Example 6
This example is a method of preparing the polymer waterproof mortar of examples 1 to 5, including the steps of:
(1) Mixing quartz sand, silica fume and cement, stirring uniformly, and then adding water and stirring;
(2) Then, sequentially adding a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a water repellent, rubber powder, cellulose and amylase in the step (1), uniformly mixing, and finally adding polypropylene fiber and uniformly stirring;
(3) Stirring the slurry obtained in the step (2) for 3min to obtain the polymer waterproof mortar
Comparative example 1
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that it does not contain silica fume, and is otherwise identical to example 1, giving a polymeric waterproofing mortar with the following drawbacks (compared to the waterproofing mortar of example 1): the compressive strength, flexural strength and impermeability of the waterproof mortar of this comparative example were reduced.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that it does not contain polypropylene fibers, and is otherwise identical to example 1, giving a polymeric waterproofing mortar with the following drawbacks (compared to the waterproofing mortar of example 1): the waterproof mortar of this comparative example has reduced impermeability and crack resistance, and also has lower toughness and impact resistance, and reduced freeze-thaw damage resistance.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example differs from example 1 in that it does not contain polypropylene fibers, is replaced with polyethylene fibers in equal amounts, and is otherwise identical to example 1, giving a polymeric waterproofing mortar with the following drawbacks (compared to the waterproofing mortar of example 1): the heat resistance, toughness and water resistance of the waterproof mortar of this comparative example were lowered.
Comparative example 4
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that it does not contain amylase and is otherwise identical to example 1, giving a polymeric waterproofing mortar with the following drawbacks (compared to the waterproofing mortar of example 1): the fluidity of the waterproof mortar of this comparative example was reduced.
Test examples
The results of the performance tests on the polymer waterproof mortars of examples 1 to 5 are shown in Table 1, and the results of the tests on the polymer cement waterproof mortar according to JC/T984-2011 are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the polymer waterproof mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of good waterproof effect and high strength.

Claims (10)

1. The polymer waterproof mortar is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
470 to 490 parts of cement, 77 to 85 parts of silica fume, 560 to 570 parts of quartz sand, 5.6 to 8 parts of rubber powder, 0.44 to 0.58 part of cellulose, 5.5 to 8.2 parts of additive, 1 to 1.8 parts of polypropylene fiber, 180 to 190 parts of water and 0.3 to 0.6 part of amylase.
2. Polymeric waterproofing mortar according to claim 1, characterized in that said cement comprises portland cement.
3. The polymeric waterproof mortar of claim 1, wherein the rubber powder comprises redispersible latex powder.
4. The polymeric water repellent mortar of claim 1, wherein the cellulose comprises hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
5. The polymeric water repellent mortar of any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the admixture comprises at least one of a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent and a water repellent;
preferably, the admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight:
1 to 1.2 parts of water reducing agent, 1.5 to 3 parts of defoaming agent and 3 to 4 parts of water repellent.
6. The polymeric water repellent mortar of claim 5, wherein the water reducing agent comprises a polycarboxylic acid high efficiency water reducing agent;
preferably, the defoamer comprises a silicone defoamer;
preferably, the water repellent comprises an organosilicon water repellent.
7. The polymeric waterproof mortar of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises the following components in parts by mass:
480 parts of cement, 82 parts of silica fume, 5363 parts of quartz sand 564.8 parts of rubber powder, 0.56 part of cellulose, 1.12 parts of water reducing agent, 1 part of polypropylene fiber, 1.8 parts of defoaming agent, 3.4 parts of water repellent, 186 parts of water and 0.4 part of amylase.
8. A process for the preparation of a polymeric waterproofing mortar according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
the polymer waterproof mortar is obtained after the components are mixed in proportion.
9. The method for preparing a polymer waterproof mortar according to claim 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing quartz sand, silica fume and cement, adding water, mixing, adding a water reducing agent, a defoaming agent, a water repellent, rubber powder, cellulose and amylase, mixing, adding polypropylene fiber, mixing, and maintaining to obtain the polymer waterproof mortar.
10. Use of a polymeric water repellent mortar according to any of claims 1 to 7 in the wall surfaces of buildings.
