背景技术
床上芯被类产品占家纺产品中的比重很大,根据使用季节主要分为冬被、夏被、春秋被三类。被子材质有棉质、羊毛、蚕丝、化纤、鹅绒等。羽绒被的重量较轻,透气干爽、排湿性强;羊毛被吸湿保干、冬暖夏凉;蚕丝被手感顺滑,柔软亲肤,防螨抗菌,抗过敏,但其保暖性和轻盈性很难兼顾;棉纤维较细并有天然卷曲,所以其保暖性较好,但随着使用时间的延长,棉被变得不再蓬松,保暖性下降;化纤被相对棉被在满足保暖性的同时,可以具有更轻的重量,而相对于蚕丝被、羊毛被来说价格相对便宜些,更为大众所接受。
被芯是每天夜晚都和人们身体接触的产品,但因体积较大,往往不具有多变轻巧的性能,常常出现夏季使用的被子太厚,冬天使用的被子太薄的现象;同一季节的温度有时波动也较大,当季使用的被子有时盖上过热有时过冷,消费者总觉得找不到一款很合适的被子。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法;制得的纤维能够适用于不同温度下的被芯,提高使用舒适度,同时能够起到不同程度的保健助眠作用,既符合了环保可持续的发展理念,又满足了消费者的实际需求。
本发明是这样实现的:一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)分别制备抗静电聚酯纤维、植物中药粘胶纤维、腈纶纤维和大豆蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维;
(2)按照质量比将10~20%的抗静电聚酯纤维、30~50%的植物中药粘胶纤维、10~15%的腈纶纤维、30~35%的大豆蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维均匀混合。
步骤(1)中,通过共聚法对聚酯纤维进行改性:按重量比将1~3%的抗静电剂、0.5~1%磺酸盐或无机盐、96.0 ~ 98.5 %的聚酯切片共混,得到抗静电聚酯纤维。
所述抗静电聚酯纤维的质量比电阻为(2.1~2.3)×108Ω·g/cm2
步骤(1)中,所述植物中药粘胶纤维的制备方法为:量取100mL去离子水4份,再称取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物各20~30g,分别加入去离子水中,用玻璃棒搅拌至溶解;按照取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物的溶液比例为(4~8):(2~4):(1~2):(1~2)混合制得混合中药提取物混合液;再将混合中药提取物混合液与粘胶纺丝液按照(1~1.5):(10~15)的比例共混,用搅拌器搅拌,直至均匀后过滤,静置脱泡后进行纺丝,得到植物中药粘胶纤维。
步骤(1)中,对所述腈纶纤维进行亲水改性处理:按照质量比,在82 ~ 87 %的腈纶纤维中,加入4~6%的浓度为2~3mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液、9~11%的浓度为1~1.5mol/L的乙醇、0.06~0.08%的交联剂,对腈纶纤维进行处理,水解时间25~30min,温度设置为80~90℃。
所述交联剂在甘油、海藻酸盐、2,4-二丙烯酰胺基苯磺酸(DABS)、丙烯酸或丙烯酸羟乙酯中任选一种。

通过共聚法对聚酯纤维进行改性:按重量比将3%的抗静电剂、1%磺酸盐或无机盐、96 %的聚酯切片共混,得到抗静电聚酯纤维。所述抗静电聚酯纤维的质量比电阻为2.3×108Ω·g/cm2,抗静电效果显著。
所述植物中药粘胶纤维的制备方法为:量取100mL去离子水4份,再称取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物各20~30g,分别加入去离子水中,用玻璃棒搅拌至溶解;按照取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物的溶液比例为8:4:2:2混合制得混合中药提取物混合液;再将混合中药提取物混合液与粘胶纺丝液按照1.5:15的比例共混,用搅拌器搅拌,直至均匀后过滤,静置脱泡后进行纺丝,得到植物中药粘胶纤维。
对所述腈纶纤维进行亲水改性处理:按照质量比,在82.5%的腈纶纤维中,加入6%的浓度为3mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液、11%的浓度为1.5mol/L的乙醇、0.08%的交联剂、其余为水,对腈纶纤维进行处理,水解时间30min,温度设置为90℃。处理后腈纶纤维的吸水性得到提高。所述交联剂为2,4-二丙烯酰胺基苯磺酸(DABS)。
(2)按照质量比将20%的抗静电聚酯纤维、30%的植物中药粘胶纤维、15%的腈纶纤维、35%的大豆蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维均匀混合。
本发明制得的被芯的透气率≥700mm.s-1;钻绒性测试每面跑毛根数≤15;传热系数≥3w.m-2.k-1

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:(1)分别制备抗静电聚酯纤维、植物中药粘胶纤维、腈纶纤维和大豆蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维;
(2)按照质量比将10~20%的抗静电聚酯纤维、30~50%的植物中药粘胶纤维、10~15%的腈纶纤维、30~35%的大豆蛋白改性聚乙烯醇纤维均匀混合。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,通过共聚法对聚酯纤维进行改性:按重量比将1~3%的抗静电剂、0.5~1%磺酸盐或无机盐、96.0 ~ 98.5 %的聚酯切片共混,得到抗静电聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗静电聚酯纤维的质量比电阻为(2.1~2.3)×108Ω·g/cm2
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述植物中药粘胶纤维的制备方法为:量取100mL去离子水4份,再称取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物各20~30g,分别加入去离子水中,用玻璃棒搅拌至溶解;按照取芦根提取物、连翘提取物、知母提取物和夏枯草植物提取物的溶液比例为(4~8):(2~4):(1~2):(1~2)混合制得混合中药提取物混合液;再将混合中药提取物混合液与粘胶纺丝液按照(1~1.5):(10~15)的比例共混,用搅拌器搅拌,直至均匀后过滤,静置脱泡后进行纺丝,得到植物中药粘胶纤维。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:骤(1)中,对所述腈纶纤维进行亲水改性处理:按照质量比,在82 ~ 87%的腈纶纤维中,加入4~6%的浓度为2~3mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液、9~11%的浓度为1~1.5mol/L的乙醇、0.06~0.08%的交联剂、其余为水,对腈纶纤维进行处理,水解时间25~30min,温度设置为80~90℃。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的一种适用于不同温度的被芯制备方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂在甘油、海藻酸盐、2,4-二丙烯酰胺基苯磺酸(DABS)、丙烯酸或丙烯酸羟乙酯中任选一种。
