Abstract
The invention discloses a single meat-derived hypoallergenic and grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats comprises the following components in parts by weight: hypoallergenic lyophilized particles, fruit lyophilized particles and pure meat lyophilized particles; the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of meat, 5-10 parts of bone-in meat, 2-5 parts of heart, 1-3 parts of liver, 0.5-2 parts of cartilage, 0.2-1 part of collard, 0.5-1 part of black sesame, 0.4-1 part of cassava starch, 0.4-1 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 0.4-1 part of seaweed powder, 0.2-1 part of plantain seed, 0.2-0.8 part of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), 0.1-0.5 part of salt, 0.1-0.3 part of prebiotics premix, 0.1-0.3 part of probiotic premix, 0.5-2 parts of organic trace element premix and 0.5-2 parts of vitamin premix; wherein the meat, boned meat, heart, liver, cartilage and pure meat lyophilized particles are derived from chicken or duck. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats is prepared from single meat food material, common high-sensitization food materials are removed, and a freeze-dried snack for dogs and cats, which is comprehensive in nutrition and effectively reduces anaphylactic reaction, is provided through reasonable matching.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cat food and dog food, in particular to a single meat-source low-allergy grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the increase of the breeding amount of pet dogs and cats in cities, the attention of pet owners on the health of dogs and cats is continuously promoted, and the nutritional requirements of the market on pet foods are higher and higher.
With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the physiological and psychological pressure of pets is increased due to the problems of strong light, noise, pollution and the like, so that the immune function of pets such as dogs and cats is reduced to different degrees, the oxidation resistance is weakened, and the probability of anaphylactic reaction of pets such as dogs and cats is increased rapidly. Studies have shown that allergic reactions occur in 87% of dogs and 70% of cats. Allergy to dogs and cats is a problem that is often faced easily in breeding.
The antigen for inducing the allergic reaction of dogs and cats is called allergen. Allergens are essential conditions for the development of allergic reactions. 2000 to 3000 antigen substances causing anaphylactic reaction are common, and the medical literature describes nearly 2 ten thousand antigen substances. They cause allergic phenomena in the body by inhalation, ingestion, injection or contact.
The development of allergy requires internal causes. The internal cause is "allergic constitution". Allergic constitution refers to the defect of the immune system of some dogs and cats, and the immune system of some dogs and cats can easily do the actions of 'no friend or foe distinguishing and no side attack', thereby causing allergy. Besides the deficiency of the autoimmune system, the accumulation of a large amount of free radicals-superoxide in the body damages and attacks normal immune cells such as mast cells and basophils, and is also one of the causes of the allergy of dogs and cats.
After the allergen enters the body, it induces the lymphocyte B cell to produce IgE antibody. IgE has high affinity with target cells, and is firmly adsorbed on the surfaces of mast cells and basophils. When the same antigen enters the sensitized organism again and is combined with IgE antibodies, a series of biochemical reactions of cell membranes are initiated, immune cells secrete mediator precursors, and prostaglandin and thromboxane A2 are synthesized; and various allergic mediators such as Leukotrienes (LTs), Platelet Activating Factor (PAF), etc. Various mediators are spread to the whole body along with blood flow and act on effector organs such as skin, mucosa, respiratory tract and the like to cause small blood vessels and capillary vessel dilatation, increase capillary permeability, smooth muscle contraction, increase glandular secretion, increase eosinophilia and infiltration, and cause allergic symptoms.
At present, however, pet snacks for dogs and cats with low allergy are fewer and have poor antiallergic effect. Thus, existing dog and cat treats are in need of further improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a single meat-source low-allergy grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, and a preparation method and application thereof.
First, the present invention provides a freeze-dried snack mix for dogs and cats with low allergy and no grain, comprising: hypoallergenic lyophilized particles, fruit lyophilized particles and pure meat lyophilized particles;
the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of meat, 5-10 parts of bone-in meat, 2-5 parts of heart, 1-3 parts of liver, 0.5-2 parts of cartilage, 0.2-1 part of collard, 0.5-1 part of black sesame, 0.4-1 part of cassava starch, 0.4-1 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 0.4-1 part of seaweed meal, 0.2-1 part of plantain seed, 0.2-0.8 part of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), 0.1-0.5 part of salt, 0.1-0.3 part of prebiotics premix, 0.1-0.3 part of probiotic premix, 0.5-2 parts of organic trace element premix and 0.5-2 parts of vitamin premix;
wherein the meat, boned meat, heart, liver, cartilage and pure meat lyophilized particles are derived from chicken or duck.
