the preparation process of the hydroxyapatite type toothpaste specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, grinding all the raw materials in a grinding machine at the temperature of 6 ℃ for 4h, and adding purified water in the grinding process;
step two, putting the ground raw materials in the step one into a stirrer for stirring, controlling the temperature at 6 ℃, stirring for 6 hours, adding purified water in the stirring process until all the raw materials are uniformly stirred, and preparing the hydroxyapatite toothpaste;
and step three, bottling and packaging the hydroxyapatite toothpaste obtained in the step two.
In the above embodiment, the pigment is curcumin and phyllanthin, and the essence is one or more of rose, jasmine, tuberose, lily of the valley, magnolia, clove, narcissus, sunflower, orange blossom, gardenia and hyacinth.
The hydroxyapatite type toothpaste prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 was respectively taken, the grinding temperature and the stirring temperature were changed by changing the ratio of the raw materials, and then the flavor enhancement rate, the tooth-decay prevention enhancement rate and the halitosis prevention enhancement rate of the hydroxyapatite type toothpaste prepared in the above examples 1 to 5 were tested by the related experiments, and then the following data were obtained by statistics and calculation:
as can be seen from the above table, in example 3, the mixture ratio of the raw materials, the grinding temperature and the stirring temperature during preparation are moderate, and after relevant experimental tests, the hydroxyapatite type toothpaste prepared in example 3 has the highest flavor improvement rate, the highest tooth brushing whitening effect improvement rate, the highest tooth decay prevention improvement rate and the highest halitosis prevention improvement rate.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A hydroxyapatite type toothpaste characterized in that: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of hydroxyapatite, 80-100 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-9 parts of sodium fluoride, 3-7 parts of potassium fluoride, 1-5 parts of stannous fluoride, 2-6 parts of monofluorophosphate, 1-5 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 3-7 parts of calcium pyrophosphate, 4-8 parts of silicon dioxide, 4-8 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5-9 parts of glycerol, 7-11 parts of sorbitol, 7-11 parts of propylene glycol, 6-10 parts of polyethylene glycol, 5-9 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 5-9 parts of 2-acyloxy bond sodium sulfonate, 6-10 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 7-11 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 8-12 parts of antler pectin, 9-13 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 10-14 parts of xanthan gum, 6-10 parts of guar gum, 5-9 parts of carrageenan, 5-9 parts of xanthan gum, 5-9 parts of glycerol, 6-10 parts of sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate, 3-7 parts of saccharin sodium, 3-7 parts of potassium sorbate, 3-7 parts of sodium benzoate, 2-6 parts of menthol, 2-6 parts of pigment, 3-7 parts of essence, 7-11 parts of chlorophyll, 5-9 parts of sodium fluoride, 5-9 parts of stannous fluoride, 4-8 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate and 2-6 parts of zinc fluoride.

A hydroxyapatite toothpaste according to claim 1 wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 105-115 parts of hydroxyapatite, 85-9 parts of calcium carbonate, 5 parts of sodium fluoride, 6-8 parts of potassium fluoride, 2-4 parts of stannous fluoride, 3-5 parts of monofluorophosphate, 2-4 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 4-6 parts of calcium pyrophosphate, 5-7 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-7 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 6-8 parts of glycerol, 8-10 parts of sorbitol, 8-10 parts of propylene glycol, 7-9 parts of polyethylene glycol, 6-8 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 6-8 parts of 2-acyloxy bond sodium sulfonate, 7-9 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 8-10 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 9-11 parts of antler pectin, 10-12 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 11-13 parts of xanthan gum, 7-9 parts of guar gum, 6-8 parts of carrageenan, 6-8 parts of xanthan gum, 6-8 parts of glycerol, 7-9 parts of sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate, 4-6 parts of saccharin sodium, 4-6 parts of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, 3-5 parts of menthol, 3-5 parts of pigment, 4-6 parts of essence, 8-10 parts of chlorophyll, 6-8 parts of sodium fluoride, 6-8 parts of stannous fluoride, 5-7 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate and 3-5 parts of zinc fluoride.

A hydroxyapatite toothpaste according to claim 1 wherein: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of hydroxyapatite, 90 parts of calcium carbonate, 7 parts of sodium fluoride, 5 parts of potassium fluoride, 3 parts of stannous fluoride, 4 parts of monofluorophosphoric acid, 3 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 5 parts of calcium pyrophosphate, 6 parts of silicon dioxide, 6 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 7 parts of glycerol, 9 parts of sorbitol, 9 parts of propylene glycol, 8 parts of polyethylene glycol, 7 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 7 parts of sodium 2-acyloxy bond sulfonate, 8 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 9 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 10 parts of antler pectin, 11 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 12 parts of xanthan gum, 8 parts of guar gum, 7 parts of carrageenan, 7 parts of glycerol, 8 parts of sodium cyclohexylamine sulfonate, 5 parts of saccharin sodium, 5 parts of potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, 4 parts of menthol, 4 parts of pigment, 5 parts of essence, 9 parts of chlorophyll, 7 parts of sodium fluoride, 7 parts of stannous fluoride, 6 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate and 4 parts of zinc fluoride.
4. A hydroxyapatite toothpaste according to any one of claims 1 to 3 further comprising a process for the preparation of a hydroxyapatite toothpaste, in particular comprising the following steps:
step one, grinding all the raw materials in a grinding machine at the temperature of 2-6 ℃ for 4h, and adding purified water in the grinding process;
step two, putting the ground raw materials in the step one into a stirrer for stirring, controlling the temperature at 2-6 ℃, stirring for 6 hours, adding purified water in the stirring process until all the raw materials are uniformly stirred, and preparing the hydroxyapatite toothpaste;
and step three, bottling and packaging the hydroxyapatite toothpaste obtained in the step two.
5. A hydroxyapatite toothpaste according to claim 1 wherein: the pigment is curcumin and bilirubin.
6. A hydroxyapatite toothpaste according to claim 1 wherein: the essence is one or more of flos Rosae Rugosae, flos Jasmini sambac, tuberose, flos Convallariae, flos Magnoliae, flos Caryophylli, Narcissus chinensis, flos Helianthi, flos Citri Junoris, fructus Gardeniae, and hyacinth.
