1) is provided with a press body (3) which is detachably attached to a movable die (2) and which is capable of advancing and retreating in a die locking direction, and press-molding is performed, wherein the press die (1) comprises a plurality of guide grooves (3a) provided on the outer periphery of the press body (3), and a guide unit (11), and the guide unit (11) comprises a dedicated guide pin (5b) which is slidably fitted in the guide grooves (3a), and a base (12) which is fixed to the movable die (2) and on which the dedicated guide pin (5b) is provided.

The invention relates to a press die comprising a press body (pad).
Background
Conventionally, there has been known a die which includes a movable die, a fixed die, and a blank body including a guide groove, and in which a guide pin (guide pin) provided on the movable die is fitted into the guide groove to guide an up-and-down movement (see, for example, patent document 1).

In the case of using press members of different types in a conventional die, it is necessary to form a relatively large expanded portion including a guide groove in the press member so that the guide groove of the press member can be fitted against the position of the guide pin, which has caused a problem that the weight of the press member increases to improve versatility.
When the die includes an insert part as a part for bending or cutting a workpiece (work), the installation location of the insert part may overlap with the expanded portion of the blank body. When the installation place of the insert part overlaps the extension portion of the die, it is necessary to attach the insert part to the die after attaching the die holder including the extension portion to the die at the time of assembling the equipment of the die.
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a die that can maintain the versatility of the die even when the expanded portion is formed to be relatively small, and can achieve weight reduction of the die body and high maintainability.

According to the present invention, since the dedicated guide pins are fitted in the guide grooves, the positions of the guide grooves and the dedicated guide pins can be freely changed, and it is not necessary to form the extension portions for positioning the guide grooves and the dedicated guide pins in the blank, and it is possible to use a plurality of blanks of different kinds in a common mold, and it is possible to provide a stamper which can improve versatility and achieve weight reduction to the extent that the extension portions are eliminated.
Further, if a relatively large expansion portion is present in the blank as in the prior art, the installation location of the insert part for bending or cutting the workpiece may overlap the expansion portion, and in this case, it is necessary to attach the expansion portion to the die and then attach the insert part to the die during the equipment assembly of the die, which results in low maintainability. However, according to the present invention, since it is not necessary to form the extension portion for positioning the guide groove and the dedicated guide pin in the blank, the installation place of the insert component does not overlap with the extension portion, and the maintainability can be improved.