The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats reasonably designs a formula according to an animal allergy mechanism and by considering internal causes and external causes simultaneously, so that the allergy risk of dogs and cats is greatly reduced, and the formula principle is as follows:
firstly, the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats selects a single chicken or duck as the only meat food material source (such as chicken, chicken with bones, chicken heart, chicken liver, chicken cartilage and the like) in the product formula, does not add other animal-derived materials, eliminates common high-sensitization food materials, reduces the allergy risk from material selection, effectively prevents the mixing of allergens, and reduces the contact probability of dogs and cats with food allergens;

thirdly, the prebiotic premix and the probiotic premix added in the formula are mutually matched, the addition of the probiotics is beneficial to colonizing the intestinal tracts of dogs and cats and regulating the microbial flora of the intestinal tracts, the prebiotic premix further promotes the growth and the reproduction of the probiotics, a more appropriate growth environment is created for the probiotics, the growth and the reproduction of harmful microorganisms in the intestinal tracts are inhibited, and the digestion and the absorption of the intestinal tracts to nutrient substances are facilitated; in addition, the probiotic premix also has the effect of improving the immune function of dogs and cats.
Fourthly, the kale added in the formula is rich in nutrition, contains a large amount of VA, Vc, VB2 and various mineral substances, particularly has high calcium, iron and potassium contents, particularly the Vc content is the highest in the green-leaf vegetables, and the content of trace element selenium is the first of the cabbage vegetables, so that the kale is beneficial to strengthening the immunity and oxidation resistance of dogs and cats; and the kale is rich in calcium, VD and VE, which is helpful for keeping the pet skeleton strong.
Fifthly, the fruit mixture is selected from fruits with bright color, high anthocyanin content and high vitamin content. Preferably, the fruit mixture is a mixture of at least two of pyrus ussuriensis, strawberry, blueberry, cranberry and fig. The fruit mixture not only endows the freeze-dried mixed snack with a sweet flavor, but also provides natural antioxidant nutrients such as anthocyanin, vitamin C, vitamin E and the like for dogs and cats, supports the body immune system of dogs and cats, improves the antioxidant capacity of pets, eliminates harmful free radicals in vivo, protects the normal functions of immune cells, and helps the pets to improve allergic constitution. The pear also has the effects of reducing pathogenic fire, clearing away heart-fire, moistening lung, reducing fever and the like, and can help pets clear away internal fire, relieve expectoration and alleviate tear stains.
The freeze-dried raw bone meat for dogs and cats has the effects of improving the immune function of dogs and cats and reducing the occurrence of anaphylactic reaction just by the synergistic effect and the combined cooperation of the multiple effective components, and in addition, the freeze-dried raw bone meat for dogs and cats has more reasonable nutrition collocation and stronger palatability.
Specifically, the preparation method of the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles comprises the following steps: mixing all the raw materials, chopping into fine minced meat, and putting the mixed raw materials into an extruder to prepare particles; and (3) conveying the prepared particles into a freeze-drying bin, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15-30h at the temperature of-30 ℃ to-50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3% -8%, thus obtaining the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles. The method can maximally retain the activity of various nutrients in the hypoallergenic lyophilized particles, so as to improve the utilization rate of the hypoallergenic lyophilized particles.
Preferably, the prebiotic premix comprises xylo-oligosaccharides and mannooligosaccharides. Preferably, the probiotic premix comprises bacillus coagulans, pediococcus acidilactici, lactobacillus plantarum, bifidobacterium animalis.
Preferably, the vitamin premix comprises: 7500 IU/kg vitamin A acetate, 300 IU/kg vitamin D3, 25-50IU/kg dl-a-tocopherol acetate, 2.5-5mg/kg thiamine nitrate, 2.5-5mg/kg vitamin B2, 2.5-5mg/kg vitamin B6, 0.005-0.03mg/kg vitamin B12, 0.25-0.5mg/kg D-biotin, 2.5-5mg/kg D-calcium pantothenate, 0.25-0.5mg/kg folic acid and 30-50mg/kg nicotinic acid.
