In order to prevent the empty section cleaner 53 from removing the cleaned residues, the cleaning branch roller 54 is arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the free end 534 of the transverse plate 532, so that the removed residues can be prevented from adhering to the conveyor belt 20 through the cleaning branch roller 54 again.
Referring to fig. 3, the wiping roller 55 is disposed against the outer surface of the conveyor belt 20 for wiping the outer surface of the conveyor belt 20 cleaned and rolled by the cleaning brush roller 51, the long scraper 52 and the cleaning branch roller 54, so as to ensure the outer surface of the conveyor belt 20 entering the proceeding section 21 from the feeding inlet 2 to be smooth and clean, and reduce the problems of sticking and the like caused by residues and the like.
Referring to fig. 3, a waste collection groove 82 is arranged below the cleaning mechanism, and the width of the waste collection groove 82 is not less than that of the conveyor belt 20; the bottom wall of the waste collection gutter 82 is inclined to one side in the direction of travel of the conveyor belt 20.
Referring to fig. 3, the garbage collection groove 82 located below the cleaning mechanism can effectively collect the residues and the scraps cleaned by various cleaning mechanisms in time, so as to avoid the influence of the residues and the scraps on the environmental cleanliness due to the fact that the residues and the scraps are directly located below the baking machine, and reduce the influence on the tunnel furnace 1 and the conveyor belt 20 in the tunnel furnace 1. The waste collection tank 82 can be made of stainless steel, and the stainless steel is not easy to stick to residues due to the characteristics of the stainless steel, so that the waste collection tank 82 can be cleaned conveniently. And the side wall of the waste collecting groove 82 can be set to be an inclined surface, so that the collection of residue and debris in the waste collecting groove 82 at the bottom of the groove is further accelerated.
