Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application is provided by way of specific examples, and other advantages and effects of the present application will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure herein. The present application is capable of other and different embodiments and its several details are capable of modifications and/or changes in various respects, all without departing from the spirit of the present application. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present application, and the drawings only show the components related to the present application and are not drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, number and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a pallet object packaging and pickup method according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, acquiring an image of a target to be recognized on a pallet, wherein the image comprises identification information corresponding to each target to be recognized;
wherein, neatly regular piles up a plurality of targets of treating discernment (promptly, pallet article) that hold on the pallet, this article can be computer, panel computer, smart mobile phone or other intelligent terminal etc. also can be semi-manufactured goods's electron device etc.. The identification information can be a product code, an SN bar code, a two-dimensional code and the like corresponding to the target to be recognized, each target to be recognized corresponds to unique identification information, the identification information can be one or more, and the identification information can accurately reflect the product type of the target.
The method includes the steps that a pallet is placed on a rotatable turntable, the pallet is stacked with a plurality of targets to be identified, and identification information is attached to the outer surface of one side of each target to be identified (namely, the outer surface of one side is the opposite surface corresponding to the direction of a camera);
and adjusting the rotation angle of the rotary table until the camera is used for collecting the images corresponding to the pallet on different planes.
Specifically, a high-definition camera may be used to collect an image, and when the image is collected, the rotation angle of the turntable needs to be adjusted, for example, when the turntable initially rotates, the target to be identified placed on the pallet on the turntable is made to be opposite to the corresponding camera, so as to ensure that the camera shoots images of a plurality of targets to be identified corresponding to one whole location plane (a plane) from a top view angle or a horizontal angle, and the camera shoots an image of a B plane by rotating the turntable 90 degrees, so that the camera shoots the image of the B plane by rotating the turntable 90 degrees for a plurality of times, and starts to shoot the image (at least one image, or a plurality of images, with the most preferable quality) once every time until all location planes of the pallet shoot clear and complete images, and if the pallet has four location planes, the images of the a plane, the B plane, the C plane and the D plane need to be shot.
For example, on the premise that the arrangement cost is not considered and only the image acquisition efficiency is considered, two cameras can be adopted to shorten the rotation times, or a plurality of cameras are used for aligning a plurality of position surfaces on the pallet one by one, so that the pallet image can be acquired quickly and accurately.
Step S102, extracting the interested areas of the targets to be identified in the image, and identifying the identification information of the targets to be identified in the interested areas;
the method comprises the steps that identification information corresponding to each target to be identified in an image is obtained through an intelligent identification technology, so that related information (product types, identifications and the like) of the target to be identified can be quickly and accurately obtained, and a product record list is formed; compared with a manual mode, the scanning is carried out from top to bottom and from left to right, because each target to be identified has a plurality of bar code information, the bar code information needs to be eliminated through manual confirmation, the reaction capability and the memory capability of workers need to be considered, the efficiency is not high, and the detection efficiency and the accuracy are greatly improved.
Step S103, detecting whether each target to be identified in the image belongs to the storage standard of the pallet or not and whether the quantity of each target to be identified on the pallet is correct or not according to the identification information;
the intelligent judgment is carried out by utilizing the identification information, whether AB goods exist on the pallet or not is determined, when the fact that the objects to be identified corresponding to the multiple position surfaces of the pallet belong to the storage standard of the pallet is detected, the AB goods do not exist on the pallet, and the phenomenon that the target products stacked on the pallet are not products with the same specification and model is prevented, so that the phenomenon of packaging errors is caused; simultaneously, when the target of treating discernment of depositing on the pallet satisfied the default quantity, for example, according to pallet self model and there is product kind specification, nimble the default quantity of depositing product on corresponding pallet, no longer give unnecessary details here.
For example, the storage criteria include whether each object to be identified belongs to the same type of object and whether each object to be identified belongs to the pallet.
In this embodiment, whether each object to be identified in the image belongs to the storage standard of the pallet is detected, for example, the storage standard of one pallet may be only capable of storing products of the same type, or the storage standard may also be adjusted to store some types of products according to human needs, and the product model of the object is determined by detecting the identification code of the object to be identified, so as to exclude products which do not belong to the requirements corresponding to the storage standard of the pallet, and meanwhile, each object to be identified is counted according to the product specification and model to determine the number of the objects stored on the pallet, that is, when the product model of the object to be identified stored on the pallet belongs to the product model specified by the storage standard, the object to be identified belongs to the storage standard of the pallet, otherwise, the object to be identified does not belong to the storage standard of the pallet; and when the quantity of the targets to be identified stored on the pallet meets the preset quantity, the quantity is correct, otherwise, the quantity is incorrect.