Preferably, the organic trace element premix comprises 30-45mg/kg of protein iron, 5-10mg/kg of protein copper, 2.5-5mg/kg of protein manganese, 30-50mg/kg of protein zinc and 10-20mg/kg of yeast selenium. The organic trace element premix is an organic trace element composite package of a product of Tianjin Autty biological products Limited company. The organic trace element is a special nutrient formed by combining trace element ions and amino acid. Compared with common inorganic trace elements, the digestibility, the absorption rate and the utilization rate of the organic trace elements chelated with the amino acid are obviously improved. Effectively promotes the healthy growth of pets, improves the immunity, reduces the stress, improves the state of gastrointestinal tracts and skin and hair of pets, and maintains good reproductive function. The collard added into the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles is rich in nutrition, on one hand, the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles contain a large amount of VA, Vc, VB2 and a plurality of mineral substances, particularly the content of calcium, iron and potassium is very high, the content of Vc is the highest in green-leaf vegetables, and the content of trace element selenium is the head of cabbage vegetables, so that the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles can help dogs and cats to support the immunity and the antioxidation function; the kale is rich in calcium, VD and VE, which is helpful for keeping the skeleton of the pet strong.
The semen plantaginis has the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, and inducing diuresis for treating stranguria, and is helpful for improving urethra health of dogs and cats and reducing the risk of suffering from urethra diseases. In addition, the collard and the plantain seed are rich in dietary fibers, so that the gastrointestinal peristalsis is promoted, food passing through the gastrointestinal tract is accelerated, and smooth discharge of hair bulbs in the intestinal tract of the cat is promoted.
Preferably, the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, 20-50 parts of fruit freeze-dried particles and 10-30 parts of pure meat freeze-dried particles.
Preferably, in the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, the fruit freeze-dried particles are a combination of several of strawberries, pyrus ussuriensis, figs, blueberries and cranberries.
Preferably, the fruit freeze-dried particles consist of the following fruits in parts by mass: 5-30% of Yangli pear, 3-15% of strawberry, 3-10% of blueberry, 2-5% of fig and 1-3% of cranberry.
Preferably, the preparation method of the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried pure meat particles comprises the following steps:
feeding the pure meat into a chopping and mixing machine, chopping into fine meat paste, and feeding the meat paste into an extruder to prepare small square particles with the square of 0.3-1.2 cm; simply chopping the strawberries, the positive pears and the figs into small pieces; putting the pure meat square particles, the small fruit blocks and the whole blueberries and/or cranberries into a freeze-drying bin together, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15-30 hours at the temperature of-30 ℃ to-50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3% -8%, thus obtaining the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried pure meat particles.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which comprises the following steps:
respectively preparing and weighing hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, fruit freeze-dried particles and pure meat freeze-dried particles in corresponding parts by weight, fully mixing, packaging in a packaging bag, and packaging to obtain the final freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats.
The invention also provides application of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats as a cat snack or a dog snack.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats selects a single chicken or duck as the only meat food material source in the product formula, does not add other animal-derived materials, eliminates common high-sensitization food materials, reduces the allergy risk from material selection, effectively prevents the mixing of allergens, and reduces the contact probability of dogs and cats with food allergens; secondly, besides linseed oil and poultry oil, DHA is added to the grease, and DHA-rich schizochytrium oil is matched to provide rich DHA-essential unsaturated fatty acid for cats and dogs, so that the generation of allergic medium in animals is effectively reduced, and inflammation is controlled; and thirdly, the prebiotic premix and the probiotic premix added in the formula are matched with each other, the addition of the probiotics is beneficial to colonizing the intestinal tracts of dogs and cats and regulating the microbial flora of the intestinal tracts, and the prebiotic premix further promotes the growth and the reproduction of the probiotics, not only inhibits the growth and the reproduction of harmful microorganisms in the intestinal tracts, but also is beneficial to the digestion and the absorption of the intestinal tracts on nutrient substances, and also has the effect of improving the immune function of dogs and cats.
2. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats has high nutritional value and good palatability, and reduces the contact probability of dogs and cats and allergen due to the protein source in the purified product, thereby reducing the allergy risk of dogs and cats; secondly, the inflammation can be controlled to help dogs and cats relieve the symptoms of pruritus, edema, pain and the like; can also improve the antioxidant function of pets, enhance the immunity of pets, fundamentally improve the physique of dogs and cats, and reduce the occurrence of allergic reaction.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely below, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. In the present invention, the equipment and materials used are commercially available or commonly used in the art, unless otherwise specified. The methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a single meat-derived low-allergy grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which is adjusted according to the nutritional requirements of cats and is more suitable for being used as cat food, and the formula and the preparation method are as follows:
1. the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50 parts of hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, 20 parts of fruit freeze-dried particles and 30 parts of pure meat freeze-dried particles.
The hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
66 parts of meat, 7 parts of bone-in meat, 4 parts of heart, 2.9 parts of liver, 1.5 parts of cartilage, 0.6 part of kale, 0.5 part of black sesame, 0.4 part of cassava starch, 0.4 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 0.4 part of seaweed powder, 0.2 part of plantain seed, 0.3 part of DHA, 0.1 part of salt, 0.2 part of prebiotics premix, 0.2 part of probiotic premix, 0.5 part of organic trace element premix and 0.5 part of vitamin premix;
wherein the meat, bone-in meat, heart, liver and cartilage are all from chicken.
The fruit freeze-dried particles are formed by mixing 5 parts of male pears, 3.7 parts of strawberries, 2.2 parts of figs, 1.2 parts of blueberries and 1.2 parts of cranberries. The pure meat lyophilized granule is chicken.
2. The preparation method of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of hypoallergenic lyophilized particles: mixing and chopping all the raw materials, and then putting the mixture into an extruder to prepare granules; and (3) conveying the prepared particles into a freeze-drying bin, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 30 hours at the temperature of-30 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3% so as to obtain the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles.
(2) Preparation of freeze-dried fruit particles and freeze-dried pure meat particles:
feeding chicken into a chopper mixer, chopping into fine meat paste, and feeding the chicken meat paste into an extruder to prepare small square particles with the square of 1.2 cm; simply chopping strawberries, sun pears or figs into small pieces;
putting the chicken square particles, the small fruit blocks and the whole blueberry and cranberry into a freeze-drying bin together, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying at-30 ℃ for 30 hours to reduce the water content to 3% so as to obtain freeze-dried fruit particles and freeze-dried pure meat particles.
(3) And fully mixing the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, the fruit freeze-dried particles and the pure meat freeze-dried particles according to a ratio, and packaging in a packaging bag to obtain the final finished product of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a single meat-source low-allergy grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which can be used for feeding dogs and cats, and the formula and the preparation method are as follows:
1. the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, 50 parts of fruit freeze-dried particles and 20 parts of pure meat freeze-dried particles.
The hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
30 parts of meat, 5 parts of bone-in meat, 3 parts of heart, 2 parts of liver, 1 part of cartilage, 0.6 part of kale, 0.6 part of black sesame, 0.6 part of cassava starch, 0.4 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 0.4 part of seaweed powder, 0.3 part of plantain seed, 0.3 part of DHA, 0.1 part of salt, 0.2 part of prebiotics premix, 0.2 part of probiotic premix, 0.5 part of organic trace element premix and 0.5 part of vitamin premix;
wherein the meat, bone-in meat, heart, liver and cartilage are all from chicken.
The fruit freeze-dried particles are formed by mixing 27 parts of male pears, 12 parts of strawberries, 4.8 parts of figs, 8 parts of blueberries and 2.5 parts of cranberries. The pure meat lyophilized granule is chicken.
2. The preparation method of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of hypoallergenic lyophilized particles: mixing and chopping all the raw materials, and then putting the mixture into an extruder to prepare granules; and (3) conveying the prepared particles into a freeze-drying bin, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15 hours at the temperature of-50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 8% so as to obtain the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles.
(2) Preparation of freeze-dried fruit particles and freeze-dried pure meat particles:
feeding chicken into a chopper mixer, chopping into fine meat paste, and feeding the chicken meat paste into an extruder to prepare small square particles with the square of 1.2 cm; simply chopping strawberries, sun pears or figs into small pieces;
putting the chicken square particles, the small fruit blocks and the whole blueberry and cranberry into a freeze-drying bin together, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15 hours at the temperature of minus 50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 8 percent, thus obtaining the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried pure meat particles.
(3) And fully mixing the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, the fruit freeze-dried particles and the pure meat freeze-dried particles according to a ratio, and packaging in a packaging bag to obtain the final finished product of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a single meat-derived hypoallergenic and grain-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which comprises the following formula and preparation method:
1. the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40 parts of hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, 30 parts of fruit freeze-dried particles and 30 parts of pure meat freeze-dried particles.
The hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass:
50 parts of meat, 8 parts of bone-in meat, 5 parts of heart, 3 parts of liver, 1 part of cartilage, 1 part of kale, 1 part of black sesame, 1 part of cassava starch, 1 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 1 part of seaweed meal, 1 part of plantain seed, 0.8 part of DHA, 0.5 part of salt, 0.3 part of prebiotics premix, 0.3 part of probiotic premix, 0.5 part of organic trace element premix and 0.5 part of vitamin premix;
wherein the meat, bone-in meat, heart, liver and cartilage are all from chicken.
