The logistics objects are sorted according to sorting information, such as determining a destination sorting center of a next station, or determining a branch company or a branch of a destination, or determining dispatch information, and the like. As in the example of fig. 5, the sort segment codes located at the left and lower edges of the flow sheet may be identified to determine sort information.
In another optional embodiment, the determining the sorting information according to the receipt and dispatch information on the logistics list includes: and scanning the sorting section codes of the watermark information of the logistics list to determine corresponding sorting information. If the sorting section codes are used as receiving and sending information and are printed on the logistics surface list based on the watermarking technology, the sorting section codes of the watermarking information of the logistics surface list are scanned, and the sorting information can be obtained. The sorting information includes at least one of: destination center information, destination branch information, dispatch information. The logistics objects are sorted according to sorting information, such as determining a destination sorting center of a next station, or determining a branch company or a branch of a destination, or determining dispatch information, and the like. As in the example of fig. 6, the sorting segment code on the watermark of the location where the item list is undamaged may be identified to determine sorting information.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides a logistics data processing method, which can quickly determine the required recipient information based on the receiving and sending information on the logistics list under the condition that the logistics information area of the logistics list fails to identify the recipient information in the dispatching process, so that the logistics efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, a flow chart illustrating steps of a dispatch process in yet another embodiment of the logistics data processing method of the present application is shown.
Step 802, in the dispatching process, if the recipient information is failed to be acquired from the logistics information area of the logistics menu, determining the recipient information according to the receiving and sending information on the logistics menu, wherein the receiving and sending information is laid out according to the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics menu.
And step 804, dispatching the logistics object according to the recipient information.
In the sending process, the address, the contact way and the like of the receiver can be determined through the receiver information, so that the logistics object can be sent to the address of the receiver, and the receiver can be contacted and informed. The recipient information is simultaneously identified and acquired in the logistics information area of the logistics list, but when the logistics list cannot identify the recipient information from the logistics information area due to various reasons, the recipient information can be determined based on the receipt information laid out on the logistics list, the receipt information can be identified, and the recipient information can be acquired if the receipt information can comprise a logistics object identifier, recipient information and the like.
The receiving and sending information comprises a receiver; in an optional embodiment, the determining the recipient information according to the receipt information on the logistics list includes at least one of the following: scanning the receiving and sending information arranged on the edge of the logistics menu and determining corresponding addressee information; and scanning the receiving and sending information printed by the watermark on the logistics list to determine the corresponding addressee information. As in the example of fig. 5, address information for recipients located at the left or lower edge of the flow sheet may be identified for dispatch to the address; but also by identification. And the logistics object identifier positioned at the left edge or the lower edge of the logistics surface list determines the contact way of the receiver, and the contact receiver informs the delivery result.
According to the mode of distributing the receiving and sending information at the edge, the receiving and sending information distributed at the edge of the logistics menu can be scanned, and the information of the addressees on the receiving and sending information can be identified, so that the logistics object can be dispatched to the address of the addressees, and the addressees can be contacted and informed to take the delivery. For the receiving and sending information distributed in the watermark mode, the receiving and sending information printed by the watermark on the logistics menu can be scanned, and the corresponding recipient information is identified, so that the logistics object can be sent to the recipient address, and the recipient can be contacted and informed to take the mail. As in the example of fig. 6, a logistics object identifier on the watermark of the undamaged position of the logistics list may be identified, and recipient information such as a recipient address and a contact address may be obtained based on the logistics object identifier, so as to dispatch the logistics object.
The embodiment of the application can receive and send information by printing a circle around the logistics list or simply adding the receiving and sending information as a watermark on the logistics under the premise of not changing the size, the thickness and the like of the logistics list, so that the required information can be found as long as the whole list is not damaged or lost, and the processes of scanning, sorting, sending and the like are normally executed.
Therefore, the problem that the bill number and the addressee cannot be found due to the fact that the bill is damaged can be solved, the efficiency of handling the damaged problem of the bill is greatly improved, the user experience is improved, and the problems that the customer complaints caused by package loss are reduced and the like are solved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the embodiments of the application.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further provides a logistics data processing apparatus, which can be applied to electronic devices such as servers and terminal devices.
Referring to fig. 9, a block diagram of a logistics data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and specifically, the logistics data processing apparatus may include the following modules:
and an area determining module 902, configured to determine a logistics information area and a blank area of the logistics list.
The information determining module 904 is configured to determine receiving and sending information of the logistics object, where the receiving and sending information is used to determine logistics information of the logistics object in a logistics process.
A layout module 906, configured to layout the receiving and sending information according to the logistics information area and the blank area, so as to determine logistics information of the logistics object according to the receiving and sending information when the logistics information identification of the logistics information area fails.
Wherein the receiving and sending information comprises at least one of the following: identification code, logistics object identification, sorting section code, contact information, address information and other information.
In an optional embodiment, the layout module 906 is configured to add the forwarding information to the blank area.
The layout module 906 is configured to add the forwarding information around the edge of the blank area.
In another optional embodiment, the layout module 906 is configured to add the receipt information as watermark information to the logistics list of the logistics object.
