Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
An enzyme-containing nonwoven fabric comprising a nonwoven fabric, said nonwoven fabric having been treated with a fecal fluid treatment enzyme. According to the non-woven fabric containing the enzyme, the excrement liquid treatment enzyme plays an active role, and by utilizing the specificity and the high efficiency of the enzyme, the peculiar smell in the excrement liquid can be effectively removed, the growth and the reproduction of bacteria in the excrement liquid are inhibited, and the bacteria are killed. The functional enzyme-containing non-woven fabric can be applied to disposable sanitary products such as infant paper diapers, adult sanitary napkins, adult incontinence diapers and the like, has the functions of inhibiting bacteria and removing peculiar smell, and provides a fresh, mild and peculiar smell-free personal care environment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the excrement liquid treatment enzyme comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.29 to 0.76 percent of enzyme preparation, 4.1704 to 7.3604 percent of enzyme stabilizer, 4 to 6 percent of auxiliary adsorbent, 1 to 3 percent of auxiliary drying agent and the balance of deionized water.
In the present examples, the enzyme preparation is a protease and lysozyme. Lysozyme is a glycoside hydrolase that hydrolyzes mucopolysaccharides in pathogenic bacteria. The bacterial lysis is achieved by breaking the beta-1, 4 glycosidic bond between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine in the cell wall, breaking down the cell wall insoluble mucopolysaccharide into soluble glycopeptides, causing the contents of the broken cell wall to escape. Lysozyme can also be directly combined with virus protein with negative charge, and forms double salt with DNA, RNA and apoprotein to inactivate virus. Therefore, the enzyme has the functions of antibiosis, antiphlogosis, antivirus, etc. Lysozyme is a natural protein and has stable properties. The lysozyme can be stored for a long time in a dry room temperature environment, and the pure product is white or slightly white crystalline or amorphous powder, has no odor and sweet taste, is easy to dissolve in water, and is insoluble in diethyl ether, acetone and the like.
The excrement liquid treatment enzyme consists of lysozyme, protease and an enzyme stabilizer, wherein the lysozyme can inhibit the growth and the reproduction of bacteria, kill the bacteria and control the generation of ammonia odor from the source; the protease can decompose urease generated by bacteria, and inhibit the urease from decomposing urea to generate ammonia odor; the enzyme stabilizer can stabilize the activity of enzyme in the system, and simultaneously plays a role in removing ammoniacal odor, and can disrupt the release of ammoniacal odor from a terminal link.
In an embodiment of the invention, the enzyme stabilizer is trehalose, citric acid, sodium citrate, glycerol, sorbitol, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, phenoxyethanol. Trehalose has thermal stability and heat-activating properties. Trehalose can maintain the skeleton of the protein and keep the natural structure of the protein in the process of thermal denaturation of the protein. Meanwhile, the trehalose is a natural saccharide, belongs to a micromolecular humectant, has good affinity with membrane protein, and can be used as a skin penetrating agent to increase the absorption of skin on nutrient components. Increasing the hydration function of cells, having good moisture retention and special effect in treating dandruff increase, dryness heat and keratosclerosis caused by dry skin. The glycerol can maintain the natural molecular conformation of the enzyme, maintain the activity of the enzyme to a certain degree and improve the stability of the enzyme. Sorbitol is colorless needle crystal or white crystal powder, has no odor, has cool and sweet taste, is easily soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvent, has good acid resistance and heat resistance, and is not easy to have Maillard reaction with amino acid, protein, etc. The sorbic acid can effectively inhibit the activity of mould, microzyme and aerobic bacteria, thereby effectively prolonging the storage time of the food. Potassium sorbate belongs to an acidic preservative, and still has a good preservative effect in foods with the pH close to neutral (6.0-6.5). Phenoxyethanol is an organic compound often used in skin care products, is a colorless oily liquid, and has antibacterial effect. The trehalose, the glycerin, the sorbitol, the sorbic acid and the phenoxyethanol can not only excellently maintain the activity of the lysozyme, but also relieve skin diseases caused by dry heat of skin due to the trehalose and the glycerin attached to the surface layer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the adsorption assistant agent is one or a mixture of two of PPG-200, PPG-400, PPG-600, PPG-1000 and PPG-1500 with different specifications of polypropylene glycol.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the co-adsorbent is polypropylene glycol PPG400.PPG400 is dissolved in water, PPG400 can be preferentially adsorbed on the fiber as an auxiliary adsorbent, and in addition, the PPG400 contains a hydroxyl group and can be combined with lysozyme, so that the PPG400 can be more favorable for the attachment of the lysozyme on a surface layer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the drying assistant is ethanol. Ethanol is used as drying assistant, and can shorten air drying time.
In the embodiment of the invention, the non-woven fabric is one of a double-layer hydrophilic hot-air non-woven fabric, a single-layer hydrophilic hot-air non-woven fabric, a spunlace non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric and a wet-process non-woven fabric.
