The invention discloses a goods sorting method, a device and a portable terminal based on information association, which can display sufficient information related to goods sorting operation for a goods sorting user according to the operation of the goods sorting user so as to facilitate the checking of the goods sorting user, and meanwhile, goods are sorted by using a goods graphic code obtained through scanning, so that on one hand, the goods sorting efficiency and the intelligent degree can be effectively improved, on the other hand, the goods sorting error can be reduced, and the goods sorting accuracy is ensured. The following will describe in detail.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for distributing goods based on information association according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information association-based distribution method described in fig. 1 is applied to a data processing chip, a processing terminal or a processing server (wherein the processing server may be a local server or a cloud server). As shown in fig. 1, the information association-based distribution method may include the following operations:
101. in response to a restocking request from a restocking user for a target order, a customer list is displayed.
Optionally, the customer list may include customer information of a plurality of to-be-sorted goods corresponding to the target order. Optionally, the customer information may include at least one of an order number, an invoice number, a customer name, a number of goods corresponding to the customer, and a ratio of the number of goods corresponding to the customer.
Alternatively, the sorting user may be a warehouse picker, or other person performing a sorting task, and the invention is not limited thereto. Alternatively, the client list may be directly displayed on a display terminal corresponding to the distribution user, where the display terminal may be a display screen of the above-mentioned portable terminal, or may be a display device separate from the portable terminal, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

Therefore, through the optional implementation mode, the product of the acquired times and the current goods multiple can be calculated to obtain the quantity of the distributed goods, so that a user of distributing the goods does not need to scan the goods graphic code for multiple times during the distribution, the quantity of the distributed goods can be accurately obtained only by scanning once, and the efficiency and the intelligent degree of the distribution can be effectively improved.
As an optional implementation manner, before associating the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain the cargo distribution correspondence, in the step above, the method further includes:
receiving container part code information input by a goods sorting user;
determining a plurality of possible container coding information corresponding to the container part coding information based on a fuzzy query algorithm;
and determining that the possible container coding information is the target container information corresponding to the container image information in response to the selection operation of the goods sorting user on any possible container coding information.
Optionally, based on the fuzzy query algorithm, determining a specific manner of the plurality of possible cargo coding information corresponding to the cargo part coding information may include:

As an optional implementation manner, in the step, the method further includes, after associating the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain the cargo distribution correspondence, the method further includes:
judging whether the scanned goods are more or less than the maximum goods quantity according to the goods distribution corresponding relation corresponding to all the goods information corresponding to the target goods distribution client information;

As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a container numbering processing module, configured to perform the following steps after the first receiving module 203 receives the container image information acquired by the dispensing user through the graphic code scanning apparatus:
judging whether the container number information corresponding to the container image information corresponds to at least one associated container number information or not;
if the judgment result is negative, displaying the scanning error information of the container;
if the judgment result is yes, determining the container number information corresponding to the container image information as target container information.
As an alternative embodiment, the container number processing module is further configured to, after the first receiving module 203 receives the container image information acquired by the dispensing user through the graphic code scanning device, perform the following steps:
determining container specific information corresponding to target container information corresponding to container image information;
displaying specific information of the container; the container specific information includes at least one of a container number, entered container cargo number information, entered container cargo name information, and entered container cargo quantity information.
As an alternative embodiment, the container number processing module is further configured to, after the first receiving module 203 receives the container image information acquired by the dispensing user through the graphic code scanning device, perform the following steps:
Receiving new container number information input by a goods sorting user or acquired by a graphic code scanning device in response to the container switching operation of the goods sorting user;
the new container number information is determined as target container information.
As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a switching client module, configured to perform the following steps before the first receiving module 203 receives the container image information acquired by the dispensing user through the graphic code scanning apparatus:
responding to the switching client operation of the goods sorting user, and receiving other client information input by the goods sorting user;
and determining other client information as new target distribution client information.
As an optional embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a container number printing module, configured to, after the container number creating module determines at least one associated container number information corresponding to the client information, perform the following steps:
responding to the printing operation of the goods sorting user aiming at any associated container number information, and sending a printing request corresponding to the associated container number information to printing equipment; the printing request is used for triggering the printing equipment to print out a container number label comprising the associated container number information; the container number label also comprises at least one of contract number, printing request address, customer information, logistics information, bar code information corresponding to the associated container number information and printing time information.
