Through the description of a plurality of embodiments of the sorting equipment, the sorting equipment has the advantages of simple structure, lower cost, more flexible use and assembly of the sorting device, flexible splicing according to the size of the field and formation of the sorting equipment suitable for the characteristics of the field; moreover, the sorting device is directly butted with the cargo transferring device, so that the middle circulation process is saved, and the labor is saved.

Claims (17)

1. A sorting device, comprising:
-a cargo transferring device (200) for storing and transferring cargo (100);
an information acquisition device (210) arranged at an outlet of the cargo transferring device (200) for acquiring information of the cargo (100) arriving at the outlet; and
a sorting device communicating with the outlet to receive the goods (100), the sorting device being in signal connection with the information acquisition device (210) to convey the goods (100) to a preset position according to the information of the goods (100).
2. A sorting apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises an upper package section (220) for conveying the goods (100) and an acceleration section (240), the acceleration section (240) being arranged upstream of the sorting device, the upper package section (220) being arranged upstream of the acceleration section (240), the conveying speed of the acceleration section (240) being greater than the conveying speed of the upper package section (220).
3. Sorting apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that it further comprises a buffer section (230) for conveying the goods (100), the buffer section (230) being arranged between the upper bag section (220) and the acceleration section (240).
4. Sorting plant according to claim 1, characterised in that the sorting means comprise:
a support base (10); and
a plurality of conveying devices (20) for conveying goods (100), wherein the conveying devices (20) are rotatably arranged on the supporting seat (10), and the conveying devices (20) rotate relative to the supporting seat (10) to incline so that the goods (100) slide off the conveying devices (20).
5. Sorting apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that a plurality of the conveyors (20) are rotated relatively independently with respect to the support (10).
6. Sorting apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that the conveyor device (20) comprises a conveyor belt (21), a first roller (23), a second roller (24), a mounting bracket (22) and a first drive mechanism, the conveyor belt (21) being adapted to carry the goods (100), the first roller (23) and the second roller (24) being rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket (22), the conveyor belt (21) being wound around the first roller (23) and the second roller (24), the first drive mechanism being in driving connection with the first roller (23).

Sorting apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising a shaft (30) and a second drive mechanism (40), the shaft (30) being rotatably mounted to the support (10), the conveyor (20) being connected to the shaft (30), the second drive mechanism (40) being adapted to drive the shaft (30) in rotation relative to the support (10).
8. Sorting device according to claim 7, characterised in that the direction of the axis of the shaft (30) and the direction of transport of the goods (100) are parallel to each other.
9. Sorting apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the second drive mechanism (40) comprises a speed reducer (42) and a motor (41), the speed reducer (42) being in driving connection with the motor (41), the shaft (30) being in driving connection with the speed reducer (42).
10. Sorting apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that it further comprises an anti-rotation plate (60), the anti-rotation plate (60) being connected between the housing of the reducer (42) and the support (10) to prevent the reducer (42) from rotating with respect to the support (10).
11. Sorting plant according to claim 4, characterised in that it further comprises a plurality of first collecting devices (110), said first collecting devices (110) being arranged at the side of the corresponding conveyor (20) to collect the goods (100) that slide off the conveyor (20).
12. Sorting plant according to claim 11, characterised in that the length of the first collecting device (110) in the conveying direction of the goods (100) is equal to the length of the conveying device (20) to which it corresponds; or, the length of the first collecting device (110) in the conveying direction of the cargos (100) is equal to the length of two or more adjacent conveying devices (20), and the two or more adjacent conveying devices (20) rotate synchronously relative to the supporting seat (10).
13. Sorting apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that it further comprises a plurality of support stands (90), each support stand (90) having mounted thereon a plurality of said conveying devices (20).
14. The sorting equipment according to claim 13, characterized by further comprising connecting plates (70) and bolts (80), wherein the connecting plates (70) are arranged on the front side surface and the rear side surface of each support frame (90) along the conveying direction, connecting holes are formed in the connecting plates (70), and the adjacent two support frames (90) are connected through the connecting holes through the bolts (80).
15. Sorting apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises second collecting means (120), said second collecting means (120) being arranged at the delivery end of the sorting means to receive the goods (100) that are not sorted.
16. Sorting apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that it further comprises a mounting frame mounted at the outlet of the goods transferring device (200), the information obtaining device (210) being mounted on the mounting frame and above the goods (100).
17. Sorting equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a display device (250), said display device (250) being in signal connection with said information acquisition device (210) to display information of said goods (100).
