Abstract
本发明公开卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮与风扇,其包括:设在轮毂上的伸缩扇叶;所述的伸缩扇叶由多节板块卡扣滑动伸缩连接构成,利用多节伸缩扇叶的自重力或配重力造就离心力伸出多节扇叶并用伸缩扇叶的伸缩方向与轮毂中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩多节伸缩扇叶,完成扇叶的自动清洁和隐藏,提高电风扇在空调时代的生存空间。

本申请是提交于2016年12月31日,题为“一种伸缩隐形扇叶风轮与风扇”,申请号为:“201611272630.X”的专利申请的分案申请。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及风轮,针对电风扇风轮和飞机风轮,特别是吊扇。
【背景技术】
随着空调机的升级和电价的下调,享受空调生活会越来越廉价,高级的装潢也许不会考虑用电风扇,但是顶级的装潢也少不了空气流通环节,所以电风扇依然有需要,但风扇与高级装潢处于考虑取舍阶段时,被舍弃的概率相当高,幸好有灯饰的需要为电风扇做了挽留也成了伴侣,然而顶级别墅装潢也有空气粉尘,和平房、工厂一样,长时间的运动扇叶就会粘上一层厚厚的黑灰层,尽管是平房或工厂也显不雅,不受欢迎。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是为了实现风扇扇叶的自动隐形和自动清洁,提高电风扇在空调时代的生存空间。
本发明利用多节伸缩扇叶的自重力或配重力造就离心力伸出多节扇叶并用伸缩扇叶的伸缩方向与轮毂中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩多节伸缩扇叶,完成扇叶的自动清洁和隐藏。
本发明采用下述技术方案:
卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮,其包括:轮毂以及伸缩扇叶;所述的伸缩扇叶2是由多节板块卡扣滑动伸缩连接构成;所述的伸缩扇叶用始端节或末端节固定在轮毂上并环绕轮毂圆周环形阵列活动伸缩;所述的伸缩扇叶利用自身重力条件造就离心力伸出或者在伸缩末端节连接配重件造就离心力伸出;所述伸缩扇叶的伸缩方向与轮毂中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩。
在对上述的卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮的设计方案中,所述伸缩扇叶的多节板块是平面板、曲面板、折弯板或折角板,它在两边设置卡扣滑道伸缩,并在两端设置限位卡止搭扣。
卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风扇,其包括:卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮一套、动力机组以及机架;所述的伸缩隐形扇叶风轮连接动力机组的转轴或转子;所述的动力机组固定在机架上,或者所述的动力机组用定子连接在机架上。
本发明的工作原理是:利用多节伸缩扇叶的自重力或配重力造就离心力伸出多节扇叶并用伸缩扇叶的伸缩方向与轮毂中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩多节伸缩扇叶,完成扇叶的自动清洁和隐藏。
本发明的有益效果是:实现风扇扇叶的自动隐形和自动清洁,提高电风扇在空调时代的生存空间。

【具体实施方式】
如图1、2、3、4、5、6所示,卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮,其包括:轮毂0以及伸缩扇叶2;所述的伸缩扇叶2是由多节板块卡扣滑动伸缩连接构成;所述的伸缩扇叶2用始端节或末端节固定在轮毂0上并环绕轮毂0圆周环形阵列活动伸缩;所述的伸缩扇叶2利用自身重力条件造就离心力伸出或者在伸缩末端节连接配重件造就离心力伸出;所述伸缩扇叶2的伸缩方向与轮毂0中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩。
如图12、13所示意,所述伸缩扇叶2的多节板块是平面板、曲面板、折弯板或折角板,它在两边设置卡扣滑道伸缩,并在两端设置限位卡止搭扣。
如图1、2、3、4、5、6所示,卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风扇,其包括:卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮一套、动力机组以及机架;所述的伸缩隐形扇叶风轮连接动力机组的转轴或转子;所述的动力机组固定在机架上,或者所述的动力机组用定子连接在机架上。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,也可以将上述技术内容进行组合形成其他的技术方案,这些改进和润饰,以及形成的其他技术方案也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮,其包括:轮毂(0)以及伸缩扇叶(2);所述的伸缩扇叶(2)是由多节板块卡扣滑动伸缩连接构成;所述的伸缩扇叶(2)用始端节或末端节固定在轮毂(0)上并环绕轮毂(0)圆周环形阵列活动伸缩;所述的伸缩扇叶(2)利用自身重力条件造就离心力伸出或者在伸缩末端节连接配重件造就离心力伸出;所述伸缩扇叶(2)的伸缩方向与轮毂(0)中心轴的夹角小于90度倾斜,使风轮在停止状态时依靠扇叶自重力自动斜滑收缩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮,其特征在于:所述伸缩扇叶(2)的多节板块是平面板、曲面板、折弯板或折角板,它在两边设置卡扣滑道伸缩,并在两端设置限位卡止搭扣。
3.卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风扇,其包括:权利要求1至2的卡扣板斜滑伸缩隐形扇叶风轮一套、动力机组以及机架;所述的伸缩隐形扇叶风轮连接动力机组的转轴或转子;所述的动力机组固定在机架上,或者所述的动力机组用定子连接在机架上。
