Abstract
The invention discloses a waste cleaning mechanism and equipment applying the same, and relates to the field of automation equipment. Aims to solve the problems that the production efficiency is influenced and the yield is reduced by manually cleaning abnormal products. The technical scheme is that the lifting device comprises a lifting driving device, wherein a lifting seat capable of reciprocating along the vertical direction is arranged on the lifting driving device; the rotary clamping assembly is borne on the lifting seat, and an adhesive tape roll is arranged on the rotary clamping assembly; the rotary driving device is borne on the lifting seat and is provided with a waste recovery wheel; the bottom end of the material sticking plate protrudes out of the lifting seat; the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape roll passes through the material sticking plate and then is wound on the waste recovery wheel. Technical Field

Background
After the product is supplied out on the feeder, because of the size error of the product, or the product can not be displayed well on the image, or the equipment can not absorb the product, the product is left on the feeder, the equipment can not clear the abnormal products, the equipment can be stopped abnormally, and the equipment can normally work only by manually clearing the abnormal products.
However, manual cleaning of abnormal products affects production efficiency and reduces yield.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a rotary clamping assembly is arranged on the fixed plate 13, and an adhesive tape roll 6 is arranged on the rotary clamping assembly; a rotation driving device is arranged on the supporting plate 12, the rotation driving device is a motor 3 in the embodiment, a rotating shaft of the motor 3 penetrates through the supporting plate 12, and a waste recovery wheel 31 is sleeved on the rotating shaft; the support plate 12 is further provided with a guide wheel 5 and a material sticking plate 4, and the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape roll 6 passes through the guide wheel 5 and the material sticking plate 4 in sequence and then is wound on the waste recovery wheel 31.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the bottom end of the pasting board 4 protrudes out of the supporting plate 12, and the bottom end of the pasting board 4 is provided with a pasting plane 41, the pasting plane 41 is arranged to enable the adhesive tape to have enough contact surface to contact with the waste material, so that the waste material can be adhered to the adhesive tape; the end face, far away from the support plate 12, of the material sticking plate 4 is provided with a limiting clamping plate 42, and the limiting clamping plate 42 is matched with the support plate 12 to clamp the adhesive tape therein, so that the stability of the adhesive tape can be ensured; the guide wheel 5 comprises a guide shaft 51 connected with the support plate 12, a roller 52 is sleeved on the guide shaft 51, and the guide wheel 5 plays a role in guiding the adhesive tape and can improve the tension and stability of the adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 4, the rotary clamping assembly includes a rotary disc 71, one end of the rotary disc 71 is provided with the clamping assembly, and the other end is provided with a rotating shaft 72; a bearing 73 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 72, and a rotating shaft seat 74 connected with the fixed plate 13 is sleeved on the bearing 73; the rotating shaft 72 is sleeved with a bearing gasket 75 embedded in the rotating shaft seat 74, and the bearing gasket 75 cannot rotate relative to the rotating shaft seat 74; in this embodiment, the bearing pad 75 includes a circular ring, and two lugs are disposed on the outer circumferential side wall of the circular ring, so that the bearing pad 75 cannot rotate relative to the rotating shaft seat 74 under the limit of the lugs.
Referring to fig. 4, a tension adjusting assembly contacting with the bearing washer 75 is disposed on the rotating shaft 72, the tension adjusting assembly includes a first spring 77 sleeved on the rotating shaft 72, and a friction plate 76 located between the first spring 77 and the bearing washer 75, and a knob 78 screwed with the rotating shaft 72 is disposed at one end of the first spring 77 away from the friction plate 76; the frictional force between the friction plate 76 and the bearing pad 75 causes the tape roll 6 (see fig. 1) to be resistant to rotation, thereby tightening the tape.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the clamping assembly includes two oppositely disposed clamping jaws and a second spring 84 located between the two clamping jaws, and the clamping jaws are provided with a sinking groove matched with the second spring 84, so that the stability of the second spring 84 can be ensured; the clamping jaw comprises a sliding block 81 embedded in the turntable 71 and a clamping plate 82 connected with the sliding block 81; in the embodiment, the clamping plate 82 is provided with the positioning cambered surface 83 matched with the adhesive tape roll 6 (refer to fig. 1), so that the clamping stability can be improved; the end face of the turntable 71 is provided with a sliding groove 711 matched with the sliding block 81, and two ends of the sliding groove 711 are respectively provided with a fixed baffle 86 connected with the turntable 71; two pressure plates 85 for preventing the sliding block 81 from being separated from the sliding groove 711 are arranged on the end surface of the rotating disc 71, and steps matched with the pressure plates 85 are arranged on the sliding block 81; if the sliding groove 711 is a T-shaped groove or a dovetail groove, the structure of the pressing plate 85 can be omitted.
Example 2:
an apparatus, with reference to fig. 1 and 6, comprising a feed assembly 91, and a translation drive assembly 92 located above feed assembly 91; the translation driving assembly 92 is provided with a camera detection assembly 93 capable of moving along the horizontal direction, and the waste cleaning mechanism in the embodiment 1; wherein, the air cylinder 2 is connected with the translation driving assembly 92 through the adjusting plate 21.
The working principle is as follows:
