The invention discloses an air bag arranged in a vehicle door, which mainly comprises an air bag safety controller, a whole vehicle data communication bus, a vehicle door, an air bag assembly and the like; the airbag assembly of the airbag controller is respectively connected with a data communication bus of the whole vehicle, and the airbag assembly is arranged in a cavity between a vehicle door inner plate sheet metal part and a vehicle door outer plate sheet metal part; the air bag assembly comprises a collision sensor, a gas generator and an air bag body, the collision sensor is connected with a data communication bus of the whole automobile, the gas generator is fixed in a cavity between the inner plate and the outer plate of the automobile door, and the air bag body is connected with the gas generator through an inflation tube. The invention fundamentally solves the problem of inward invasion of the vehicle door caused by side collision, the airbag device is arranged in the gap of the sheet metal parts of the inner plate and the outer plate of the vehicle door, and the airbag device can not contact with the human body, thereby saving a large amount of development tests and cost, greatly improving the response speed of the airbag, improving the passenger protection effect of the side collision and being beneficial to the post-accident maintenance.

7. An air bag mounted inside a vehicle door according to claim 5, wherein the air bag body is composed of a plurality of air bag cells, and the plurality of air bag cells are connected to the gas generator through inflation tubes, respectively.