Step S104, when the objects to be identified corresponding to a plurality of positions of the pallet are detected to belong to the storage standard of the pallet and the number of the objects to be identified on the pallet is correct, packaging and packaging the objects (the objects to be identified) on the pallet by using a packaging machine to form a delivery pallet;
wherein, only when the target of treating discernment that a plurality of positions of pallet correspond belongs to the standard of depositing of this pallet, just each is treated when the quantity of discernment target is correct on the pallet, just allows to use intelligent film wrapping machine to pack (artificial packing, the automatic packing of production line) and encapsulates, if the target of treating discernment that a plurality of positions of pallet correspond exists the standard of depositing that does not belong to this pallet, just each is treated the quantity of discernment target on the pallet when correct or incorrect, for example, when taking place above-mentioned condition, shows AB goods and confuses and the warning information that quantity is not right to sound or scintillation light is reported to the police and is reminded, in time informs the staff and handles, in order to prevent influencing follow-up packing efficiency.
See fig. 8 for a detailed diagram of a target on a pallet packaged by an intelligent film wrapping machine, which is not described herein.
Step S105, binding the shelf number of the shipment pallet with the target information and warehouse position information of the shipment pallet, and storing the bound shelf number, the target information and the warehouse position information in a background server in a correlated manner;
the pallet number corresponding to each pallet is unique and not repeated, for example, a position module (a GPS module or a Beidou satellite module) and a wireless communication module can be integrated under the pallet, warehouse position information of the discharged pallet and target information of intelligent identification are bound by the wireless communication module, and a mapping relation is formed and stored in a background server in an associated mode.
And S106, acquiring a delivery bill corresponding to the vehicle, matching the delivery bill in a background server according to the delivery requirement of the delivery bill, and displaying the cargo information meeting the delivery requirement at a corresponding cargo outlet for vehicle delivery.
Before the goods are picked up, the license plate number of the vehicle is bound with the goods picking-up bill and is generated in the goods picking-up bill; because the bill of lading includes the demand of lading of required multiple product, when obtaining the demand of lading of bill of lading, match at the background server according to the demand of lading, generate the goods information that satisfies the demand of lading to show that idle shipment mouth supplies the vehicle to carry the goods fast.
Preferably, when the matching is performed by the background server, intelligent recommendation can be performed according to the position of the current vehicle and the position information of the shipment information of which the warehouse meets the conditions, for example, when the vehicle is close to the No. 1 shipment port, corresponding cargos are placed in a plurality of warehouses for meeting the shipment requirements, and at the moment, the nearest cargos are selected to be recommended through the shipment port; or when the vehicle arrives at a position place with a plurality of goods outlets, the number of intelligent dragging and carrying trolleys configured at the current goods outlets is specified, the dragging and carrying efficiency is considered, the goods outlet with the highest dragging and carrying efficiency is specified to queue for waiting for loading; or, a delivery port is arbitrarily designated, and the trailer cart is called to load the cargo, which is not limited herein.
By the mode, the idle state of the goods outlet and the position information of the goods can be considered, the goods can be loaded quickly and accurately, and the efficiency of packing and picking up the goods by the pallet is improved.
Optionally, before the step of extracting the region of interest of each target to be identified in the image, the method further includes:
determining a binary image of an image area where each boundary of the target to be recognized is located based on the image to be processed;
for each boundary, acquiring a plurality of line segments from a binary image of an image area where the boundary is located, wherein the line segments are respectively composed of a plurality of pixel points with gray values as first numerical values;
and preprocessing the binary image of the image area where the boundary is located based on the line segments to obtain a preprocessed image.
For example, based on the image to be processed, a binary image of an image region where each boundary of the object to be recognized is located is determined, because the gray value of the pixel point in the determined binary image is a first numerical value or a second numerical value, and a plurality of line segments formed by the pixel points of which the gray values are the first numerical values are respectively obtained from the binary image of the image region where each boundary is located, the binary image of the image region where each boundary is located can be further processed through the line segments, so that edge burrs of each boundary are filtered, the boundary of the object to be recognized is more clearly highlighted, and the image preprocessing effect is improved.
For another example, the preprocessing method includes, but is not limited to, format conversion, resolution, contrast, gray scale, etc. of the image, so as to ensure that the image can be accurately extracted to the region of interest of the target to be identified.
By the method, the image to be processed is preprocessed, and the obtained image can meet the requirement of clear quality.
Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of identification recognition in the method for packaging and picking up a pallet item according to the embodiment of the present application is shown, in which the detailed step of step S102 in fig. 1 further includes:
step S201, extracting a sensitive region of each target to be identified in the image by using an image segmentation algorithm;
the image segmentation algorithm is a technology for dividing an image into a plurality of specific areas with unique properties and providing an interested target; for example, a threshold-based segmentation method, a region-based segmentation method, an edge-based segmentation method, and a particular theory-based segmentation method.