As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a quantity calculating module, configured to perform the following steps after the second receiving module 204 receives the cargo graphic code information obtained by the cargo user through the graphic code scanning device:
determining the current goods multiple;
determining the acquisition times of the cargo graphic code information acquired by the cargo distribution user through the graphic code scanning device;
and calculating the product of the acquired times and the current goods multiple to obtain the quantity of the distributed goods.
As an optional implementation manner, the apparatus further includes a container query module, configured to, before the associating and sorting module 205 associates the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain the cargo sorting corresponding relationship, perform the following steps:
receiving container part code information input by a goods sorting user;
determining a plurality of possible container coding information corresponding to the container part coding information based on a fuzzy query algorithm;
and determining that the possible container coding information is the target container information corresponding to the container image information in response to the selection operation of the goods sorting user on any possible container coding information.
As an optional implementation manner, the apparatus further includes a cargo distribution error correction module, configured to, after the association cargo distribution module 205 associates cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with target container information corresponding to the container image information, perform the following steps:
Responding to clicking operation of the goods sorting user on the plus sign button, and displaying the plus sign button as a minus sign button;
acquiring new cargo graphic code information newly acquired by a receiving and distributing user through a graphic code scanning device;
and disassociating the cargo information corresponding to the new cargo graphic code information from the target container information.
As an optional implementation manner, the cargo distribution error correction module is further configured to, after the associating cargo distribution module 205 associates cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain a cargo distribution corresponding relationship, perform the following steps:
judging whether the scanned goods are more or less than the maximum goods quantity according to the goods distribution corresponding relation corresponding to all the goods information corresponding to the target goods distribution client information;
if yes, prompting the goods sorting user or automatically submitting the multi-goods information or the less-goods information corresponding to the target goods sorting client information to the target server.
As an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises a pre-processing module for performing the following steps before the client display module 201 displays the client list in response to a shipment request for a target order by a shipment user:
Receiving relationship data including correspondence between a plurality of orders, a plurality of customer information, and a plurality of cargo information;
and determining client information and cargo information corresponding to any order according to the relation data.
As an alternative embodiment, the pre-processing module is further configured to, before the client display module 201 displays the client list in response to the order splitting request of the order splitting user for the target order, perform the following steps:
receiving cargo container image information acquired by a cargo distribution user through a graphic code scanning device;
determining incoming customer information corresponding to the cargo container image information;
judging whether the information of the incoming customers needs to be subjected to goods sorting according to the preset corresponding relation of the goods sorting customers;
if the judgment result is yes, printing the goods sorting information corresponding to the goods incoming client information to obtain a goods sorting label; the goods sorting information is used for indicating goods sorting parameters corresponding to the goods incoming client information;
if the judgment result is negative, printing the goods information corresponding to the incoming customer information to obtain the receiving information.
Specifically, the receiving information includes receiving address and/or receiving user information and goods information, wherein the goods information includes a container identifier, a goods identifier and/or a goods category of the goods.
As an optional implementation manner, the apparatus further includes a judgment submitting module, configured to, after the goods-sorting display module 206 determines the goods-sorting result corresponding to the target goods-sorting client information according to the goods-sorting corresponding relation corresponding to the at least one piece of goods information corresponding to the target goods-sorting client information, and displays the goods-sorting result, execute the following steps:
judging whether the goods sorting result meets the correct sorting completion condition;
if yes, automatically submitting a goods distribution result to a target server;
if not, marking the goods sorting result as an error sorting result when the operation of submitting the sorting result by the sorting user is detected, and submitting the goods sorting result to the target server.