The layout module 906 is configured to dynamically adjust the size of the identification code according to the print size of the blank area in the single logistics surface.
The layout module 906 is configured to select a target location meeting a preset condition on the logistics list, and add the forwarding information to the target location.
In summary, the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics menu can be determined, and the receipt and dispatch information of the logistics object can be determined, wherein the receipt and dispatch information is used for determining the logistics information of the logistics object in the logistics process, then the space of the logistics menu is fully utilized, and the receipt and dispatch information is laid according to the logistics information area and the blank area, so that the logistics information of the logistics object is determined according to the receipt and dispatch information under the condition that the logistics information identification of the logistics information area fails, and the influence on the logistics efficiency is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further provides a logistics data processing apparatus, which can be applied to scanning devices such as servers, terminal devices, scanning guns, and electronic devices such as sorting devices.
Referring to fig. 10, a block diagram of another embodiment of the logistics data processing apparatus of the present application is shown, and specifically, the structure may include the following modules:
the identifying module 1002 is configured to identify the receipt information on the logistics list when identifying the logistics information from the logistics information area of the logistics list fails.
The processing module 1004 is configured to determine logistics information according to the receiving and sending information, and execute corresponding logistics processing.
Wherein the processing module 1004 is further configured to determine a damaged area of the scanned logistics list; and recovering the damaged area, and displaying the recovered logistics list.
Wherein, for the sorting process:
the identifying module 1002 is configured to, in the sorting process, determine sorting information according to receiving and sending information on the logistics list if the sorting information is failed to be identified from the logistics information area of the logistics list, where the receiving and sending information is laid out according to the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics list.
The processing module 1004 is configured to sort the logistics objects according to the sorting information.
The receiving and sending information comprises sorting section codes;
in an optional embodiment, the identifying module 1002 is configured to scan the sorting segment codes arranged at the edge of the logistics list, and determine corresponding sorting information, where the sorting information includes at least one of: destination center information, destination branch information, dispatch information.
In another optional embodiment, the identifying module 1002 is configured to scan a sorting segment code of the watermark information of the logistics list, and determine corresponding sorting information, where the sorting information includes at least one of: destination center information, destination branch information, dispatch information.
For the dispatch process:
the identification module 1002 is configured to, in the dispatch process, determine, according to the forwarding information on the logistics list, recipient information if obtaining of the recipient information from the logistics information area of the logistics list fails, where the forwarding information is laid out according to the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics list.
The processing module 1004 is configured to dispatch the logistics object according to the recipient information.
In an optional embodiment, the identifying module 1002 is configured to scan the receipt information laid out at the edge of the logistics list, and determine corresponding recipient information; and/or scanning the receiving and sending information printed by the watermark on the logistics list to determine the corresponding information of the addressee.

Embodiments of the present application provide one or more machine-readable media having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause an electronic device to perform the methods as described in one or more of the above embodiments. In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device includes a server, a terminal device and other devices.
Embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as an apparatus, which may include electronic devices such as servers (clusters), terminals, scanning devices, sorting devices, etc., in any suitable hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof, for a desired configuration. Fig. 11 schematically illustrates an example apparatus 1100 that may be used to implement various embodiments described herein.
For one embodiment, fig. 11 illustrates an example apparatus 1100 having one or more processors 1102, a control module (chipset) 1104 coupled to at least one of the processor(s) 1102, a memory 1106 coupled to the control module 1104, a non-volatile memory (NVM)/storage 1108 coupled to the control module 1104, one or more input/output devices 1110 coupled to the control module 1104, and a network interface 1112 coupled to the control module 1104.
The processor 1102 may include one or more single-core or multi-core processors, and the processor 1102 may include any combination of general-purpose or special-purpose processors (e.g., graphics processors, application processors, baseband processors, etc.). In some embodiments, the apparatus 1100 can be a server, a terminal, a scanning device, a sorting device, and the like, as described in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., the memory 1106 or the NVM/storage 1108) having instructions 1114 and one or more processors 1102 in combination with the one or more computer-readable media configured to execute the instructions 1114 to implement modules to perform the actions described in this disclosure.
For one embodiment, control module 1104 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of the processor(s) 1102 and/or to any suitable device or component in communication with control module 1104.
The control module 1104 may include a memory controller module to provide an interface to the memory 1106. The memory controller module may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
The memory 1106 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions 1114 for the device 1100. For one embodiment, memory 1106 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the memory 1106 may comprise a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, control module 1104 may include one or more input/output controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 1108 and input/output device(s) 1110.
For example, NVM/storage 1108 may be used to store data and/or instructions 1114. NVM/storage 1108 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 1108 may include storage resources that are part of the device on which apparatus 1100 is installed, or it may be accessible by the device and need not be part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 1108 may be accessed over a network via input/output device(s) 1110.
