Description

Traditional Chinese medicine for treating old stomach diseases and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine for treating old stomach diseases and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gastritis is a common disease, and mainly includes two major types, namely acute gastritis and chronic gastritis.
The acute gastritis refers to acute inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by different causes, and can be clinically classified into simple, erosive, corrosive and purulent. If the main lesion is erosion and bleeding, it is called acute erosive hemorrhagic gastritis. Because the inflammation is mostly caused by drugs or acute emergencies, it is also called acute gastric mucosal damage, and is one of the common causes of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The clinical manifestations of different types of acute gastritis are presented below.
Simple gastritis: the main symptoms are epigastric fullness, dull pain, anorexia, eructation, nausea and vomiting, the vomitus of severe patients is slightly bloody, leucocyte is increased, neutrophilic granulocytosis is, and gastric mucosa congestion, edema, exudation, macular hemorrhage or erosion and the like can be seen in endoscopy.
Erosive gastritis: the disease is acute, and the bleeding of the upper digestive tract is sudden in the primary disease process, which is manifested as hematemesis or dark stool. Endoscopic examination (especially in two days of disease) can result in erosion, bleeding or superficial ulcer of gastric mucosa, especially in high-level stomach.
Corrosive gastritis: after the corrosive agent is swallowed, the earliest symptoms are severe pain in the oral cavity, throat and middle, upper and lower abdomen, which are often accompanied by swallowing pain, dysphagia and frequent nausea and vomiting; patients with severe hematemesis and hematemesis may have collapse or shock.
Purulent gastritis: the clinical manifestations of the general septicopyemia and acute peritonitis are usually severe pain in the upper abdomen, shiver due to cold, high fever, tense muscles in the upper abdomen and obvious tenderness, and can be complicated with gastric perforation, peritonitis, thrombophlebitis and liver abscess. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, purulent gastritis belongs to the category of epigastric pain. According to the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, the traditional Chinese medicine can be used for treating food stagnation, stomach harmonizing, adverse qi descending, heat clearing, detoxifying, dampness removing, qi tonifying, yin nourishing, blood cooling, bleeding stopping and the like.
While chronic gastritis refers to chronic inflammation or atrophic changes of gastric mucosa caused by different etiologies. The essence is that after repeated damage to the gastric mucosal epithelium, the mucosa is altered due to its specific regenerative capacity and eventually undergoes irreversible atrophy or even disappearance of the native gastric glands. The main causes of the attack are long-term dietary factors, drug stimulation, helicobacter pylori infection, autoimmune factors, duodenal fluid reflux and the like. The diagnosis of chronic gastritis includes: (1) the clinical manifestations are dyspepsia symptoms such as upper abdominal dull pain, anorexia, postprandial fullness, acid regurgitation and the like, atrophic gastritis patients can have anemia, emaciation, glossitis, diarrhea and the like, and individual patients with mucosa erosion have obvious upper abdominal pain and bleeding; (2) the corresponding changes in various types of gastritis can be seen by gastroscopy. In the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the disease belongs to the category of epigastric pain, and can be generally treated by the methods of harmonizing the stomach and lowering the adverse flow of qi, soothing the liver and regulating qi, tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen, nourishing yin and harmonizing the stomach, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, clearing heat and drying dampness, warming yang and dispelling cold and the like.
According to tissue classification, chronic gastritis can be generally classified into chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic erosive gastritis, and bile reflux gastritis. The clinical manifestations of different kinds of chronic gastritis are presented below.
Chronic superficial gastritis: the main pathological changes are characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration in the lamina propria between the fovea, which is common in congestion, edema and even bleeding, and normal in the gastric gland.
Chronic atrophic gastritis: the pathological changes of the traditional Chinese medicine are not only the pathological changes of the chronic superficial gastritis, but also the lesions of the chronic superficial gastritis affect glands, the glands are atrophic, the number of the glands is reduced, and the mucous membrane muscles are thickened commonly; there is a varying degree of thinning of the gastric mucosa due to atrophy or disappearance of the glands.
Chronic erosive gastritis: it is often associated with peptic ulcer, superficial gastritis and atrophic gastritis, or occurs alone.
Bile reflux gastritis is a disease which causes pylorus to be continuously opened due to the reduction of the contractility of pyloric sphincter or other reasons, bile and alkaline intestinal juice flow back to stomach, and gastric mucosa barrier is damaged, so that the gastric mucosa is congested, edematous, erosive and even ulcerated.
When treating gastropathy, two modes of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are mainly adopted. The western medicine mainly aims at treating the symptoms, cannot treat the root causes, is difficult to completely and radically treat the stomach diseases, is easy to repeat after treatment, and particularly has difficult obvious effect on patients with reflux gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric erosion bleeding, and the patients with gastric ulcer and gastric erosion bleeding can feel burning after taking the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the stomach diseases, thereby affecting the treatment effect.