The fruit freeze-dried particles are formed by mixing 12 parts of male pears, 8 parts of strawberries, 4 parts of figs, 3 parts of blueberries and 3 parts of cranberries. The pure meat lyophilized granule is chicken.
2. The preparation method of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of hypoallergenic lyophilized particles: mixing and chopping all the raw materials, and then putting the mixture into an extruder to prepare granules; and (3) conveying the prepared particles into a freeze-drying bin, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 20 hours at the temperature of-40 ℃ to reduce the water content to 5% so as to obtain the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles.
(2) Preparation of freeze-dried fruit particles and freeze-dried pure meat particles:
feeding chicken into a chopper mixer, chopping into fine meat paste, and feeding the chicken meat paste into an extruder to prepare small square particles with the square of 1.2 cm; simply chopping strawberries, sun pears or figs into small pieces;
putting the chicken square particles, the small fruit blocks and the whole blueberry and cranberry into a freeze-drying bin together, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying at-40 ℃ for 20 hours to reduce the water content to 5% so as to obtain the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried pure meat particles.
(3) And fully mixing the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, the fruit freeze-dried particles and the pure meat freeze-dried particles according to a ratio, and packaging in a packaging bag to obtain the final finished product of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides a freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which has the same formula and preparation method as those of example 1, and only chicken, chicken with bones, chicken heart, chicken liver and chicken cartilage are replaced with duck meat, duck meat with bones, duck heart, duck liver and duck cartilage. The pure meat freeze-dried particles adopt duck meat.
Example 5
The present embodiment provides a freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which has the same formula and preparation method as those of example 2, and only chicken meat, chicken with bones, chicken heart, chicken liver and chicken cartilage are replaced with duck meat, duck meat with bones, duck heart, duck liver and duck cartilage. The pure meat freeze-dried particles adopt duck meat.
Example 6
The present embodiment provides a freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, which has the same formula and preparation method as those of example 3, and only chicken meat, chicken with bones, chicken heart, chicken liver and chicken cartilage are replaced with duck meat, duck meat with bones, duck heart, duck liver and duck cartilage. The pure meat freeze-dried particles adopt duck meat.
Effect testing experiment
First, hypoallergenic effect verification test
1. Experimental grouping and experimental methods
40 SD rats meeting experimental requirements were randomly divided into 4 groups: feeding standard daily ration to rats in a normal control group; experimental control rats were fed the lyophilized mixed snacks for dogs and cats of example 1; the food-derived allergy model group rats are subjected to Ovalbumin (OVA) allergy test according to a model preparation method and are fed with standard daily ration; rats in the hypoallergenic diet dried group were given the lyophilized mixed snacks for dogs and cats of example 1 simultaneously with sensitization; all rats were fed ad libitum and their drinking water, and the experimental design is shown in table 1.

The rats in group M and group M + H were injected with ovalbumin OVA sensitizing solution (brand: BIOSS, manufacturer: Beijing Boaosen Biotech Co., Ltd.) on days 1 and 15 respectively at the beginning of the test, and the rats were subjected to intragastric lavage to stimulate the sensitizing solution 18, 21, 23, 24, 27, 30, 33 and 36 days; the rats in the N group and the H group are injected with physiological saline with the same quantity as that of the injected and gastric lavage.
Blood was collected on test days 14, 21, and 28 and serum total IgE, IgG, and histamine levels were measured.
2. Results of the experiment

From the experimental results in tables 2-4, it can be seen that the content of total IgE in the serum of the rats in the hypo-sensitive daily ration intervention group is significantly reduced compared to the allergic model group, and the content of total IgE is reduced to 48% of that in the allergic model group at 35 days; IgG in the serum of rats in the hypo-sensitive daily ration intervention group is obviously improved, and the histamine content in the serum is also obviously reduced. Therefore, the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats provided by the invention has the effects of reducing the generation of allergic mediums and controlling inflammation, and has the effect of effectively reducing the risk of allergy.
Second, analysis test of nutrient content
1. The experimental method comprises the following steps:
the water detection method refers to GB/T6435-; the crude protein detection method refers to GB/T6432-2018; the crude fat detection method refers to GB/T6433-2006; the crude ash detection method refers to GB/T6438-; the crude fiber detection method refers to GB/T6434-2006; the calcium detection method refers to GB/T6436-2018; the total phosphorus detection method refers to GB/T6437-2018; the detection method of the water-soluble chloride refers to GB/T6439-2007; the amino acid detection method is referred to GB/T18246-2000.