Input/output device(s) 1110 may provide an interface for apparatus 1100 to communicate with any other suitable device, input/output devices 1110 may include communication components, audio components, sensor components, and so forth. Network interface 1112 may provide an interface for device 1100 to communicate over one or more networks, and device 1100 may communicate wirelessly with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols, such as access to a communication standard-based wireless network, e.g., WiFi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, etc., or a combination thereof.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module) of the control module 1104. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1104 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the control module 1104. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 1102 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of control module 1104 to form a system on chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may be, but is not limited to: a server, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a handheld computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.), among other terminal devices. In various embodiments, the apparatus 1100 may have more or fewer components and/or different architectures. For example, in some embodiments, device 1100 includes one or more cameras, keyboards, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screens (including touch screen displays), non-volatile memory ports, multiple antennas, graphics chips, Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), and speakers.
The detection device can adopt a main control chip as a processor or a control module, sensor data, position information and the like are stored in a memory or an NVM/storage device, a sensor group can be used as an input/output device, and a communication interface can comprise a network interface.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, including: a processor; and a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform a method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the application.
Embodiments of the present application also provide one or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, cause a processor to perform a method as described in one or more of the embodiments of the present application.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (20)

1. A logistics data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a logistics information area and a blank area of the logistics list;
determining receiving and sending information of the logistics object, wherein the receiving and sending information is used for determining the logistics information of the logistics object in the logistics process;
and laying the receiving and sending information according to the logistics information area and the blank area so as to determine the logistics information of the logistics object according to the receiving and sending information under the condition that the logistics information identification of the logistics information area fails.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the incoming message comprises at least one of: identification code, logistics object identification, sorting section code, contact information, address information and other information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein said laying out said receipt information according to said logistics information area and blank area comprises:
and adding the receiving information into the blank area.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the adding the forwarding information to the white space area comprises:
and adding the forwarding information around the edge of the blank area.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein said laying out said receipt information according to said logistics information area and blank area comprises:
and adding the receiving and sending information as watermark information to the logistics list of the logistics object.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein said laying out said receipt information according to said logistics information area and blank area comprises:
and dynamically adjusting the size of the identification code according to the printing size of the single hollow white area of the logistics surface.
7. The method according to claim 2, wherein said laying out said receipt information according to said logistics information area and blank area comprises:
and selecting a target position meeting preset conditions on the logistics menu, and adding the receiving and sending information to the target position.
8. A logistics data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
and under the condition that the logistics information is failed to be identified from the logistics information area of the logistics menu, identifying the receipt information on the logistics menu.
And determining logistics information according to the receiving and sending information, and executing corresponding logistics processing.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
determining a damaged area of the scanned logistics surface sheet;
and recovering the damaged area, and displaying the recovered logistics list.
10. A logistics data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the sorting process, if the sorting information is failed to be identified from the logistics information area of the logistics menu, the sorting information is determined according to the receiving and sending information on the logistics menu, and the receiving and sending information is distributed according to the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics menu;
and sorting the logistics objects according to the sorting information.
11. The method of claim 10 wherein said receipt information includes a sorting block code; the determining of the sorting information according to the receiving and sending information on the logistics bill comprises the following steps:
scanning sorting segment codes distributed at the edge of the logistics surface list to determine corresponding sorting information, wherein the sorting information comprises at least one of the following items: destination center information, destination branch information, dispatch information.
12. The method of claim 10 wherein said receipt information includes a sorting block code; the determining of the sorting information according to the receiving and sending information on the logistics bill comprises the following steps:
scanning sorting section codes of the watermark information of the logistics list, and determining corresponding sorting information, wherein the sorting information comprises at least one of the following: destination center information, destination branch information, dispatch information.
13. A logistics data processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the dispatching process, if the recipient information is failed to be acquired from the logistics information area of the logistics menu, determining the recipient information according to the receiving and sending information on the logistics menu, wherein the receiving and sending information is distributed according to the logistics information area and the blank area of the logistics menu;
and dispatching the logistics objects according to the recipient information.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein determining the addressee information from the addressee information on the logistics list comprises at least one of:
scanning the receiving and sending information arranged on the edge of the logistics menu and determining corresponding addressee information;
and scanning the receiving and sending information printed by the watermark on the logistics list to determine the corresponding addressee information.
15. A physical distribution data processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the area determining module is used for determining a logistics information area and a blank area of the logistics list;
the information determining module is used for determining receiving and sending information of the logistics object, and the receiving and sending information is used for determining the logistics information of the logistics object in the logistics process;
and the layout module is used for laying the receiving and sending information according to the logistics information area and the blank area so as to determine the logistics information of the logistics object according to the receiving and sending information under the condition that the logistics information identification of the logistics information area fails.
16. A physical distribution data processing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the identification module is used for identifying the receiving and sending information on the logistics menu under the condition that the logistics information is failed to be identified from the logistics information area of the logistics menu;
and the processing module is used for determining the logistics information according to the receiving and sending information and executing corresponding logistics processing.
17. An electronic device, comprising: a processor; and
memory having stored thereon executable code which, when executed, causes the processor to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-7.
18. One or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes a processor to perform the method of one or more of claims 1-7.
19. An electronic device, comprising: a processor; and
a memory having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes the processor to perform the method of claims 8-14.
20. One or more machine-readable media having executable code stored thereon that, when executed, causes a processor to perform the method of claims 8-14.
