The air ducts 16 on both sides and the air flow of the middle air duct 16 form intersection, so that the fruit material is blown more stably.
Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of air nozzles 17 are uniformly and annularly arranged on the inner wall of the contraction part 11 of the sand removing cylinder 1; the number of the air nozzles 17 of the present invention is at least 15; and blowing the fruit materials which leak through the air blowing pipe group back.
The invention arranges a plurality of layers of blowing pipe groups on the desanding cylinder, and uses air flow to blow up the granular fruit materials, and the sand grains fall to the bottom of the cylinder, thereby realizing the separation of the fruit materials and the sand grains. The top of the barrel is provided with a dust outlet and a discharge outlet, and the dust and the fruit materials are separated at the dust outlet and the discharge outlet. The invention realizes the separation of fruit materials, dust and sand grains by utilizing the airflow. The burden of subsequent cleaning equipment is reduced, and the water consumption for cleaning is greatly reduced.
In summary, the present invention provides a dry type sand separation air flow conveying device, which utilizes air flow to separate fruit materials from sand grains and dust through a sand separation mechanism and a dust and fruit separator. And then the fruit materials enter a pneumatic conveying pipe, and the fruit materials in the inlet pipe are conveyed to the adjacent workshop or equipment of the next working procedure through compressed air flow. The conveying speed is high, the occupied space of the pipeline is small, and the operation efficiency is high. Realizes the continuous operation of sand removal and dust removal of the fruit materials. The residual dust on the fruit materials is removed by the water spray nozzle before air flow conveying, so that the water consumption of subsequent cleaning operation is greatly reduced, partial products can even replace the cleaning operation, the investment and the operation cost of cleaning equipment are reduced, and the generation amount of waste water is greatly reduced.

Claims (7)

1. A dry sand separation air flow conveyor apparatus comprising:
the sand separation mechanism blows the fruit materials by using airflow, and the sand grains mixed in the fruit materials fall down to separate the fruit materials from the sand grains;
the dust and fruit separator is provided with a main pipe which is vertically arranged, and a pipe body of the main pipe is connected with a branch pipe; the branch pipe is connected with the sand separating mechanism; after the fruit materials enter the main pipe, the fruit materials flow out from the lower outlet of the main pipe under the action of gravity; the dust mixed in the fruit material is blown out from the upper outlet of the main pipe; a dust hood is arranged right above the main pipe;
a receiving hopper is arranged right below the main pipe, and a material guide part is connected below the receiving hopper; the material guide piece and the horizontal plane form an inclination angle of 9-11 degrees; a spray pipe is arranged in parallel right above the material guide piece;
the pipe body of the water spray pipe is provided with a plurality of water spray nozzles; the section of the material guide piece is arc-shaped, and the radian is not less than 120 degrees; a plurality of through holes are uniformly formed in the material guide piece; a wastewater pond is arranged right below the material guide piece;
a pneumatic conveying pipe is arranged right below the tail end of the material guide piece; a feeding hole is formed in the pipe body of the pneumatic conveying pipe; one end of the pneumatic conveying pipe is also connected with an air compressor;
the sand separation mechanism comprises a sand removal cylinder which is vertically arranged; a contraction part is arranged below the sand removing cylinder, and a guide part is arranged above the sand removing cylinder; the guide part is of an arc-shaped structure, and the radian of the arc-shaped structure is 90 degrees; the tail end of the guide part is connected with the dust and fruit separator; the outer side of the guide part of the sand removing cylinder is connected with a feed hopper; a plurality of air nozzles are uniformly and annularly arranged on the inner wall of the contraction part of the sand removing cylinder;
at least three layers of blowing pipe groups are arranged in the sand removing cylinder from top to bottom; each layer of blowing pipe group comprises three air guide pipes which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals; a plurality of air outlets which are vertically upward are arranged on the tube body of the air duct at equal intervals; compressed air is introduced into the air duct and is vertically sprayed upwards from the air outlet; the air guide pipes of two adjacent layers of air blowing pipe groups form an included angle of 90 degrees in space;
a supporting plate is connected on the outer wall of the sand removing cylinder in a ring mode; the support plate is movably sleeved with a guide rod fixed on the platform frame; the guide rod is sleeved with a vibration spring; the number of the guide rods is at least three.
2. The dry sand separation air flow conveyor as claimed in claim 1 wherein the guide is inclined at 10 ° to the horizontal.
3. The dry sand separation air flow conveyor as claimed in claim 2 wherein the material guides are made of metal mesh.
4. The dry sand separation air flow conveyor as claimed in claim 3 wherein the metal screen mesh size is 6 mesh.
5. The dry sand separation pneumatic conveying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a supporting rod is connected between the water spraying pipe and the material guiding member.
6. The dry sand separation air flow conveyor as claimed in claim 1 wherein the water nozzles on the body of the water spray pipe are equally spaced.
7. The dry sand separation pneumatic conveying apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the distance between adjacent two blowing tube groups is 20 to 25 cm.