As shown in fig. 4, the portable terminal may include a graphic code scanning device 401 and a data processing device 402, wherein the data processing device 402 is configured to perform the steps of the information association-based distribution method described in the first embodiment.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., a field programmable gate array (Field Programmable gate array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the user programming the device. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming language, which is called hardware description language (Hardware Description Language, HDL), but not just one of the hdds, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware DescriptionLanguage), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (RubyHardware Description Language), etc., VHDL (Very-High-SpeedIntegrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog are currently most commonly used. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Claims (10)

1. A method of distributing goods based on information association, the method comprising:
Responding to a goods sorting request of a goods sorting user aiming at a target order, and displaying a client list; the client list comprises a plurality of pieces of client information of to-be-sorted goods corresponding to the target order;
responding to the goods sorting operation of the goods sorting user aiming at any piece of customer information, and determining the customer information as target goods sorting customer information;
receiving container image information acquired by the goods sorting user through a graphic code scanning device;
receiving cargo graphic code information acquired by the cargo distribution user through a graphic code scanning device;
correlating the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain a cargo distribution corresponding relation;
determining a goods sorting result corresponding to the target goods sorting client information according to the goods sorting corresponding relation corresponding to at least one piece of goods information corresponding to the target goods sorting client information, and displaying the goods sorting result;
the method further comprises the steps of before associating the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain the cargo distribution corresponding relation:
receiving container part coding information input by the goods sorting user;
Determining a plurality of possible container coding information corresponding to the container part coding information based on a fuzzy query algorithm;
responding to the selection operation of the goods sorting user for any possible container coding information, and determining the possible container coding information as target container information corresponding to the container image information;
the specific ways of determining the plurality of possible container coding information corresponding to the container part coding information based on the fuzzy query algorithm comprise:
determining all target container coding information corresponding to the target shipment customer information;
for any one target container coding information, calculating the similarity between the target container coding information and the container part coding information according to the similarity;
sequencing all the target container coding information according to the similarity from high to low to obtain a coding sequence;
determining a first second number of the target container coding information in the coding sequence as a plurality of possible container coding information corresponding to the container part coding information, and displaying the plurality of possible container coding information to a distribution user according to the arrangement sequence in the coding sequence;
the method further comprises the steps of:
the goods information corresponding to the goods graphic code information is associated with the target container information corresponding to the container image information, after the goods distribution corresponding relation is obtained, the plus sign button is displayed as a minus sign button in response to the clicking operation of the goods distribution user on the plus sign button;
Acquiring the received new goods graphic code information newly acquired by the goods sorting user through the graphic code scanning device;
disassociating cargo information corresponding to the new cargo graphic code information from the target container information;
the method further comprises the steps of:
after receiving the goods graphic code information acquired by the goods sorting user through the graphic code scanning device, determining the current set goods multiple;
determining the acquisition times of the goods graphic code information acquired by the goods sorting user through the graphic code scanning device;
calculating the product of the acquired times and the current goods multiple to obtain the quantity of the distributed goods;
wherein, confirm the present goods multiple of setting up, include:
determining according to the goods information corresponding to the goods graphic code information or according to the received goods multiple information input by the goods sorting user;
the method further comprises the steps of:
after the product of the acquired times and the current set cargo multiple is calculated to obtain the quantity of the distributed cargoes, judging whether the difference between the quantity of the distributed cargoes and the total quantity of the target cargoes corresponding to the cargo graphic code information is smaller than the current set cargo multiple;
And if the judgment result is yes, setting the current goods multiple to be 1.
2. The information association-based goods distribution method according to claim 1, wherein the customer information includes at least one of an order number, an invoice number, a customer name, a number of goods corresponding to a customer, and a ratio of the number of goods corresponding to the customer; and/or the goods sorting result comprises at least one of a customer name, an invoice number, a total goods number, a sorted goods number, a remaining goods number, associated box number information, a current scanning container, a current scanning goods number, a current scanning goods name, a current scanning goods total number, a current scanning number of goods and a current setting goods multiple of the target goods sorting customer information;
and/or, the displaying the client list includes:
the customer information of the plurality of goods to be distributed corresponding to the target order is arranged from large to small according to the corresponding quantity of the goods to be distributed/the proportion of the quantity of the goods to be distributed to the quantity of all the goods, so that a customer list is obtained;
displaying the client list.
3. The information-association-based shipping method of claim 1, wherein after said receiving the shipping graphic code information acquired by the shipping user via the graphic code scanning device, the method further comprises:
Determining cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information;
displaying the goods information; the goods information comprises at least one of an associated container number, a goods name, a total number of goods and a scanned number of goods;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
determining a plurality of associated goods information corresponding to the customer information;
comparing the goods information corresponding to the goods graphic code information with the plurality of related goods information, and judging whether the goods information is in the plurality of related goods information or not;
if the judgment result is negative, displaying cargo scanning error information; the cargo scanning error information is used for indicating that the currently scanned cargo does not belong to the customer information and/or correct cargo information of the currently scanned cargo.
