Abstract

The water inlet, water distribution and exhaust area of the invention adopts a horizontal tubular structure, and a rotary impeller is arranged in the tube, raw water realizes continuous water inlet and water distribution of the ASBR through the rotation of the grid chamber and the rotary impeller, no power is consumed in the whole operation process, the power of the rotary impeller mainly depends on the dead weight of water in the grid chamber, and the water in the grid chamber of the impeller is heavier than gas, so that the rotating shaft of the rotary impeller is used as the center to form torsional force. The device can realize unpowered consumption operation and effectively reduce the treatment cost of rural domestic sewage.
The ASBR reactor is also provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is provided with a decanter and a control valve, the decanter can filter the treated clear water, and the control valve can adjust the liquid discharge rate.
According to the invention, the sewage draining outlet is arranged at the bottom of the ASBR, the treated sediment is directly discharged by utilizing the principle of solid sediment, the path is simple and rapid, the sludge backflow is not required, and the next stage of treatment is conveniently and rapidly carried out.

Specifically, ASBR reactor top is the mouth of pipe of vertical arrangement, is provided with screen cloth 1 in the mouth of pipe, can filter impurity and big particulate matter in the aquatic, intake water distribution and exhaust area 2 is located screen cloth 1 below, and links to each other with the mouth of pipe bottom, intake water distribution and exhaust area 2 is horizontal pipe, is provided with rotary impeller 3 along its axial in the pipe, rotary impeller 3 is around its rotation axis along its circumference with circle intraductal space divide into six check rooms equally, and the adjacent two blade edge distance of rotary impeller 3 is unanimous with the internal diameter of mouth of pipe and reaction zone, refer to fig. 1.
An exhaust pipe is arranged at the top of the ASBR, and gas generated by raw water treated in the reaction zone enters a grid chamber communicated with the reaction zone and enters the exhaust pipe through the rotation of a rotary impeller; a water outlet is arranged on the ASBR reactor at the reaction zone, the water outlet is arranged at the clear water layer of the reaction zone, and a decanter and a control valve are arranged at the joint of the water outlet and the reaction zone; a sewage outlet is arranged on the ASBR at the lower part of the reaction zone, and the raw water sediment treated in the reaction zone is discharged from the sewage outlet.
In the embodiment, domestic sewage enters a pipe orifice from a water inlet pipe of an ASBR (anaerobic sequencing batch reactor), impurities and large particles in the sewage are removed through a screen, the sewage after pretreatment firstly flows into the uppermost grid chamber communicated with the pipe orifice, after the grid chambers are filled with the sewage, an impeller rotates anticlockwise, the sewage then enters the next grid chamber rotating to the uppermost grid chamber and is sequentially fed, and therefore continuous water inlet and water distribution of the reactor are achieved; when the water-filled cells are rotated to the lowermost position, the wastewater flows into the reaction zone. After water is fed, anaerobic reaction is started to generate gas, the gas generation speed is gradually increased and gradually reduced when the gas generation speed reaches the maximum, the gas generation is almost stopped, simultaneously, sludge in a reaction area is precipitated to the bottom, a clear water layer is formed at the upper part, the treated water is discharged out of the ASBR through a decanter, the flow rate is regulated through a control valve, the methane generated by the reaction upwards enters a grid chamber communicated with the reaction area, then the grid chamber filled with the methane is rotated to the uppermost part of the ASBR through the rotation of a rotary impeller, and then the methane is discharged out of the ASBR through an exhaust pipe; the sediment sludge generated by the reaction is discharged through a sewage outlet at the bottom of the ASBR reactor.
In a word, the rotational direction of the rotary impeller of the ASBR rural domestic sewage treatment device of the invention basically depends on the gravity action of water and can rotate freely, as shown in figure 1, because the gas is generated in the cells on the right side of the rotary impeller, the rotary impeller tends to rotate anticlockwise under the action of the gas, no power consumption is generated in the operation process, the operation without power consumption can be realized, only the capital cost needs to be invested once, and the treatment cost of rural domestic sewage is effectively reduced.