And by a segmentation mode, the image is segmented into sensitive region areas of the targets to be recognized according to a plurality of targets to be recognized.
Step S201, identifying characters in each sensitive region in the image through an optical character identification algorithm to obtain an identification result corresponding to each target to be identified;
optical character recognition is a process of recognizing characters from an image. If the recognized sentence is analyzed lexically, the recognized sentence is corrected according to the probability of the word appearing at the initial position of the sentence, and the recognition accuracy can be improved.
Firstly, a picture is divided into a plurality of divided blocks, then, the divided blocks are compared, and the picture is classified according to similar words. The algorithm that completes the classification is called a classifier. The classifier is tested with a large number of sample inputs to derive the types that can be output when various word segmentation blocks are input, and the probabilities of the various types occurring.
Step S203, determining each recognition result as a recognition target result of a target to be recognized, and comparing the recognition target result with each recognition result except the recognition target result in terms of confidence degree and similarity respectively to correspondingly obtain a comparison result corresponding to each recognition target result;
and S204, determining target characters corresponding to each target to be recognized in the image according to the comparison result, and determining the target characters as the identification information of the target to be recognized.
When character recognition in an image is needed, obtaining the interested areas of a plurality of targets to be recognized corresponding to the image to be recognized, specifically, the interested areas of the plurality of targets to be recognized can be obtained in the process of shooting a text image to be recognized, and can also be used for sending the image to be recognized to other terminals together to form the image of each target to be recognized. It should be noted that the image to be recognized may be one image of a plurality of objects to be recognized; in the present embodiment, the number of images to be recognized may be set according to specific needs, for example, 1 image to be recognized, 4 images to be recognized, and the like may be acquired. After the target images to be recognized are obtained, recognizing text areas in the target images to be recognized through an OCR algorithm, and correspondingly obtaining recognition results corresponding to the target images to be recognized.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when one image to be recognized is acquired, a plurality of acquired target images to be recognized are recognized through an OCR algorithm, that is, OCR algorithm recognition is performed on the plurality of target images to be recognized in real time; or after all the images to be recognized are acquired, performing OCR algorithm recognition on a plurality of target images to be recognized together.
In this embodiment, the recognition result includes, but is not limited to, a text region to be recognized and region coordinates corresponding to the text region, and it can be understood that the region coordinates include four coordinates of an upper coordinate, a lower coordinate, a left coordinate, and a right coordinate corresponding to the text region, and the text region includes at least one text character, that is, the text region includes at least one text.
Further, the step of recognizing the text area in each image to be recognized through an OCR algorithm to obtain a recognition result corresponding to each image to be recognized includes: step a, recognizing area coordinates corresponding to text areas in the images to be recognized through an OCR algorithm, determining characters to be recognized corresponding to the text areas in the images to be recognized, and determining confidence degrees corresponding to the characters to be recognized. And b, correspondingly obtaining the recognition result of each text image to be recognized according to the region coordinate, the confidence coefficient and the character to be recognized.
Further, after a plurality of images to be recognized are obtained, region coordinates corresponding to each text region in each image to be recognized are recognized through an OCR algorithm, characters to be recognized corresponding to each text region in the image to be recognized are determined, and confidence degrees corresponding to each character to be recognized are determined. It can be understood that one image to be recognized corresponds to at least one text region, one text region corresponds to 4 region coordinate points, one text region corresponds to at least one character to be recognized, and each character to be recognized has a corresponding confidence. The confidence is obtained in the process of recognizing the characters through the OCR algorithm, the higher the value of the confidence is, the higher the accuracy of the recognized characters is, in this embodiment, the value of the confidence is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1.
It should be noted that, in order to improve the accuracy of character recognition, the coordinate system establishment methods in the images to be recognized are the same, for example, the center point of the image is used as the origin of coordinates for each image to be recognized, or the lower left corner of the image is used as the origin of coordinates for each image to be recognized, and the unit lengths of the coordinate systems in the images to be recognized are also equal. And after obtaining the area coordinate, the confidence coefficient and the character to be recognized corresponding to each image to be recognized, obtaining the recognition result of each image to be recognized according to the area coordinate, the confidence coefficient and the character to be recognized, namely determining the area coordinate, the confidence coefficient and the character to be recognized as one part of the recognition result of each image to be recognized.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, each image to be recognized has a unique image identifier, and the identification result carries an image identifier corresponding to the image to be recognized, and the identification result corresponding to each image to be recognized can be determined by using the image identifier. Each character to be recognized and the corresponding confidence coefficient thereof have an association relationship, so that the corresponding confidence coefficient or the character to be recognized can be determined only by determining one of the character to be recognized and the confidence coefficient through the association relationship. The character to be recognized and the corresponding text area have an association relationship, so that the text area corresponding to the character to be recognized can be determined according to the association relationship between the character to be recognized and the corresponding text area.