4. The information-association-based shipping method of claim 1, wherein prior to said receiving container image information acquired by the shipping user via a graphical code scanner, the method further comprises:
responding to the virtual container creating operation of the goods sorting user, and determining at least one associated container number information corresponding to the client information;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
responding to the switching client operation of the goods sorting user, and receiving other client information input by the goods sorting user;
Determining the other customer information as new target distribution customer information;
and after said receiving the container image information acquired by the dispensing user via the graphic code scanning device, the method further comprises:
judging whether the container number information corresponding to the container image information corresponds to the at least one associated container number information or not;
if the judgment result is negative, displaying the scanning error information of the container;
if the judgment result is yes, determining the container number information corresponding to the container image information as target container information;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
determining container specific information corresponding to target container information corresponding to the container image information;
displaying the specific information of the container; the container specific information comprises at least one of container number, entered container cargo number information, entered container cargo name information and entered container cargo quantity information;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
receiving new container number information input by the goods sorting user or acquired by a graphic code scanning device in response to the container switching operation of the goods sorting user;
and determining the new container number information as target container information.
5. The information association-based shipping method of claim 4, wherein after said determining at least one associated container number information corresponding to said customer information, said method further comprises:
Responding to the printing operation of the goods sorting user aiming at any one of the associated container number information, and sending a printing request corresponding to the associated container number information to printing equipment; the printing request is used for triggering the printing equipment to print out a container number label comprising the associated container number information; the container number label also comprises at least one of contract number, printing request address, customer information, logistics information, bar code information corresponding to the associated container number information and printing time information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein after associating the cargo information corresponding to the cargo graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain the cargo distribution correspondence, the method further comprises:
judging whether the target goods-sorting client information has the condition that the scanned goods are more or less than the maximum goods quantity according to the goods-sorting corresponding relation corresponding to all the goods information corresponding to the target goods-sorting client information;
if yes, prompting the goods sorting user or automatically submitting the multi-goods information or the less-goods information corresponding to the target goods sorting client information to a target server.
7. The information-association-based shipping method of claim 1, wherein prior to said displaying a customer list in response to a shipping request for a target order by a shipping user, the method further comprises:
receiving relationship data including correspondence between a plurality of orders, a plurality of customer information, and a plurality of cargo information;
determining client information and goods information corresponding to any order according to the relation data;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
receiving cargo container image information acquired by the cargo distribution user through a graphic code scanning device;
determining incoming customer information corresponding to the cargo container image information;
judging whether the information of the incoming customers needs to be subjected to goods sorting according to a preset corresponding relation of the goods sorting customers;
if the judgment result is yes, printing the goods distribution information corresponding to the goods incoming client information to obtain a goods distribution label; the goods distribution information is used for indicating goods distribution parameters corresponding to the goods incoming client information;
if the judgment result is negative, printing the goods information corresponding to the goods incoming client information to obtain the goods receiving information, wherein the goods receiving information comprises a goods receiving address and/or goods receiving user information and the goods information, and the goods information comprises a container identifier, a goods identifier and/or a goods category of the goods;
And after determining the goods distribution result corresponding to the target goods distribution client information according to the goods distribution corresponding relation corresponding to at least one piece of goods information corresponding to the target goods distribution client information and displaying the goods distribution result, the method further comprises:
judging whether the goods sorting result meets the correct sorting completion condition or not;
if yes, automatically submitting the goods sorting result to a target server;
if not, marking the goods sorting result as an error sorting result when the operation of submitting the sorting result by the sorting user is detected, and submitting the goods sorting result to a target server.
8. A distribution device based on information association, the device comprising:
the client display module is used for responding to the goods sorting request of the goods sorting user for the target order and displaying a client list; the client list comprises a plurality of pieces of client information of to-be-sorted goods corresponding to the target order;
the customer determining module is used for responding to the goods sorting operation of the goods sorting user aiming at any piece of customer information and determining the customer information as target goods sorting customer information;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the container image information acquired by the goods sorting user through the graphic code scanning device;
The second receiving module is used for receiving the goods graphic code information acquired by the goods sorting user through the graphic code scanning device;
the associated goods distribution module is used for associating the goods information corresponding to the goods graphic code information with the target container information corresponding to the container image information to obtain a goods distribution corresponding relation;
the goods distribution display module is used for determining goods distribution results corresponding to the target goods distribution client information according to the goods distribution corresponding relation corresponding to at least one piece of goods information corresponding to the target goods distribution client information and displaying the goods distribution results;
