本发明公开了一种车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂及制备方法,该车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂由以下重量份的原料制成:清净剂10~40份,助燃剂5~20份,金属防锈剂3~20份,抗氧剂5~20份,互溶剂25~55份。本发明对甲醇燃料中的胶质、微量金属颗粒物、碳酸氢钠钙等物质具有明显的分散清净作用,能有效预防并抑制胶质、微量金属颗粒物、碳酸氢钠钙在喷嘴的喷孔及周围凝聚形成积碳,可以清洁喷嘴,畅通燃料供给系统,并具有抗氧化、抗腐蚀性能好、清除积碳、增加动力的优点,而且原材料易采购,制备方法简单,具有较高的实际应用价值。

本发明涉及一种汽车发动机燃油喷嘴清净剂,尤其是一种车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,属于燃料化工技术领域。
背景技术
甲醇作为一种新型车用清洁替代燃料在汽车发动机上的应用,具有良好的燃烧性和尾气排放的清洁性,重要的是甲醇资源丰富,制备工艺成熟,成本低廉、储运方便,使用安全。在国内以吉利汽车、陕西重汽为代表的甲醇燃料发动机乘用车、运输车技术已经成熟,经过五年时间在几个试点省、市的运行表现良好,通过国家工信部专家组的验收,甲醇汽车和甲醇燃料走过了一段不寻常的发展经历。
目前国内甲醇燃料汽车的推广应用已经在山西、陕西、贵州、甘肃等地区起到了良好的示范引领作用。但由于甲醇自身的热值偏低,需要增加供给量来保证发动机的输出功率,而目前运行的甲醇车辆普遍存在喷嘴经常被堵塞,燃料供给不畅,动力下降,燃料消耗增加的问题。究其原因,主要是由于煤制甲醇在制备反应过程中需要有铜、锌催化剂作用于催化合成过程,因此,甲醇很难通过生产工艺中的蒸馏、过滤程序消除微量存在的甲醇锌、甲醇镁。加之在运输、储存甲醇的环节中,甲醇与金属罐发生接触摩擦,产生微量甲醇铝。还由于甲醇中含有微量的水分,在甲醇燃料喷入发动机高温作用下也会产生碳酸氢钠钙等物质,导致存在于甲醇燃料里面的甲醇锌、甲醇镁、甲醇铝、甲醇钙被析出来被烧结聚合固化,累积凝结在喷嘴周围,逐步行成积炭,堵塞喷嘴,造成发动机喷嘴的喷孔变狭窄,使燃料供给量减少,发动机做功能力下降,动力不足,甚至出现发动机抖动、熄火的不良现象。目前在贵阳、陕西运营的甲醇汽车所使用的甲醇燃料虽然添加的有添加剂,但由于这些添加剂技术配方成熟度不够,甲醇燃料在使用过程中的喷嘴钙化积碳情况时有发生,造成燃料消耗量增大,动力下降的问题比较突出,运营中的出租车、货运车,基本每过3—5万公里就需要清洗喷嘴或者更换喷嘴,给出租车驾驶员和车辆生产厂家均造成不少麻烦和经济损失。所以亟待推出一种能够有效预防喷嘴凝聚钙化物形成积碳的优质分散清净增动产品。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净增动剂及其制备方法,其主要成分环烷酸或脂肪酸,可以有效溶解甲醇燃料中的甲醇盐和碳酸盐,抑制在高温燃烧下的聚合固化累积,对沉积物具有明显的分散清净作用,能有效预防喷嘴钙化聚合物的形成,清洁喷嘴,畅通燃料供给系统,从而克服上述现有技术的不足。

一种车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,它由以下重量份的原料制成:清净剂10~40份,助燃剂5~20份,金属防锈剂3~20份,抗氧剂5~20份,互溶剂25~55份。
上述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,具体说,所述的清净剂为环烷酸或脂肪酸中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的助燃剂为纳米稀土金属氧化物,包括纳米氧化铈、纳米氧化镧等。
所述的金属防锈剂为三乙醇胺、三乙烯四胺、乙二胺四乙酸中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的抗氧剂为对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、N,N-二甲基苯胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述的互溶剂为甲缩醛、碳酸二甲酯、乙二醇二甲醚中的一种或多种的混合物。
前述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂的制备方法如下:首先,在一个顶部装有搅拌机的不锈钢反应釜内的底部装一个小型混合器,在不锈钢反应釜的下部安装出口和进口管道及阀门,经不锈钢反应釜的下端通过管道连接一个具有剪切功能的剪切泵;然后将原料清净剂10~40份、助燃剂5~20份、金属防锈剂3~20份、抗氧剂5~20份、互溶剂25~55份,依次加入不锈钢反应釜内,在常温常压的环境下机械搅拌10~20分钟,使原料物理混合均匀,得到溶液;再启动剪切泵,通过剪切泵将不锈钢反应釜中的溶液抽出,并经管道输送至不锈钢容器内底部的混合器进一步进行物理混合,通过剪切泵和混合器的物理作用使溶液分子融合成为纳米级混合物,剪切泵运行10~20分钟后停机,静置,即得本发明的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的主要成分为环烷酸或脂肪酸中的一种或多种的混合物,可以有效溶解甲醇燃料中的甲醇盐和碳酸盐,除去喷油嘴形成的沉积物,同时抑制沉积物的再生;其化学反应过程如下:
所生成的环烷酸盐和脂肪酸盐作为表面活性剂可有效促进甲醇燃料喷入气缸瞬间雾化状态,增加发动机输出动力。所加入的助燃剂纳米氧化铈、纳米氧化镧助燃能力强,可使甲醇燃料喷入气缸瞬间迅速膨胀裂变,雾化形态均匀,燃烧充分,可有效清洁沉积在喷油嘴周围的积碳,抑制积碳的再生,同时可以有效改进发动机缸内工作环境,使发动机运行顺畅,增加动力,同时可以有效改进发动机工作环境,提高加速性能。本发明产品还具有抗氧化、抗腐蚀性能显著的优点,而且原材料易采购,制备方法简单,具有较高的实际应用价值。本发明加入的除水剂和互溶剂,可以瞬间分解消除碳酸盐过程中产生的水份,防止分层。本发明加入的金属防锈剂和抗氧剂可有效减少甲醇燃料对发动机体、燃料输送管、油箱、油泵的腐蚀,提高甲醇燃料的稳定性。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)可有效提高甲醇燃料的使用效率,减少燃料消耗。(2)可有效改进发动机工作环境,使发动机运行顺畅。
(3)可有效改善甲醇燃料喷入气缸瞬间雾化状态,燃烧充分,提高冬季寒冷天气发动机冷启动性能,提高加速性能,增加动力。(4)具有优良的分散清净性,可有效促进甲醇燃料的充分燃烧,减少污染物排放,防止喷嘴凝结积碳。(5)具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,防止对发动机体及管道、油箱、油泵的腐蚀。(6)具有良好的抗氧化性能,可以保持甲醇燃料一年以上不改变颜色。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,由以下原料:油酸10份,纳米氧化铈5份,三乙醇胺3份,N,N-二甲基苯胺5份、甲缩醛25份制备而成。
首先,在一个顶部装有搅拌机的不锈钢反应釜内的底部装一个小型混合器,在不锈钢反应釜的下部安装出口和进口管道及阀门,经不锈钢反应釜的下端通过管道阀门连接一个具有剪切功能的剪切泵;然后将原料:油酸10份,纳米氧化铈5份,三乙醇胺3份,N,N-二甲基苯胺5份、甲缩醛25份,依次加入不锈钢容器内,在常温常压的环境下机械搅拌15分钟后停机,使原料物理混合均匀,得到溶液;再启动剪切泵,通过剪切泵将不锈钢反应釜中的溶液抽出,并经管道输送至不锈钢反应釜内底部的混合器进一步进行物理混合,通过剪切泵和混合器的物理作用使溶液分子融合成为纳米级混合物,剪切泵运行10分钟后停机,静置,即得本发明的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂。
实施例2:车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其原料:硬脂酸36份、纳米氧化镧10份、三乙烯四胺12份、N,N-二甲基苯胺8份、碳酸二甲酯34份。
制备方法:将原料硬脂酸36份、纳米氧化镧10份、三乙烯四胺12份、N,N-二甲基苯胺8份、碳酸二甲酯34份依次加入不锈钢反应釜内,在常温常压的环境下启动搅拌机搅拌10分钟后停机,然后启动剪切泵,通过剪切泵将不锈钢反应釜中的溶液抽出,并经管道输送至不锈钢反应釜内底部的混合器进一步进行物理混合,通过剪切泵和混合器的物理作用使溶液分子融合成为纳米级混合物,剪切泵运行20分钟后停机,静置,即得本发明的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂。
实施例3:车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,原料为:环烷酸40份、纳米氧化镧20份、三乙醇胺20份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚20份、乙二醇二甲醚55份。
制备方法:将原料环烷酸40份、纳米氧化镧20份、三乙醇胺20份、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚20份、乙二醇二甲醚55份依次加入不锈钢反应釜内,在常温常压的环境下启动搅拌机搅拌20分钟停机,然后启动剪切泵,通过剪切泵将不锈钢反应釜中的溶液抽出,并经管道输送至不锈钢反应釜内底部的混合器进一步进行物理混合,通过剪切泵和混合器的物理作用使溶液分子融合成为纳米级混合物,剪切泵运行20分钟停机,静置,即制得本发明所述的一种M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂。
本发明的实施方式不限于上述实施例,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出的各种变化均属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:清净剂10~40份,助燃剂5~20份,金属防锈剂3~20份,抗氧剂5~20份,互溶剂25~55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:所述的清净剂为环烷酸或脂肪酸中的一种或多种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:所述的助燃剂为纳米稀土金属氧化物,包括纳米氧化铈、纳米氧化镧等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:所述的金属防锈剂为三乙醇胺、三乙烯四胺、乙二胺四乙酸中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、N,N-二甲基苯胺中的一种或多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车用M100甲醇燃料纳米喷嘴清净剂,其特征在于:所述的互溶剂为甲缩醛、碳酸二甲酯、乙二醇二甲醚中的一种或多种的混合物。
