Abstract
一种刀具半径补偿的干涉检测方法,该方法包括:获取一条编程轨迹(502,504,705);判断编程轨迹上的拐点到对比编程轨迹(501,503,702)所在线段的最短距离是否大于或等于刀具直径,并判断对比编程轨迹、刀具中心轨迹是否分别在拐点的两侧,若最短距离大于或等于刀具直径,或对比编程轨迹、刀具中心轨迹分别在拐点的两侧,则编程轨迹与对比编程轨迹无干涉。一种刀具半径补偿的干涉检测装置,可以实现刀具半径补偿的干涉检测方法,该装置包括处理器(901)和存储器(902)。一种具有存储功能的装置(100),存储有程序(1001),程序被执行时实现刀具半径补偿的干涉检测方法。通过上述方式,能够提高刀具半径补偿干涉检测方法的准确性和实用性。
