the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar of the embodiment has the advantages that the 28d seepage pressure resistance is 1.8MPa, the compressive strength is 28MPa, the breaking strength is 13MPa, the bonding strength is 1.2MPa, the shrinkage rate is 0.02 percent, and the breaking ratio is 2.2.
The invention also provides a production method of the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar, which comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing rubber powder, micro silicon powder, metakaolin, polymer rigid rubber powder, polymer flexible rubber powder, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent and a coupling agent according to a ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture for later use;
s2: weighing water washing graded sand and fiber according to the proportion, and then putting the water washing graded sand and the fiber into a mixer; the friction force of the water-washing graded sand is beneficial to the uniform dispersion of the fiber;
s3: the mixture of step S1 is put into a mixer;
s4: weighing cement according to a ratio, putting the cement into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a dry mixture;
s5: and adding water into the dry mixture to obtain the anti-cracking waterproof mortar. According to the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar and the production method thereof, the durability and the waterproofness of the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar can be improved by adding metakaolin; the flexibility of the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar is improved by adding the rubber powder and the fibers; the waterproof effect is realized by adding the micro silicon powder, the metakaolin, the rubber powder, the water repellent and the water reducing agent.

The flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar is characterized in that: the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400 parts of cement 340-type sand-blending material, 50-70 parts of rubber powder, 25-45 parts of micro silicon powder, 550 parts of water-washing graded sand-blending material, 35-45 parts of metakaolin, 5-10 parts of polymer rigid rubber powder, 10-20 parts of polymer flexible rubber powder, 1-3 parts of water repellent, 1-1.5 parts of defoaming agent, 1-1.5 parts of water reducing agent, 1-1.5 parts of fiber, 1.5-2 parts of coupling agent and 200 parts of water 140-blending material.
2. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the cement is one or more of No. 42.5 ordinary portland cement, No. 42.5R ordinary portland cement or No. 52.5 II portland cement, and the specification of the water-washing graded sand is 70-140 meshes.
3. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the rubber powder is 250 meshes of rubber powder.
4. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the micro silicon powder is semi-densified micro silicon powder with the silicon dioxide content of more than or equal to 93 percent.
5. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the metakaolin is high-activity metakaolin with the average particle size of 1.3 mu m and the silicon dioxide content of more than or equal to 96 percent.
6. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the coupling agent is gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane.

The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the adhesive comprises one or more of polymer rigid rubber powder acrylate rigid rubber powder 6011A, vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer rigid rubber powder 5010N and butadiene and styrene copolymer resin rigid rubber powder PSB150, wherein the polymer flexible rubber powder is vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer rubber powder flexible 5044N.
8. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is polyether modified silicon, and the fiber is 6mm long polypropylene fiber.
9. The flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to claim 1, wherein: the water reducing agent is a powdery polycarboxylic acid type high-efficiency water reducing agent, and the water repellent is one or two of organic silicon water repellent or calcium stearate.
10. The method for producing a flexible anti-crack waterproof mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the production method of the flexible anti-cracking waterproof mortar comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing rubber powder, micro silicon powder, metakaolin, polymer rigid rubber powder, polymer flexible rubber powder, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent and a coupling agent according to a ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture for later use;
s2: weighing water washing graded sand and fiber according to the proportion, and then putting the water washing graded sand and the fiber into a mixer;
s3: the mixture of step S1 is put into a mixer;
s4: weighing cement according to a ratio, putting the cement into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a dry mixture;
s5: and adding water into the dry mixture to obtain the anti-cracking waterproof mortar.