2. Experimental results and analysis:
in the experiment, only the freeze-dried snacks for dogs and cats prepared in example 1 and example 2 are taken as examples, and the content analysis of the nutritional ingredients is performed, and the detection results are respectively as follows:

A large number of experiments show that the freeze-dried snack for dogs and cats prepared by the invention has rich nutrition and completely meets the nutrition requirements of dogs and cats, and the experiment only takes the products of examples 1-2 as an example for nutrition detection. The experiment results in the tables 5 and 6 show that the freeze-dried snack for dogs and cats provided by the invention is rich in nutrition and meets the relevant national standards.
Third, palatability experiment of freeze-dried mixed snacks for dogs and cats
1. Subject:
taking 20 pet dogs as a dog experimental group and 30 pet cats as a cat experimental group, wherein 10 small dogs below 10Kg, 6 medium dogs 10-25Kg and 4 large dogs above 25 Kg; 7 russian blue cats, 4 puppet cats, 10 maine cats, 5 british shorthair cats, 2 american shorthair cats, and 2 civets.
2. The experimental method comprises the following steps:
the product (50g) prepared in example 1 was poured into the subject's food pan and the pet dogs and cats were observed for selected meals.

From the experimental results in tables 7 and 8, the hypoallergenic and grain-free freeze-dried snack for dogs and cats is highly popular among various pet dogs and cats and has excellent palatability.
It should be understood that the technical solutions and concepts of the present invention may be equally replaced or changed by those skilled in the art, and all such changes or substitutions should fall within the protection scope of the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A single meat-derived hypoallergenic cereal-free freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats, comprising: hypoallergenic lyophilized particles, fruit lyophilized particles and pure meat lyophilized particles;
the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of meat, 5-10 parts of bone-in meat, 2-5 parts of heart, 1-3 parts of liver, 0.5-2 parts of cartilage, 0.2-1 part of collard, 0.5-1 part of black sesame, 0.4-1 part of cassava starch, 0.4-1 part of saccharomyces cerevisiae extract, 0.4-1 part of seaweed powder, 0.2-1 part of plantain seed, 0.2-0.8 part of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), 0.1-0.5 part of salt, 0.1-0.3 part of prebiotics premix, 0.1-0.3 part of probiotic premix, 0.5-2 parts of organic trace element premix and 0.5-2 parts of vitamin premix;
wherein the meat, bone-in meat, heart, liver and cartilage are all from chicken or duck.
2. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, 20-50 parts of fruit freeze-dried particles and 10-30 parts of pure meat freeze-dried particles.
3. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats according to claim 1, wherein the fruit freeze-dried granules are a combination of several of strawberry, pear, fig, blueberry, and cranberry.
4. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats according to claim 2, wherein the fruit freeze-dried particles consist of the following parts by mass of fruit: 5-30% of Yangli pear, 3-15% of strawberry, 3-10% of blueberry, 2-5% of fig and 1-3% of cranberry.
5. The freeze-dried hybrid snack for dogs and cats according to claim 1, wherein the hypoallergenic freeze-dried granules are prepared by a method comprising:
mixing all the raw materials, chopping into fine meat paste, and putting the mixed raw materials into an extruder to prepare particles; and (3) conveying the prepared particles into a freeze-drying bin, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15-30h at the temperature of-30 ℃ to-50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3% -8%, thus obtaining the hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles.
6. The freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats according to claim 4, wherein the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried meat particles are prepared by the method comprising:
feeding the pure meat into a chopping and mixing machine, chopping into fine meat paste, and feeding the meat paste into an extruder to prepare small square particles with the square of 0.3-1.2 cm; simply chopping the strawberries, the positive pears and the figs into small pieces;
putting the pure meat square particles, the small fruit blocks and the whole blueberries and/or cranberries into a freeze-drying bin together, and carrying out negative pressure freeze-drying for 15-30 hours at the temperature of-30 ℃ to-50 ℃ to reduce the water content to 3% -8%, thus obtaining the freeze-dried fruit particles and the freeze-dried pure meat particles.
7. A method of preparing a freeze-dried snack mix according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of:
respectively preparing and weighing hypoallergenic freeze-dried particles, fruit freeze-dried particles and pure meat freeze-dried particles in corresponding parts by weight, fully mixing, packaging in a packaging bag, and packaging to obtain the final freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats.
8. Use of the freeze-dried mixed snack for dogs and cats as a cat snack or a dog snack according to any of claims 1-6.
