Abstract
The invention relates to waterproof repair mortar for building walls and a preparation method thereof, wherein the waterproof repair mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of silicon dioxide coated microcapsule hydrophobic material, 35-55 parts of cement, 35-50 parts of quartz sand, 5-8 parts of latex powder, 1-3 parts of water retention thickening material and 0.5-5 parts of water reducing agent; the core layer of the microcapsule hydrophobic material coated by the silicon dioxide is an organic silicon hydrophobic agent and a dispersing agent, the mass ratio of the organic silicon hydrophobic agent to the dispersing agent is 1:2-3.5, the shell layer is a silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer, and the mass ratio of the core layer to the shell layer is 1: 2-5. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the repair mortar. The repair mortar prepared by the formula and the preparation method has the advantages of good waterproofness, excellent permeation resistance, high tensile bonding strength, good water retention performance and no bleeding phenomenon.

Background
In recent years, the problems of concrete peeling, cracking, damage and steel bar corrosion on the surface of a building are increasingly emphasized, the appearance of the building is affected, and even the normal use and the safe service of the building are endangered, so that repair and repair are urgently needed. As an improvement, the latex powder is chemical rubber powder; the water-retaining thickening material is one of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, and the viscosity is 75000-200000 m.Pa; the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent.
The preparation method of the waterproof repair mortar for the building wall is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing epoxy resin and tetraethyl orthosilicate, mixing the mixture with an aqueous solution of a polyether nonionic surfactant, stirring the mixture at a high speed for 15min, heating the mixture in a water bath, adding a dilute hydrochloric acid solution into the solution, continuously stirring the mixture for 15h, repeatedly washing and drying the mixture after the reaction is finished to obtain a silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer;
(2) uniformly stirring and mixing the organic silicon water repellent and the dispersing agent in the formula amount in water, then adding the silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer while stirring, continuously stirring for 2-3h, filtering and drying to obtain a silicon dioxide-coated microcapsule hydrophobic material;
(3) taking the silicon dioxide coated microcapsule hydrophobic material, cement, quartz sand, latex powder, a water retention thickening material and a water reducing agent according to the formula ratio, stirring and mixing uniformly to prepare dry powder-shaped repair mortar, and adding water for use.
As an improvement, in the step (1), the mass ratio of the epoxy resin to the tetraethyl orthosilicate is 2: 1; the concentration of the aqueous solution of the polyether nonionic surfactant is 2 percent; the concentration of the dilute hydrochloric acid is 2 mol/L; the water bath heating temperature is 40-50 ℃; in the step (2), the dispersant is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
According to the invention, the microcapsule hydrophobic material coated by silicon dioxide is prepared by treating the microcapsule hydrophobic material, so that the waterproof performance of the repair mortar is improved, the bonding performance of the repair mortar is improved through a mechanism of the combined action of latex powder and cement, and the volume stability is good; the waterproof mortar prepared by the formula and the process has good waterproofness, permeation resistance, tensile bonding strength, water retention and the like.

The microcapsule hydrophobic material is a microcapsule hydrophobic material coated by silicon dioxide, the core layer is an organic silicon hydrophobic agent and a dispersing agent, and the mass ratio of the two is 1:2, the shell layer is a silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer, and the mass ratio of the core layer to the shell layer is 1: 2.

Example 2
The waterproof repair mortar for the building wall comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of microcapsule hydrophobic material, 44 parts of cement, 44 parts of quartz sand, 5 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1 part of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose with the viscosity of 100000m.Pa and 1 part of polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent.

the microcapsule hydrophobic material is a microcapsule hydrophobic material coated by silicon dioxide, the core layer of the microcapsule hydrophobic material is an organic silicon hydrophobic agent and a dispersing agent, and the mass ratio of the organic silicon hydrophobic agent to the dispersing agent is 1:2-3.5, wherein the shell layer is a silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer, and the mass ratio of the core layer to the shell layer is 1: 2-5;
the preparation method of the waterproof repair mortar for the building wall surface specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing epoxy resin and tetraethyl orthosilicate, mixing the mixture with an aqueous solution of a polyether nonionic surfactant, stirring the mixture at a high speed for 15min, heating the mixture in a water bath, adding a dilute hydrochloric acid solution into the solution, continuously stirring the mixture for 15h, repeatedly washing and drying the mixture after the reaction is finished to obtain a silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer;
(2) uniformly stirring and mixing the organic silicon water repellent and the dispersing agent in the formula amount in water, then adding the silicon dioxide-based polymer-based network polymer while stirring, continuously stirring for 2-3h, filtering and drying to obtain a silicon dioxide-coated microcapsule hydrophobic material;
(3) taking the silicon dioxide coated microcapsule hydrophobic material, cement, quartz sand, latex powder, a water retention thickening material and a water reducing agent according to the formula ratio, stirring and mixing uniformly to prepare dry powder-shaped repair mortar, and adding water for use.
2. The waterproof repair mortar for building walls according to claim 1, wherein the latex powder is chemical rubber powder.
3. The waterproof repair mortar for building walls as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-retaining thickening material is one of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and hydroxyethyl methylcellulose, and the viscosity is 75000-.
4. The waterproof repair mortar for building walls according to claim 1, wherein the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent.