Detailed Description
A stamper according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As schematically shown in fig. 1, a die 1 of the present embodiment includes a movable die 2, a material-pressing body 3, and a fixed die 4. The upper surface of the fixed die 4 is a molding surface, and a workpiece W clamped between the fixed die 4 and the workpiece holder 3 and pressurized is disposed on the upper surface of the fixed die 4.
The blank holder 3 is suspended from the movable die 2, and is provided with guide grooves 3a on the side surfaces thereof for receiving the guide pins 5, and the plurality of guide pins 5 (four guide pins 5 in the present embodiment, but not limited thereto) are inserted into the guide grooves 3a, whereby the blank holder 3 is supported so as not to fall off from the movable die 2. The presser body 3 can be removed from the movable die 2 by withdrawing the guide pin 5 from the guide groove 3 a.
A buffer 6 is disposed between the upper wall of the movable die 2 and the blank holder 3, and the buffer 6 is formed of urethane (urethane), a spring (spring), an oil damper (oil damper), or the like, and alleviates the pressing force of the blank holder 3 to be pressed upward by the fixed die 4.
The lower surface of the pressing body 3 becomes a molding surface. The workpiece W is pressed by the lower surface of the material pressing body 3 and the upper surface of the fixed die 4, and the workpiece W is subjected to press working such as bending.
Fig. 2 shows the positional relationship between the material pressing body 3 and the guide pin 5 from above. Reference numeral 31 denotes a blank body, and 32 denotes an expanding portion that extends and expands so that the reference guide pin 5a and the guide groove 3a can be fitted.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, two of the four guide pins 5 are set as reference guide pins 5a, and the remaining two are set as dedicated guide pins 5 b. In fig. 2, the extension 33 as a comparative example and the reference guide pin 5c as a comparative example are shown by broken lines. As is clear from the expanding portion 33 and the reference guide pins 5c of the comparative example, if all the four guide pins 5 are used as the reference guide pins, the expanding portion needs to be formed larger than the expanding portion 32 as indicated by reference numeral 33 depending on the type of the material pressing body 3, and the weight reduction of the material pressing body 3 including the expanding portion 32 and the expanding portion 33 cannot be achieved.
As shown by a chain line in fig. 2 as a comparative example, when the die includes an insert part 41 (see the chain line in fig. 2) as a part for bending or cutting a workpiece, the installation location of the insert part 41 may overlap with the extension 33 (see the chain line in fig. 2) of the blank body 3. When the installation place of the insert part 41 overlaps the extension 33 of the blank holder 3, it is necessary to install the insert part 41 to the die after the blank holder 3 including the extension 33 is installed to the die at the time of assembling the equipment of the die, but in this case, at the time of maintenance of the blank holder 3 or the buffer 6 of the blank holder 3, not only the blank holder 3 but also the insert part 41 needs to be removed from the die, and the maintainability is low.
Referring to fig. 1, a base 12 is attached to the movable die 2, and insertion holes 12a through which the dedicated guide pins 5b are inserted are formed in the base 12. The guide means 11 of the present embodiment is constituted by dedicated guide pins 5b and a base 12.
According to the die 1 of the present embodiment, by freely changing the position of the dedicated guide pin 5b with respect to the movable die 2 in accordance with the type of the die body 3, it is not necessary to form a large extension portion (an extension portion 33 shown in fig. 2 as a comparative example) for positioning the guide groove 3a and the guide pin 5 in the die body 3, and a plurality of die bodies 3 of different types can be used in a common die (movable die 2), thereby making it possible to improve the versatility of the movable die 2, and to reduce the weight of the die body 3 by reducing the extension portion 32 without removing the extension portion 33, and to reduce the weight of the entire die 1.
Further, if the relatively large expansion portion 33 is present in the blank holder 3 as in the prior art, the installation location of the insert part 41 for bending or cutting the workpiece W may overlap with the expansion portion 33, and in this case, it is necessary to attach the expansion portion 33 to the movable die 2 and then attach the insert part 41 to the movable die 2 during the equipment assembly of the die 1, and therefore, the maintainability is low. However, according to the die 1 of the present embodiment, since the extension 33 for positioning the guide groove 3a and the guide pin does not need to be formed in the blank 3, the installation place of the insert part 41 does not overlap the extension, and the maintainability can be improved.
Further, since the reference guide pin 5a is inserted into the reference hole 2a of the movable mold 2 and the reference guide pin 5a is directly provided on the movable mold 2, the reference guide pin 5a can be used as a reference point for designing the blank body 3, and the design of the blank body 3 is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the case where the blank holder 3 is provided to be movable forward and backward with respect to the movable die 2 has been described, but the blank holder of the present invention may be provided to be movable forward and backward with respect to the fixed die. At this time, the guide unit is also provided only to the fixed mold.
In the present embodiment, the case where the movable mold 2 is disposed above the fixed mold 4 and the movable mold 2 moves up and down has been described, but the movable mold of the present invention is not limited to this, and may be moved left and right, or may be located below the fixed mold.

1. A press mold for press molding by installing a material pressing body, which is attachable to and detachable from one of a movable mold and a fixed mold, in a state capable of advancing and retreating in a mold locking direction, the press mold comprising:
a plurality of guide grooves provided on the outer periphery of the press body; and
a guide unit for guiding the guide unit,
the guide unit includes:
a dedicated guide pin slidably fitted in the guide groove; and a base fixed to the one mold and provided with the dedicated guide pin.
2. The stamper according to claim 1, comprising:
