The technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the attached drawings in the embodiment of the dust collecting and cleaning mechanism in the dryer compartment and the closed filter cake dryer of the present invention, and the described embodiment is only a part of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but not all of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. All other embodiments, such as a mechanism for collecting and cleaning dust in a compartment with the same electric dust scraping mode and similar structure, which are not inventive by the technical personnel in the field of the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
A dust collecting and cleaning mechanism 46 (hereinafter referred to as a dust collecting and cleaning mechanism or a dust cleaning mechanism) in the dryer compartment; the main points of the overall embodiment of the innovation are: on the basis of the existing closed filter cake dryer, a dust collecting and cleaning mechanism 46 in a compartment is additionally arranged and comprises a dust collecting device, a dust scraping driving device, a double-chain transmission device, a chain tensioning device and a dust scraping plate 14; the existing space at the bottom in the closed compartment 47 is fully utilized, the dust collecting device is arranged at the bottom of the compartment below the lower-layer cake conveying mesh belt 49, the double-chain transmission device is arranged in the dust collecting device, the plurality of dust scraping plates 14 are arranged on the double-chain transmission device at intervals, and the dust scraping plates 14 contact the bottom plate of the dust collecting device; the dust in the closed compartment 47 of the dryer falls into the dust collecting device, the dust scraping driving device is automatically started regularly under the control of the PLC program control system, and the double-chain transmission device is driven to drive the dust scraping plates 14 to scrape the accumulated dust in the dust collecting device to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48, so that the cleanliness in the closed compartment reaches the standard; therefore, the technical problems that the dust is easily accumulated at the bottom of the closed compartment to cause production corrosion, even dust blocks an air channel to influence the heat exchange effect, an automatic dust cleaning mechanism in the compartment is lacked, manual cleaning is needed once every week, the accumulated dust at the bottom of the closed compartment is very difficult to clean due to limited space in the closed compartment, the production is delayed due to frequent shutdown for cleaning the dust, and the requirement of continuous and efficient production of a user cannot be met are solved; specific embodiments are described in detail below.

The dust scraping driving device, namely the driving device with the dust scraping plate 14 and the double transmission chains 13, comprises a dust scraping driving motor 5, a driving extension shaft 7, a coupler 8, a bearing seat 9, a bearing box bracket 11 and a driving motor seat 12; (1) the dust scraping driving motor 5 is a GSAT87-Y1.1-4P-258.18-M1 type speed reducing motor (the type meaning: SAT 87-speed reducing motor specification, 4P-motor pole number, 258.18-transmission ratio of a speed reducer, and M1-speed reducer installation form), and comprises a motor and a speed reducer; (2) assembling the dust scraping driving device: the dust scraping driving motor 5 is installed on a driving motor base 12 and communicated with a PLC program control system in parallel, the bearing box 9 is installed on a bearing box support 11, the driving extension shaft 7 is installed in the bearing box 9 and connected with a speed reducer, and the coupler 8 is connected with the driving shaft 6 and the driving extension shaft 7 to form a dust scraping driving device; a dual drive chain arrangement for automatically driving the belt scraper 14 periodically.
The double-chain transmission device comprises a driving shaft 6, a bearing box 9, four transmission chain wheels 10, a bearing box bracket 11, a double transmission chain 13, a driven shaft 15 and a movable bearing box 37; (1) the arranged transmission chain 13 comprises roller type chain links 40, dust scraping chain plates 41, chain plates 42 and idler wheel chain plates 43, wherein one sides of the roller type chain links 40 are connected at intervals by using the chain plates 42 and the idler wheel chain plates 43 (the ratio of the chain plates 42 to the idler wheel chain plates 43 is 2: 1), and the other sides of the roller type chain links 40 are connected at intervals by using the chain plates 42 and the dust scraping chain plates 41 (the ratio of the chain plates 42 to the dust scraping chain plates 41 is 2: 1), so that the transmission chain 13 is formed. (2) Assembling the double-chain transmission device: the double bearing box 9 is arranged on the double bearing seat bracket 11, and the double movable bearing box 37 is arranged on the double tight chain device 4; the double transmission chain wheels 10 are alternately arranged on the driving shaft 6 to form a driving shaft with chain wheels; the double-transmission chain wheels 10 are alternately arranged on the driven shaft 15 to form a driven shaft with chain wheels; the driving shaft with the chain wheel is arranged on the double bearing box 9, and the driven shaft with the chain wheel is arranged on the double moving bearing box 37; the double-transmission chain 13 passes through the chain slideways 20 and 24 of the nose type dust collecting grooves 1 and 2 and is respectively arranged on the four transmission chain wheels 10 of the driving shaft with the chain wheels and the driven shaft with the chain wheels to form a double-chain transmission device; used for driving the multiple dust scraping plates 14 to continuously and circularly move in the nose type dust collecting grooves 1 and 2.
The chain tensioning device comprises a chain tensioning box 3 and a chain tensioning device 4; (1) the arranged chain tightening box 3 is the chain tightening box 3 which is provided with a chain tightening device 4 and is butted with the horizontal dust collecting groove 1, and comprises a dust collecting groove bottom plate 19, a chain tightening box upper frame 28, a chain tightening box lower frame 29, a chain tightening box side plate 30, a chain tightening box sealing plate 31 and a box frame connecting plate 32; a tight chain case side plate 30 provided with a driven shaft moving hole 33; the two ends of the chain tightening box upper frame 28 and the two ends of the chain tightening box lower frame 29 are respectively and vertically welded by using a chain tightening box sealing plate 31 and a double-box-frame connecting plate 32 to form a chain tightening box frame; the dust accumulation groove bottom plate 19 is welded below the tight chain box frame, and the double tight chain box side plates 30 are respectively welded on two sides of the tight chain box frame to form a tight chain box; (2) the chain tightening device 4 is used for adjusting the horizontal position of the double-moving bearing box 37, and comprises a chain tightening frame transverse plate 34, a bearing box slide way 35, a chain tightening frame vertical plate 36, a moving bearing box 37, a chain tightening screw 38, a chain tightening nut 39 and a frame box connecting column 45; the chain tightening frame transverse plate 34 is an angle steel transverse plate, and the chain tightening frame vertical plate 36 is provided with a chain tightening screw hole; the double-tight chain frame transverse plate 34 is symmetrically and vertically welded at two ends of the tight chain frame vertical plate 36, the double-bearing box slide ways 35 are symmetrically installed in the double-tight chain frame transverse plate 34, the movable bearing box 37 is slidably installed in the double-bearing box slide ways 35, the tight chain screw 38 penetrates through the tight chain frame vertical plate 36 to be connected with the movable bearing box 37, three tight chain nuts 39 are respectively installed at two ends and the middle of the tight chain screw 38, and the plurality of frame box connecting columns 45 are welded on the angle steel vertical surface of the tight chain frame transverse plate 34 to form a tight chain device; (3) assembling the chain tensioning device: the double chain tightening devices 4 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the chain tightening box 3, a plurality of frame box connecting columns 45 of the chain tightening devices 4 are connected with the chain tightening box 3, and a driven shaft with a chain wheel is arranged in the double-moving bearing box 37 to form a chain tensioning device; for tensioning the double drive chain 13 to reduce friction of the drive chain 13 with the chain slides 20, 24.
The dust scraping plate 14 comprises a dust scraping main plate and a scraper angle steel bar 44; the upper corners of two ends of the dust scraping main board are provided with double mounting holes, the length of the dust scraping main board corresponds to the distance between the double transmission chains 13, and the width of the dust scraping main board is based on the fact that the dust scraping main board can contact the bottom 19 of the dust deposition groove after being mounted; the scraping plate angle steel bar 44 is welded on one side of the dust scraping main plate to form a dust scraping plate 14; used for scraping the accumulated dust in the nose type dust accumulation grooves 1 and 2 into the dry material spiral output mechanism 48, so that the cleanness in the closed compartment 47 reaches the standard.
Assembly of dust removal mechanism 46: (1) installation of the dust collecting device: the existing space at the bottom in the closed compartment 47 is fully utilized, the nose-raised dust collecting grooves 1 and 2 of the dust collecting device are integrally arranged on the compartment bottom below the lower layer cake conveying mesh belt 49, wherein the nose-raised dust collecting groove 2 corresponds to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48; after the double-chain transmission device is installed, the lower edges of the double dust collecting plates 50 are respectively obliquely installed on two sides of the nose type dust collecting grooves 1 and 2, and the upper edges of the dust collecting plates 50 are lapped on the inner wall of the closed type compartment body 47; (2) installation of the chain tensioner: the chain tension device is butted with the horizontal dust collecting groove 1, integrally arranged on the bottom of the compartment below the lower layer cake conveying mesh belt 49 and can tension the double transmission chains 13; (3) installation of the double-chain transmission device: the double-bearing box bracket 11 and the bearing box 9 are arranged in the closed compartment body 47 corresponding to the upwarp dust collection groove 2, and the driving shaft with the chain wheel is arranged in the double-bearing box; the moving bearing box 37 is slidably mounted in the dual bearing box slide 35 of the chain tensioner, and the driven shaft with the sprocket is mounted on the dual moving bearing box 37; the double-transmission chain 13 passes through the chain slideways 20 and 24 of the nose type dust collecting grooves 1 and 2 and is respectively arranged on the four transmission chain wheels 10 of the driving shaft with the chain wheels and the driven shaft with the chain wheels to form a double-chain transmission device; (4) installation of the dust scraper 14: a plurality of dust scraping plates 14 are arranged on the double-chain transmission device at intervals (6 chain links are arranged at intervals), and the dust scraping plates 14 contact the bottom plates of the nose type dust collecting grooves 1 and 2; (5) installation of the dust scraping driving device: the bearing box bracket 11 and the bearing box 9 of the driving device are arranged on a straight line of the double bearing box bracket 11 of the double-chain transmission device; the drive motor base 12 aligns the three bearing box brackets 11 and is arranged outside the closed carriage body 47; the dust scraping drive motor 5 is arranged on the drive motor base 12 and is communicated with the PLC program control system in parallel; the driving extension shaft 7 is arranged in the bearing box 9 and connected with the speed reducer, and the coupling 8 is connected with the driving shaft 6 and the driving extension shaft 7 to form a dust cleaning mechanism 46 and a dust scraping driving device thereof; (6) the dust in the closed compartment 47 of the dryer falls into the dust collecting device, and the dust cleaning mechanism 46 can automatically scrape the accumulated dust in the dust collecting device to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48 regularly under the control of the PLC program control system, so that the cleanliness in the closed compartment 47 reaches the standard.
The dust collecting and cleaning mechanism 46 in the drying machine compartment has the advantages of fully utilizing the space of the drying compartment, fully collecting the dust in the compartment, automatically cleaning the dust in the compartment, reaching the cleanness standard, prolonging the service life of equipment, having good heat exchange effect and high production efficiency; the dust cleaning mechanism can regularly and automatically scrape the accumulated dust in the dust collecting device to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48, so that the cleanliness in the closed compartment body 47 reaches the standard, the automation level of the closed filter cake dryer is improved, the heat exchange effect and the production efficiency of the dryer are improved, the service life of the mechanism in the closed compartment body 47 is prolonged, and the requirement of a dryer user on continuous and efficient production is met; the product is upgraded and updated, and the efficiency can be increased.
Example 2
A closed filter cake dryer (filter cake dryer for short), namely a totally closed structure environment-friendly normal-pressure high-low temperature continuous convection type filter cake dryer, uses the dust collecting and cleaning mechanism 46 (dust cleaning mechanism for short) in the dryer chamber provided by the invention; the filter cake dryer mainly comprises a closed compartment 47, a filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism, a double-layer mesh belt material conveying mechanism, a high-low temperature drying system, a dry material spiral output mechanism 48, a dust screen, a dust cleaning mechanism 46 and a PLC program control system; the device has the functions of carrying out closed high-temperature evaporation drying on the materials with the water content of 55-83%, and further carrying out low-temperature condensation dehumidification to reduce the water content of the materials by more than 80%. The invention is manufactured according to the relevant standard of the drier in the mechanical industry in China, which is a common technical part with the prior art.
The closed carriage 47 comprises a closed main carriage, a heat insulation plate thereof and a closed auxiliary carriage (i.e. a conveyor belt end carriage); the filter cake desiccator produces the dust in the course of working certainly, and the dust screen is installed in the air outlet, and closed railway carriage or compartment body 47 is used for closed installation filter cake desiccator, can prevent that the dust from diffusing the polluted environment.
The filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism comprises a filter cake feeding box, a filter cake stirring device and a filter cake slitting device; used for feeding a dryer and crushing and cutting a filter cake into strips so as to uniformly dry the strips.
The double-layer mesh belt material conveying mechanism comprises a speed reducing motor, an upper layer cake conveying mesh belt and a lower layer cake conveying mesh belt 49; the head and the tail of the closed compartment are communicated, and the maneuvering space below the lower layer cake conveying net belt 49 is limited; for continuously conveying the tortillas to a high and low temperature drying zone and discharging the dried tortillas to a dry material auger delivery mechanism 48.
The high-low temperature drying system comprises a thermal circulation mechanism and a dehumidification mechanism; the middle upper space in the closed compartment body 47 is a high-temperature drying area at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, and the middle lower space in the closed compartment body 47 is a low-temperature dehumidifying area at the temperature of 7-20 ℃; the method is used for drying the biscuit strips at high temperature and further dehumidifying and drying the biscuit strips at low temperature.
The dry material spiral output mechanism 48 comprises a spiral driving motor, a shaft spiral body and a U-shaped material conveying groove; the U-shaped material conveying groove is arranged below the discharging end of the lower layer cake conveying mesh belt 49 and is used for conveying dried cake strips into outward conveying equipment.
The dust cleaning mechanism 46 comprises a dust collecting device, a dust scraping driving device, a double-chain transmission device, a chain tensioning device and a dust scraping plate 14; the main body of the dust collection device is arranged on the bottom of the compartment below a lower-layer cake conveying mesh belt 49 and used for periodically and automatically scraping accumulated dust in the dust collection device to a dry material spiral output mechanism 48 so as to enable the cleanliness in the closed compartment body 47 to reach the standard.
The basic working process of the filter cake dryer is as follows: (1) crushing and slicing a filter cake: the filter cake is conveyed to a filter cake stirring and slitting mechanism through an external feeder, and a large filter cake is stirred and slit into cake strips and then is continuously spread on an upper layer cake conveying mesh belt; (2) drying the cake strips at high temperature: the cake strips circularly conveyed by the upper layer cake conveying net belt in a high-temperature drying area at 50-80 ℃ are dried (high-temperature evaporation of water) and fall into the lower layer cake conveying net belt 49; (3) low-temperature dehumidification and drying: the cake strips circularly transmitted by the lower layer cake conveying mesh belt 49 in a low-temperature dehumidification area at 7-20 ℃ are dehumidified and then dried (low-temperature condensation dehumidification) and discharged into a U-shaped material conveying groove of a dry material spiral output mechanism 48; (4) and (3) dry material output: the dried material spiral output mechanism 48 conveys the dried cake strips (the cake strips with the moisture content reaching the standard) to outward transportation equipment outside the closed chamber of the dryer; (5) clearing accumulated dust: the dust cleaning mechanism 46 periodically and automatically scrapes the accumulated dust in the dust collecting device to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48 so as to convey the accumulated dust to the outside of the closed chamber of the drying machine, so that the cleanness in the closed chamber reaches the standard.
The closed filter cake dryer provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that by additionally arranging the dust collecting and cleaning mechanism 46 in the compartment, the dust in the dust collecting device can be periodically and automatically scraped to the dry material spiral output mechanism 48, so that the cleanliness in the closed compartment body 47 reaches the standard, the automation level of the closed filter cake dryer is improved, the heat exchange effect and the production efficiency of the dryer are improved, the service life of the mechanism in the closed compartment body 47 is prolonged, and the requirement of a dryer user on continuous and efficient production is met; the product is upgraded and updated, and the efficiency can be increased.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the dust collector has a total length corresponding to the length of the enclosed compartment and a total width corresponding to the width of the enclosed compartment; the horizontal dust collecting groove comprises a flat groove frame, an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, a dust collecting groove bottom plate, a chain flat slideway and a flat groove side plate; the double upper connecting plates and the double lower connecting plates are respectively welded at the upper and lower parts of the two ends of the double flat groove frame to form a horizontal dust collecting groove frame; the bottom plate of the dust collecting groove is welded below the horizontal dust collecting groove frame, and the side plates of the double flat grooves are respectively welded in the side frames of the double flat grooves; two chain smooth paths are respectively welded on two sides of the bottom plate of the dust collection tank, and the other two chain smooth paths are respectively welded on two ends of the double upper connecting plates to form a horizontal dust collection tank; the upper warping dust accumulation groove comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, a dust accumulation groove bottom plate, a warping groove frame, a warping groove side plate, a chain warping slideway, an upper chain pressing plate, a lower chain pressing plate and a pressing plate mounting plate, and the upper warping height of the upper warping dust accumulation groove corresponds to the height of the dry material spiral output mechanism; the double upper connecting plates and the double lower connecting plates are respectively welded on the upper and lower parts of two ends of the double-warping groove frame to form a warping dust collection groove frame; the bottom plate of the dust collecting groove is welded below the frame of the upward warping dust collecting groove, and the double warping groove side plates are respectively welded in the double warping groove side frames; two chain warping slideways are respectively welded on two sides of the bottom plate of the dust collection tank, and the other two chain warping slideways are respectively welded on two ends of the double upper connecting plates; the two lower chain pressing plates are respectively arranged at the positions capable of pressing the chains on the two lower-layer chain warping slideways, and the two upper chain pressing plates are respectively arranged at the positions capable of pressing the chains on the two upper-layer chain warping slideways to form an upper warping dust accumulation groove; the dust collecting plate is a rectangular stainless steel thin plate.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the dust scraping drive device is provided with a dust scraping drive motor, which is a speed reducing motor of GSAT87-Y1.1-4P-258.18-M1 type, comprising an electric motor and a speed reducer; scrape dirt driving motor and install on driving motor seat, the bearing box is installed on the bearing box support, and the initiative extension axle is installed in the bearing box and is connected the reduction gear, coupling joint driving shaft and initiative extension axle.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the dual chain drive comprises a drive chain comprising roller chain links, dust scraper chain links, and idler chain links; the chain plates and the chain plates with the idler wheels are connected with one sides of the roller type chain links at intervals according to the quantity of 2:1, and the chain plates and the dust scraping chain plates are connected with the other sides of the roller type chain links at intervals according to the quantity of 2: 1; the double bearing boxes are arranged on the double bearing seat bracket, and the double movable bearing boxes are arranged on the double tight chain device; the double transmission chain wheels are alternately arranged on the driving shaft to form the driving shaft with the chain wheels; the double-transmission chain wheels are alternately arranged on the driven shaft to form a driven shaft with the chain wheels; the driving shaft with the chain wheel is arranged on the double-bearing box, and the driven shaft with the chain wheel is arranged on the double-moving bearing box; the double-chain transmission device is formed by the way that the double-chain transmission chain passes through a chain slideway of the nose type dust collecting groove and is respectively arranged on four transmission chain wheels of a driving shaft with a chain wheel and a driven shaft with the chain wheel.

The dust collecting and cleaning mechanism of claim 1, wherein the chain tensioner is a chain tightening box, which is a chain tightening box installed with the chain tightening device and connected with the horizontal dust collecting groove, and comprises a dust collecting groove bottom plate, a chain tightening box upper frame, a chain tightening box lower frame, a chain tightening box side plate, a chain tightening box sealing plate and a box frame connecting plate; the chain tightening box side plate is provided with a driven shaft moving hole; respectively and vertically welding two ends of an upper frame and a lower frame of the tight chain box by using a tight chain box sealing plate and a double-box-frame connecting plate to form a tight chain box frame; the bottom plate of the dust accumulation groove is welded below the frame of the tight chain case, and the side plates of the double tight chain cases are respectively welded at two sides of the frame of the tight chain case; the chain tightening device is used for adjusting the horizontal positions of the double movable bearing boxes and comprises a chain tightening frame transverse plate, a bearing box slide way, a chain tightening frame vertical plate, a movable bearing box, a chain tightening screw rod, a chain tightening nut and a frame box connecting column; the chain tightening frame transverse plate is an angle steel transverse plate, and the chain tightening frame vertical plate is provided with a chain tightening screw hole; the double-tight chain frame transverse plates are symmetrically and vertically welded at two ends of the tight chain frame vertical plates, the double-bearing box slide ways are symmetrically arranged in the double-tight chain frame transverse plates, the movable bearing boxes are slidably arranged in the double-bearing box slide ways, the tight chain screw penetrates through the tight chain frame vertical plates to be connected with the movable bearing boxes, three tight chain nuts are respectively arranged at two ends and the middle of the tight chain screw, and a plurality of frame box connecting columns are welded on the angle steel vertical surfaces of the tight chain frame transverse plates; the double chain tightening devices are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the chain tightening box and are connected with the chain tightening box by a plurality of frame box connecting columns of the chain tightening devices.

The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the dust scraping plate is provided with a dust scraping main plate, the upper corners of two ends of the dust scraping main plate are provided with double mounting holes, the length of the double mounting holes corresponds to the distance between the double transmission chains, and the width of the double mounting holes is based on the fact that the double mounting holes can contact the bottom of the dust collecting groove after being mounted; and the scraping plate angle steel bar is welded on one surface of the dust scraping main plate to form a dust scraping plate.
7. A closed filter cake dryer, namely a totally closed structure environment-friendly normal pressure high-low temperature continuous convection type filter cake dryer, comprises a closed compartment, a filter cake crushing and slitting mechanism, a double-layer mesh belt material conveying mechanism, a high-low temperature drying system, a dry material spiral output mechanism, a dust screen, a dust cleaning mechanism and a PLC program control system; the dust removing mechanism is the dust collecting and cleaning mechanism in the dryer chamber of any one of claims 1 to 6; the closed filter cake dryer has the functions of performing closed high-temperature evaporation and drying on the materials with the water content of 55-83%, and further performing low-temperature condensation and dehumidification to reduce the water content of the materials by over 80%.
